When you send Checks via online Banking the Accounting Office does Not even know how to prepare a Accounting Spread Sheet. (First Year Accounting 101) Debits & Credits & Dates DO NOT MATCH!! WORST ACCOUNTING PRACTICES I’VE EVER SEEN!!
Maid Brigade Miami HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!DON”T USE THEM!!! Their rating is really no stars at all!!!The most unprofessional and dishonest company I have dealt with. I had a scheduled cleaning for Saturday between 10-12. Was called that they could not make it and would be there between 12-2. Then got called that they would not make before 2, it would be after 3, but not sure the time. The man wanted me to reschedule for Monday. I could not reschedule for Monday and I had a prior engagement for 5 pm. So I told the gentleman that I could not do it because they could not keep their end of the deal. He said I was not going to be charged. Anyways, to cut a story short , they billed my credit card for an amount even HIGHER than the quoted price for something that was NOT my doing. This company is taking advantage of individuals and as I now read review this is a common practice. I feel they have robbed me. How can they charge me when they never even came to my house because of their poor planning.
