These guys are complete scumbag shysters. I have a vacation property that they have been sending me bills for. They will print the statement out on the 15th of every month, then they say the due date is 2 weeks later, and by the time you get the bill (sometimes just one day before the due date) and send it back, it may or may not get there in time for their due date. And if you’re even one day over, they will charge a late fee. Not even credit card companies or an other utility company I know of plays this time-crunch scam.
