My Order Number: 2527550
Good Evening to Monster Team.
Firstly I really sad and unhappy with Monster services which I find its really very poor and the reply is very late .
I cant understand what’s going on with this team.
I also find it this team is not pro active as well, when ever I send out email ,the response from your side is very poor which I find it no reply from you Monster Team.
Secondly, Mr.Soloman Nayaker as promised to me on the first day conversation via telecommunication saying that ,there will be a specific person will handle my case and I have to do the payment for USD 378 which is a full package including there will be a person who will handle my case till I gets the job.
My very first question:
1) Shall I know who is the person ? and his name as well…
2)As informed to me 1 month before ,that you will share with me a PDF file saying that what are the jobs been applied from your side with the full details as well…Can I get the list ?
3) I am calling you many times and its been weeks I am calling you but fail to reach you.
On the other hand I am confused that is this a scam type of business.
If Monster works like this ,how can I recommend you guys to my other friends?
Its almost past 1 1/2 month where there is no updates from you side at all.
I even send emails and called you guys several time on the issues I am facing with your profiles editing but unfortunately non of you guys have turn up to resolve this issues.
I am really seriously looking into this matter and if I didn’t get a call back from Monster by this 5 days will publish this via Facebook and will put it to media and file a case on this matter.

I just recently purchased the Monster brand ironing system from Amazon and I wanted to purchase an additional iron board cover and pad. If it comes in different colors dark red would be fine thanks-Jesse Hairston
