You HR and onboarding process left a lot to be desired, so much that I decided not to take the job I was offered in Cleveland (and the low pay being offered didn’t help).
I was offered a position at HOB in Cleveland, sent an offer letter with a specific start date and told I would have to do a background check. I already disclosed something that had happened recently and was told I may or may not have to complete this background check by the hiring manager in Cleveland, but the HR person in another state demanded I had to take one. It took several days to get any onboarding info and the Friday before my start date the background check had still not completed and no one had bothered to even call or email me about reporting to work on that Monday, the date on the offer letter. If I was not starting that day, fine but the lack of communication and apparent inconsideration of me making plans to be at work and prepare was rude and uncalled for. Don’t offer me a job, act like you are more interested in digging up dirt on me rather than being a professional, decent person and communicate. A simple text or email would have been better than sitting there on Friday afternoon wondering if I was going to work on Monday or not. I decided to pull the plug and cut my time losses, as that experience left me feeling like working there would be faced with the same challenges. Your company lost a potential professional, hard worker who was excited to be offered a job; only to be astonished at the disappointment in how you treat people onboarding.
Dear Live Nation: I recently responded to an add, working at the House Blues in Myrtle Beach, either security or VIP. I feel it is important that you know, during college I helped run every concert, even assisting the groups playing. Now living in Myrtle Beach I have worked at CCU. football and basketball games in the VIP tent. At our country music fest, where over 100,000 attend I have checked in 4 days 25,000 ID’s to be legal drinking age. I bar-tended for years and can check a license real quick. When will 2018 vouchers from lawsuit be released? Concert season is half over and many shows at Jiffy Lube Live Virginia haven’t been sold out and many more aren’t selling well. Seems like these would be perfect shows for you to meet you LEGAL obligations to your loyal customers.
Show that you truly care about your customer and please respond ASAP…..and don’t give me the canned response of “check back often”. That will NOT suffice. I have spent many thousands of dollars at your venues over the years and deserve to be treated better!

I attended a concert in Coney Island Brooklyn ,NY 8-24-17 paid 506.32 order # 2900-0177-3861-4154-7 I had front row seats. It was horrendous from prior to when the show started until after the show ended-people were passing in front of us constantly. How could I possibly enjoy the show. The money I pd was outrageous since it was truly the worst seats. Half way thru the show we had drunks falling all over ,one almost landed on me . I have attend many shows there this summer and the seating was totally different, I guess you wanted to squeeze more seats in ,on the expense of your higher paying customers.
On June 29, 2017 we attended the DOOBIE BROTHERS/Chicago concert in Wash, DC. Upon arrival we discovered THE DOOBIE BROTHERS WERE IN NEW YORK. We bought four tix, traveled over 200 miles to come to this concert to see the Doobie Brothers, and we told we would get a refund by contacting the issuer, Live Nation. I did such, only to get back a polite email saying we attended the concert, therefore we will not be refunded. I’m sorry, we bought tix for two bands, not one. We had a major bait and switch given to us. We feel we should get at least half of our money back if not all of it. These tix were purchased in January, 2017. Nearly 7 months before the concert. No one from your organization made any attempts to notify us about the change. I am expecting some type of compensation since we paid for two bands and only got one.

I would like to tell you about our experience .We brought over $150.00 worth of lawn tickets and NOT one screen was on until
Def Leopard started. I spoke with a man in a black shirt which was an employee . First he stated they where having problems with the screens,then he stated Def Leopard requested they Not be on until they played which was appalling .
No where was it stated that the screens would be turn off until they played . We would of NEVER bought tickets to a concert that we couldn’t see the bands from the screens. Is was like just paying for a very expensive party in the park.
We probably will Not attending this venue again we are very dismayed and displeased by this. Heart Broken we work very hard to afford to go to events like this . Not to mention one friend came all the way from Sullivan MO and 3 from Hawk Point Mo. We left feeling very let down and bewilder and Most of all cheated.
Not to mention we bought shirts ,drinks and tickets. We spend about $400.00 for a party in the park.
I thought you would like to know how we felt about the concert last night and I would like to know why this happen last night? I have also wrote a email and left a message to the operations manager at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and have received NO response.

Was recently at a Live Nation concert at the Toyota Pavalian in Scranton, PA. The security guards were sh*t. They did not do their job to tell people to stop shoving others. Instead they flirted with the ladies. In order to have a good time a concert they need to be able to do there job correct. Also, the security guards use excessive force when handling someone. This needs to be looked into before someone gets injured. All of this can be prevented if the security guards do there correct job.
I’ve been in the business for over 20 years. I just recently got let go because I was doing my job at one of the festivals from DAVE RALPH because he lied about me. I remember when Paul Oakenfold took DR under his wings and looked out for him…… I guess it goes to show you that you can’t trust anyone….( espeacially COKE HEADs) I’ve called HR and left several messages and no reply…….
I want to express my disappointment with the logistics of this year’s Windy City LakeShake that took place June 17-19 in Chicago. Last year’s event was, to the attendee’s eye, run flawlessly. This year, not so much. First of all, the timing of performances between the Main Stage and The Nashville Stage consistently overlapped, forcing us to choose between the 2 stages, as opposed to last year when we could easily maneuver between the 2 stages and catch most of every performance. This year, The Nashville Stage was so far removed from the general area, it was quite a hike to get to.
Additionally, the US99.5 booth was also hidden away in the back, as opposed to last year where they served as part of the greeting committee. They were personable, friendly and warm to all attendees. This year I found the US99.5 team unfriendly and uninterested. The handling of the Meet and Greets was totally inefficient. Texting was an excellent and fair process, however, since satellite access was hindered by the many users present, texts were slow to send and responses either delayed or often not received.
But the absolute BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT of the weekend was the repeat performance of Brooks and Dunn! I am a 3-day ticket holder who expected to hear 3 days’ worth of different performances. I feel cheated and ripped off for paying for an instant replay of Brooks and Dunn. They were fabulous, no argument there. But you could easily have filled the stage with a new performer in place of an exact repeat performance. Brett Young was amazing on the The Nashville Stage — he should have been brought over to the Main Stage and avoided the instant replay scenario. Next year I will carefully monitor the schedule of performers and will skip the show if there is again a repeat performance. While the show in general was amazing and fun and entertaining, I truly felt ripped off by the repeat performance. It was insulting to your audience!!!

My mom and I recently purchased 2 presale tickets on April 29 for Eric Church on July 30. These were for my son for his birthday. 1 week later my mom receives a voicemail from Ticketmaster saying the request to cancel my order was approved and her card was being refunded. WHAT?? We never requested a cancellation and after multiple emails and phone calls they are not to retrieve my original GA PIT tickets and are replacing them with 2 tickets NOT TOGETHER in section S reserved seating. NOOOO!!!! They say the only other way is for the sponsor of the event (asuming you) to release 2 more tickets to them for GA PIT, and that no response has been received from their emails. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
I have been working for Live Nation at Shoreline Amphitheatre for the last 3 seasons. I applied for unemployment after this season had ended and now the EDD wants me to provide proof of wages from Live Nation between July 1 2013 and June 30 2014. I only have my YTD information of the entire 2014 season and not between the dates above. How can I obtain the proof of wages?

Hi, I have been trying to reach someone in regards to a concert ticket sale. On Friday at 10 am I tried to purchase tickets to the Luke Bryan concert on August 21 in Cleveland, Ohio. However, at 10:01 it said that all the tickets were sold out. How can all those tickets sell out in under a minute? Immediately I look at stub hub and there are over 1000 tickets for sale at inflated prices. That’s absolutely ridiculous that I am not able to get 2 single tickets due to the fact that pretty much every single ticket has gone to scalpers and people trying to make a profit instead of a fan of the music trying to have a nice night out. Josh claimed to be extremely unhappy and lead me to believe that it was because of

I emotionally crashed as you can imagine when I found out that I was being deceived, used and coerced.
I actually continued to council him and nothing worked.

I didn’t like it but I understood it to an extent because I had met a very sweet older woman in 1998 when I was concerned about someone that I met. I was trying to protect myself. She was never anything but kind and comforting so I couldn’t imagine that Josh could be harmful to me.

I had been in the security industry and know that just a background check was not enough after what I had already been thru in the past.
I left my online presence in July 2011 after Josh becoming very abusive to me.
At that point, all that I wanted was to be left alone.
Things got worse. Worse than before I started hearing his voice. Some refer to it as ESP. Many think and it can be misconstrued are schizophrenia.
It wasn’t schizophrenia. It only lasted about a month and went away.

In spring 2012 I relocated to Phoenix on business and out of nowhere I couldn’t sleep.
Another friend that he confirmed he was talking to online previously told me that she didn’t sleep for months. Josh goes after people with health problems.
By summer 2012 I went back to Los Angeles and things continued to go wrong.
Finally last December last year I woke up talking in my sleep thinking that I was dreaming. The only problem was that the other voice continued to speak to me once I woke up.
I did what anyone would do: I asked who it was. He was friendly and I still had unresolved feelings for him. I asked him to prove that it was real. I was wide awake at that point. He had me go to my computer and look up terminology that we discussed that was not even in my vocabulary.
We continued to talk since he was kind and he taught me to Channel with him.
Since I understood something about frequency I understood this phenomenon to an extent. It’s very real.
Josh insisted on being called Jesus Christ which yes I thought was odd. He has desecrating it.
He sounded happy and I trusted him again. Then out of nowhere he became evil.
At that point he became vengeful. He mentioned Dianetics used by the Church of
Scientology.
