I have an accout that two reps in Walnut creek have been monitoring for five weeks now to see if mutual of america received my cash out payment check of my state retirment. The check was held for 30 days and then returned when they were telling me my account was fine the New York office never got the check. Now the state controllers office of California has it and Mutual is owner of it so they will resend it to the right address. Why would you resend it back.
