Received an inbound cold call from your rep Cade Mower this morning. Following a voluminous litany of platitudes about your company, was finally able to get a price quote out of Mr. Mower who wanted to give me a full-blown sales pitch on the phone, which my time would not allow.
As a business owner myself and always interested in improving our presence and sales, I agreed to a follow-up call for tomorrow morning. That was until I discovered that Mr. Mower was not an Arizonan – as the inbound caller ID would lead one to believe, nor was he even in Arizona – he was in Texas. So you people use spoof numbers to deceive people you are calling that you are from within their state and will take your call. Spoofing is for scammers, crooks and frauds. Bad business. Mr. Mower had no reasonable or rational excuse as to why you use spoof numbers to make your sales calls other than to say the calls are automatically routed through Google. Pathetic.
And then when I asked Mr. Mower for some references that I could call to precede our phone meeting tomorrow, he refused – said he could not provide – would not provide etc., etc. Why would anyone with a sound mind do business with a company that has policies like these? Thanks but no thanks Main Street.
I further called your Austin office and asked to speak with Mr. Allison or Mr. Stuart or their personal assistant or secretary. Got more excuses from the person who answered the phone. Did not know their direct numbers or how to contact anyone at corporate. Bad business. No thanks Main Street.
This should go up-line to those who run your company but I doubt it will.
