Purchased pizza from the parker, co location, phones do not work, no one answers and just hangs ups on you, our pizzas were wrong after my husband went out of his way to grab dinner and then drive 30 minutes to our house, i would have loved to have been able to speak with a manager.

If you want cold pizza, terrible management, and diarrhea, this is the place for you! Mountain Mikes Pizza at 2650 Cameron Park Drive, Cameron Park, CA. The pizza that I ordered was half vegan and half Everest. The pizza was not ready when my husband arrived. He had to WAIT another 10 minutes. We live just around the corner and the pizza was cold and not edible when it arrived home. I tried to eat a couple pieces and the pizza was gross! The ENTIRE pizza was covered in meat (no vegan). My husband brought the pizza back and requested a refund. The owner/manager gave my husband grief but reluctantly gave us our money back. Since my husband was mistreated, I called to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold and left there a number of times. The young lady answering the phone, refused to get me the manager; then, she said that the owner/manager had just left; then, she said the manager/owner was too busy to come to the phone; then, she got the manager. It took me 21 calls to get the manager on the phone. He than argued with me that half the pizza was eaten (and, only two uneaten pieces were missing) and he said my husband picked up the pizza an hour late (Please recall that my husband had to wait) and, then, he REFUSED to give me his name. I only took a couple of hours for the stomach ache and diarrhea to set in. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

To the Ceres California M.M. on Whitmore Ave. 209-537-7777 number. Delivery driver grey hair, tall height guy, very disrespectful not getting a tip. Asked for one. Uses foul language. Been to dine-in, same guy, tinted sunglasses, tan jeans, teasing young girl employees there about other things NOT work related.
They be sharing food together on work hours. Kinda sickening to eat & watch an older man not pay attention to work and tease girls there. Manager should let him know, Keep eyes on job instead of chatting with girls, and stop the foul mouth swearing.

Worst customer service. So I ordered a pizza which I thought was for delivery. I transpose the last four numbers of my phone. I called because it was over an hour still no pizza. A young lady answers oh let me check that order. Then a middle eastern employee came on the line to tell me you ordered takeout. I asked well can you deliver the pizza I can’t drive. He stated that you put the wrong phone number. Then it gets interesting my husband had a few choices colorful words to say about the pizza not being delivered. Well, the dude on the phone then proceeded to call my husband a f-n a-hole. I told him to stop he then told me to tell my husband to stop. My husband said nothing else. I told him as an employee he had no right to curse at my husband. the employee processed to tell me the call was being recorded. The employee stated I’m not your husband’s servant and can call my husband anything he likes. I attempt to stop the guy but he’s still going on and on. He told me the call is being recorded. The dude hangs up on me I call mountain Mike’s back. I reach a young lady. The dude then calls me 7 times on his personal cell 909-490-XXXX. Again he starts ranting. I tell him just cancel the order. I told him as a representative of Mountain Mike’s it’s not ok to curse at me. He’s like ma’am I wasn’t cursing at you I was curse at your husband. I asked for the order to be canceled. the employee asked for me to put my husband on the phone I told him. He said why not, stated I’m ending the call. Later in the night, the charges were removed from my debt card? worst customer It is never wise to curse at the customer. I’m calling Corp tomorrow.

I went to the location In Modesto, Ca on Mchenry ave, we were sitting waiting for our pizza for 40minutes and nothing until we saw the customer that was after me got his pizza first we asked one of the employees and he said he didn’t know, like really they have zero customer service skills. The manager then brought out our pizza in a box sitting there after 40min we asked him to make new one and said sure but i eill have to take the one we gave you in the box away. Thats so ridiculous how his manager skills ‘suck’ he refunded our money without apologizing and we left.

Ordered a pizza and wings from your Stockton location on wilson way today. The pizza was fine but the boneless wings were raw!!??.I called to complain and all she could say was “sorry about that” in the most non caring way. I told her they need to be more careful. And she told me to go back so they can remake them or get 20% my next order. Like really???! We could of got food poisoning.

I had a delivery man come to my house which was the wrong address. He literally opened my door, closed it, and then rang the bell. He was delivering from the Monterey road store in San Jose CA. My daughter and I were in the livingroom at the time. I told him where to go and waited for him to finish. By that time he was walking behind my son who just got home from work. I told my son in front of him and he denied it eventhough he admitted it when we answered the doorbell. Between 7-8pm December 12th. WTF

I am very disappointed. I ordered a pizza at 4:10 pm from Mountain Mikes Location here in Redwood City CA. I called a little after 5pm and the lady hung up on me. She didnt attempt to call me back I called her back about the ETA of the pizza that cost 30.00 minus tip with tax and she couldnt find my order or the ETA. SHe was rude and did not know what my order was or where it was. Its was terrible soggy and uncooked. I called the location back the woman hung up on me. This experience has shown me that I do not want to order from Mountain mikes again!!!!

Lydia if that’s her real name Before ordering asked if the coupon free garlic sticks or dessert pizza when purchasing a large pizza was still ok person told me to just being in coupon when I pick up the pizza. Up in arriving n presenting coupon I was told I’m sorry we don’t do that dessert only bread stick, ask why not coupon say or she kept telling me other location do we dont and walked away also they rang up bread sticks after told them I do not want those. If printing out coupon for your company why are we turned away for something as little as that. And yes I’m complaining . For NOT to except it n move on and tell me to have a good day. No sorry no next time no nothing just left counter was rude. But hey I hope to hear from someone if not you lost my business for sure.

Fairfield, CA Texas St Store!!I order a pizza and 2 salads for friends that were visiting at 6:45 PM on Friday 09/04/2020, to be delivered at 7:45pm! At 7:50 I called the Mountain mikes store and explained my order has not been delivered, she asked my name and then said they were very busy and our pizza was out for delivery. Figuring it would come soon, but no, at 12 after 8:00 I was mad that no one called to tell us what was going on, so I called again and was told the same thing, we are very busy after giving my name again. I said i want my order cancel and i want my money back, she said i will get the manager! After them talking about two minutes, so one came on the phone and said we will knock 25% off the pizza, i said no, i want my money back!! About 8:20 the delivery person called and said he has my pizza and I told him that we dont want cold pizza and I want my money back! We order MM Pizxa all the time and was so disappointed with this service and no one called me to tell me what was going on, what crappy service, gonna tell friends about this treatment. I want my money back on my credit card NOW!!

I got delivery yesterday and the Asian delivery guy came to my door not wearing a mask or gloves. We answered the door wearing a mask. We had to ask him to put a mask on. The pizza box did not have the safety seal on the box. The San Jose California store on Neagle DOES NOT practice health and safety guidelines for Covid 19. I would be scared to order from them again. I called the store to complain and felt I was dismissed.

they opened one in my neighborhood Midtown Sacramento I have ordered about 20 times in the past few months of being open, Pizza is always great but my problem is today I called in to get my normal order and they say they close at 9 p.m. go back and review the website it says 10pm so I called back to confirm they close at 9 then he said they did. But just now I drove bye and they’re still open now being lied to it’s a big deal to me a man and his business is only as good as their word and their product not quite sure where to go from here but I wouldn’t have a liar represent my corporation

My husband and I ordered online and didn’t get the correct order, one pizza was supposed to be gluten free and it wasn’t. When my husband called the manager at Mountain Mikes in Riverbank, CA to explain the situation, she basically blamed us for not ordering correctly. She argued with my husband for ten minutes and then proceeded to laugh at him, telling him he is being ridiculous. They never called to tell us they were out of gluten free pizza that night and just changed our order to regular crust. The worst customer service ever. We will never go back there again.

Today me and my family went in around 4pm ordered our food , we waited for about an hour and to find out the whole time our order wasn’t placed, we paid $30.11 and asked for a refund because this is not the first time we had thi a e exact problem.. management needs to hire new cashiers both incidents were different cashiers.. another customer placed an order to go before us and waited for an hour also , the whole time they said it was getting ready when it was done inside the glass.. our family loves this pizza and that location is very convenient for us but I will not be going anymore until they get a new staff or fix the situation with the young girls working who dont seem to care or make orders right..

My husband went to mountain Mike in Stockton Weston Ranch on Sunday May 5th he saw a rat informed the cashier she laughed. The rat was just all over. We ordered three pizzas we didnt finish all of them so we put it in the refrigerador I took out the ham and pineapple pizza to eat the ham was green. The establishment also not kept clean. We will not be returning.

All these people complaining. I love your pizza, it’s expensive so we don’t get it too often but when we’re looking for something good we can rely on your pizza. The pepperoni shreds the top of my mouth but it’s fine. Tastes too good. Paying extra for ranch sucks but it is one of the better pizzas.

I am complaining about the horrible pizza you serve in your restaurants. The crust is like cardboard. I went to the Antelope CA location last night. I had a coupon for one large and get medium for free. I ordered a LARGE VEGGIE pizza, HOLD the olives and mushrooms and ADD extra Bell peppers and onions in their place. I was told they could not do that. They would hold the items, but charge me for the extra items. ALL other pizza chains readily do this for me!!! I got both THIN and REG crust. Both horrible, I had to eat the toppings and throw away the crust. COSTCO has delicious cheese pizza, 2.00 for a big slice or $10 for an entire large pizza. I paid 28.00 for this large pizza. Barely any cheese on it. Then to top it off, I had to pay $1.20 for a service fee for using my card. I should have given this pizza to the homeless couple begging for money as I drove out of the lot, I will NEVER eat at a MT Mikes again.

Extremely disappoint in this organization. I ordered a pizza, cancelled the order and I’m still being billed for this pizza I never received. The Alameda location is doing the same to customers. Go to GrubHub and look how many customers have been robbed and dissatisfied. I will never order from any of your facilities ever again. Management sucks, they are combative, aggressive and will call repeat patrons lyres. They held up business to get the police involved in their unprofessional illegal acts. Someone needs to look at reviews and immediately do something about these two establishments. I’m a disabled Navy Veteran that was just taken advantage of for $21.84.

I placed an order via telephone I requested a mini chicken club. When I went to pick up the pizza it was missing a topping I then pointed it out the person then informed me that the missing topping was the only thing wrong with the pizza. I then drive home look at the pizza and realize they just created a regular pizza with tomato sauce and cheese with chicken and green onion sprinkled on top. A chicken club has a different sauce. I had to throw it away because going back yet another time it to much of a hassle. Ugh.

Returned from getting three Mountain Mike’s Pizzas. Bill came to $50.85. I gave the cashier $60 and received no changed. I questioned not receiving change and she replied I gave her $50 (Why didn’t she ask for the 85 cents). She grabbed a 10 and 2 twenties from the cash register and held them up to me and said this is what you gave me. I said since you said I owed $50.85 I got out a dollar and she wouldn’t take it. We will never go back and will tell all our friends what happened.

I just ordered online and saw they have a margarita pizza. Super psyched about that so I ordered. Very quickly the order arrived but saw there was no fresh basil on the pizza as the online menu showed. I called to explain this to the person who answered the phone and she was extremely unhelpful – put me on hold and when she came back on she told me there is no basil. I told her that the menu showed there was basil. Then she proceeded to tell me on her end she doesn’t see basil as an ingredient. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager was not in I asked when the manager would arrive and she said 30 minutes. I said OK what is the managers name she said he will tell you when he gets here goodbye and hung up the phone. I will never order from here again and will follow up with the corporate office. Floored.

Ordered delivery. The pizza was cold. I called and manager said it’s because my order took 45 min to deliver. What?!!! So no one will get warm pizza if it takes 45 minutes to deliver? It wasn’t delivered in a warm bag as well. The manager hung up on me too. I know this is a franchise but I will contact corporate with this very bad customer service. I will also post on FB and Twitter. Wonder if corporate will like all the one star this place gets? Well if not the franchise owner will see it in his deposits to the bank! No good service people will not go back.

I am very upset and disappointed in not receiving any response from Mountain Mikes regarding my email I sent lover two weeks ago. I emailed explaining my friend and I were dining at one of the newly opened stores in Rohnert Park, Ca. We ordered the buffet lunch. I made my salad and set down to eat. My first bite of salad I experienced a sharp horrible pain in my mouth and it preceded to bleed everywhere. I looked in my salad and didn’t see anything, so I took my plate up to the counter ( as my mouth continued to bleed soaking my napkin) and told them there is something in their salad that cut the roof of my mouth really bad; and said they should check it for glass or etc. they called the manager over and she said oh it’s probably the bacon bits they can do that!! Really!! If they are that sharp or old they shouldn’t be there. Nevertheless if it was that or something that accidentally fell in the salad they said sorry and do I want a fresh plate ( as mine had blood everywhere). I declined and thanked them for nothing. I was not able to even eat anymore because of the pain. They never offered to refund me, since I wasn’t able to even start my meal and had to leave.
I went for over a week being able to only eat soft food while the cut healed. I had like I said wrote and explained this earlier on the day it happened and to date recieived not as much as an apology. I have never complained in my life to an establishment for bad food, service etc just simply let it go. This I could not because of the inconvenience of having a cut in my mouth, needless to say I have just finished chemotherapy and this could of turned into a huge problem if I would have got an infection of some sort in my mouth.

I went to Mountain Mike’s pizza on 1516 Fitzgerald Dr. in Pinole I bought a large pizza and some chicken wings and on the menu the chicken wings are served with a dressing and vegetables carrots and celery. When I got the chicken wings and walk to my car I opened up the box and there was no ranch dressing in it at all no salary no carrots so I went back into the store and ask for the ranch dressing celery and carrots I was told by one of the managers that they never give the carrots and the celery which is definitely on the picture of the menu they gave me 2 cups of ranch dressing but told me that they don’t normally give that either my complaint is why would that picture on the menu have the ranch dressing the celery and the carrots with the chicken wings because if I order something from there I’m looking at what’s on the picture it is not on the menu picture of the chicken wings being by their sales is this common practice in all the mountain Mike’s stores

Today my husband and I ordered from here through Doordash for the first time. We recieved the wrong item in our order. I called the location and was placed on hold for 9 mins then I was told they could not fix my issue. They didn’t even try to correct the mistake one bit. I didn’t even get an apology for the mix up. To top it off when I was eating my pizza slice it had a piece of plastic in it so disgusting. I contacted Doordash and they gave me a refund for the inconvenience. They need people with better customer service skills at Mountain Mikes apparently. First and last time ordering from here I will never eat from this place again. Customers you better be careful what you eat from them you just might end up with a surprise in your food.
