I asked for a pure titanium frame , was sold auto flex ventura hwy frame and was told that it is a pure titanium . After research i found that auto flex frame is a memory metal of gold silver and peauter and some titanium. I am presently wearing a pure titanium frame with the same lens and they are a lot lighter in weight which is why i need a pure titanium frame.

Hello,
I am writing this email with the hope that someone can explain me the cost of a Nike Rabid M EV1110 016 #3 from a VSP provider in New Jersey. They charged me $249 for the frame, and in the Invoice description they put down the item as Marchon 807. Could you please help me verify if this sounds correct to you.
Thanks for your help.

Gentlemen:
I purchased your Flexon Victory eyeglass frames July 16, 2014 from Pacific Eye Care Optometry in Los Angeles. I purchased them because they are lightweight and I liked the shape, color and style. I have had to adjust the nose pieces many times because they were creating depressions on both sides of my nose. In addition, I have had to replace the silicone covers many times because they keep falling off. I have never had so much trouble with any of my previous frames. I now have to purchase new frames. This will create a large expense, since I will also need to have new Veralux lenses made, even though my prescription has not changed. My previous frames lasted 15 years and the only reason I decided on new ones was to update my look.
I am very unhappy to be in this situation and hope you can help.

Dear Mr. Gottardi,
I write to you with regard to the quality of the Marchon 3 Airlock eyeglass frames which I purchased from your company at Dr. Bradley Fielding office in Edmond, Oklahoma in 2013. I was satisfied with my purchase at the time, but after 3 years the lenses cracked at each side of the Marchon frames and have become useless to wear.
I understand the warranty has long since expired, but I feel that these frames are a faulty design and your company should replace the frames and lenses as a gesture of good faith to a very loyal customer. I look forward to hearing from you soon on this matter.
Sincerely,
Gordon Stevens
