I have purchased your line of flour and corn tortillas for a very long time, even when you were under name of Gruma Foods (in Los Angeles) (I worked in CS at the PCA plant in Vernon).
Anyway….. for the last six months or so, we have had a major problem with the corn tortillas (10 count) they are either broken up or folded somewhere within the package!!
Which is of course very disappointing…..
Please please talk to your production managers…..this is a BIG problem.
Thank you

We tried your “New Gluten Free” tortillas and were NOT impressed with them. First off they were super moist right out of the package and unable to separate them without tearing.

I would like to contact you to find a product. Unfortunately I cannot because you require contact information ONLY FROM THE U.S. I realise the U.S. is a wonderful place, but it is not the only place you do business.
This is despite seeing your products on sale here in Europe.
If you actually WANT to be contacted, either stop asking for pointless information like my Zip code, for which you have no use. Or if you insist on asking for a zip code…how about accepting them from some of the OTHER 193 countries on earth? My contact request is consistently rejected, because your FORM, refuses to accept 4900-578 as a postal code.

Hello.
I have loved buying your Organic While Wheat tortilla for several years now, especially since my 2 yearbold LOVES quesadillas. I have been very happy with your product, until today when I opened up the package and realized the sizes are SO MUCH SMALLER than they have been, and i feel like there was always 8 in a package and now there are 6. Even if there was always 6, i feel that because they were larger, I got more for my money. I am very disappointed in this because I don’t mind paying for organic products, but getting less for my money now is very disappointing. I hope that you will reconsider the size or adding more to the package that isn’t cheap to begin with, why should you cheap out on the consumer. Thank you for your time.

Hello mr. Velez I would like to know what is the best way to contact you to explore the possibility of the implementation of an idea that I recently registered.
This idea. I believe, will revolutionize the way your tortilla products are presented to the consumers, to broaden and improve the business model followed by your company up to this time.
Please allow me a few minutes of your valuable time I promise you wont regret it
Best Regards
