I need an answer on an issue. I have discount cards I use everywhere and the first time I’ve had this issue so trying to find out if it’s company policy or it’s this individual store inacting this rule. I was told the medicine shoppe doesn’t allow discount cards to be used on pain medication or narcotics or controlled substances. Which is weird cause one month my insurance didn’t pay for my testosterone I paid out of pocket and was able to use my discount card and that’s a controlled substance. Is this true or false? Kroger allows for it. Walmart also and Walgreens too.

    To whom it may concern,

I am a representative for Best Damn Buds, I wanted to reach out to provide some information about our dry leaf and topical products that my organization has.

I would like to send you a wholesale and suggested retail pricing sheet as well as a picture of the variety of strains that we carry.

We also carry two flavored lip balms as well as unscented lotions that come in 100mg, 200mg, and 420mg strengths.

If you are interested in carrying our products I would love to set up a meeting to visually see what we have to offer.

please let me know if there are any question, comments, or concerns.

    Thanks,

    David Huot

    Hello
I first went to medicine shoppe 5 months ago and had zero issues but now they refuse to fill my medication. My doctor filled all extra forms and I’ve done everything I’m suppose too. It’s call in prescription. So now I’m stuck with no medication and no script. Medicine Shoppe in alliquippa PA IS joke. I’ll be sure no one i knows uses medicine shoppe again.

We have a Medicine Shoppe located in Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania (16153) that has lost it’s lease and is closing. I wanted to inform you of why this is an urgent and profound loss to our community. We must drive nearly 30 minutes to one of three neighboring towns to another pharmacy and we are, for the most part, an “older’ community. Many seniors live in the area and some no longer drive. We are not only losing our pharmacy but the “home delivery” much needed by many as well. There is a building located at the corner of State Route 62 and Walnut Street (address Stoneboro, Pa.) just a mile from the former site. It is a large building that once housed a Dollar General and is secure. It would make a great pharmacy building because of the security, other businesses next door and across the road and has ample parking for patrons. I believe the holder of the lease is ROCCO Corporation. We NEED our Pharmacy and are crushed the owner of the building now housing it has terminated their lease. For now, our records are being sent to Mercer Rite Aid which is located 20 plus minutes from our towns. (Sandy Lake and Stoneboro are a mile apart and many many people use the Sandy Lake Medicine Shoppe! We NEED you here! Please look into our plight! There is a school here, senior high rise, many children and older people in the area (population conbined for both towns is around 3000). HELP HELP HELP!!!

Thank you for your attention on this matter!!!!

I paid out of pocket for a prescription back in Oct 2018 at the medicine shoppe in Maxton Nc on mlk Dr. , after nearly four months my refund finally goes thru , the pharmacist David applied my money to my medicine bill , no problem with that . But when I asked for print ups of my account he was giving me everything except what I asked for . So looking at this one print up and doing the math , I saw he still owed me monies. So I call and he is refusing to refund me monies owed to me . what is cooperates plan on dealing with this scum David ??

A very unprofessional pharmacist Megan Ketterman with the medicine shoppe on 1698 South Queen St. York,Pa.
After not being able to answer a question and had to tell her the medicine was. Refrigerated she CAME after us while we were in our car. In the parking lot twice. We video taped her irate behavior and wish somebody from corporate would look at this. She should not be able to practice with the public.
    Sincerely-Glenn & Floann Fake

Hello, I’m at home, fully incapacitated and trying to recover after experiencing a life threatening emergency this past weekend. Medicine Shoppe located at 10313 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland has my pain medication, Oxycodone ready for pickup. I just spoke with an Indian man named Sekar who was extremely rude over the phone. I inquired about delivery of my prescription because I’m fully incapacitated and they offer delivery service. He indicated that they only deliver to Montgomery County. I said okay. He then said he’d delete my prescription in the system so that I could pick it up from my nearest drugstore. As I began to explain that Walmart already indicated that they require a paper prescription, he talked over me and loudly. I asked him to let me talk and he continued to over talk me, loudly. He said something like, he didn’t have time for this. Lastly, he hung up the telephone on me.

This is TOTALLY unacceptable behavior coming from what’s supposed to be a medical professional. I am very sickly and don’t need to be verbally harassed while interacting with a “professional ” at a place of business. I wish to give a formal complaint so that action can be taken.
I am aware that Medicine Shoppes are franchises. Action still need to be taken.

    Thank you for responding timely.
