Karen – I’m getting your messages. I will send you a quote when I have the quote entered into our system. Completely unnecessary to keep emailing me the exact same thing
Question from me to Mohawk :
.This is my Mohawk reps response – although I can not be the only sub bidding and I quote must be done already . A simple response to the first text/email would have stopped the requests
I will quit emailing texting when I get a quote .
Every job has to be quoted by rep . Reps control the subcontractors ability to get work by getting our quotes in on time – where do you turn when your rep gives this response

Please contact me to resolve an outstanding warranty claim (7421971). The end user, customer, is extremely upset at Acierno and Company for lack of resolution to this matter. We are in jeopardy of losing the customer along with creating a negative image of Mohawk with the end user, the US Census Department. For some reason, this situation lacks a sense of urgency which is simply unacceptable. My direct line is 720-512-XXXX. Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Just seems I cannot get any help to resolve my complaint. I have a dispute with Mohawk carpet, the consumer division and the merchant Floor Max of Silver Spring Md, who sold me the carpet. What I selected and ordered was not the carpet that was installed. It seems that Fashion Knowledge has two different style numbers, and I think this is where the mix up happened, as these numbers are very similar. However, nobody will admit it. No one from Mohawk has contacted me to try to get this resolved–it has been six months. This does not make any business sense from a reputable company. I need your intercession in this matter. Thank you
