To whome this may concern, I’m a loyal customer but have been concerned about the safety of your employees at the pacific Ave. little Ceasars in stockton! Apparently the air conditioning does not work its over
400° in the kitchen and we’ve hit a heat wave! I have a heart condition and had a stroke! It’s severely hot in your restaurant! I had tolerated it for almost a year now in hopes that the manager would do something about it! All he told me is it just broke! He just smirked! I know it’s been alot longer! As I said ive been a loyal customer since I was a teenager I live by the restaurant! Sad to say it has had a high turnover of workers! We live in California there should be no reason for these poor workers to work in that oven of a restaurant let alone your customers that have health conditions cannot tolerate the heat please fix the hvac system its been long enough! Thank you,

When LC’s first came to our area, Tenn., I wa one of their more staunch supporters and wouldn’t eat any othe chains pizza! The big rectangular pizza was excellent with an amazing crust1. Then things changed and not for the better! No more big rectangular pizza and the crust flavor was gone! I switched to other brands for years and this evening I decided to give LC’s another try! I am sorry to say the product we received was less appetizing than what your company had when i dicided to go to another brand years ago! Disappointment reigns again! Back to PJ’s or PH again!

I frequent the Little Caesars in London, Ohio. I am sorry to say that I have never received my order in a timely manner or correctly. They never answer the phone to place the order. They always say their phone is broken. They really need to get it together. I am actually sitting in my car right now waiting on them to fix my order correctly. I placed my order at 7:14pm and it is now 7:58pm and still no pizza.

This company does not care at all, who they have working for them! Last night I ordered online. Went in the restaurant 20 minutes later. Was ignored for 6 minutes. Then after the rude employee tossed my food on the counter, I asked for my sauce. She turned around stood there, looked at me! Proceeded to call me a F@@@kin B@@@h, and said she was getting it! Then threw it on the counter, and told me not to be rude next time I came in! I told her she was so rude, and had No customer service skills!

I’m from Michigan moved to Gainesville Georgia so needless to say the little Caesars is totally different here. I have had several bad in counters with the little Caesars in Gainesville GA Store ID 03393 – 00031. Tonight I came in to get a remake from the last time in came in here and the front. Cashier was so messed up on drugs he didn’t know what he was doing then the manager who I dealt with before was so rude to me in front of everyone he made me start crying when all I was doing was coming to get a replacement order it was only one pizza not like I was expecting anything for free just was told to bring my receipt With me which I did and because my receipt was a week old he argued with me in front of the whole entire staff all the customers and then ended up would not give me my pizza for free like he told me it was their mistake to begin with and I was just coming to get a replacement order I just left there in tears I will never ever go back there again and I will call and do whatever it takes to make sure that this doesn’t happen to any other woman again They should be ashamed of themselves

I just visited the Cullman, Alabama location at 9:20 and proceeded to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes without receiving any service. I parked my car and decided to walk in and the woman who came from the back was rude when I asked if i could order. She told me there was no pizza and that they weren’t making any. The store hours are posted on the door that say they close at 10 p.m. and it was 9:30. After walking out the store, she then locked the door behind me.

Here is the comment I left on the location that I went to Facebook page Extremely upset! I will be calling corporate to file a complaint. Ordered pizza using the app as we’ve done so many times before. The app charged our card 3 times. My Husband tried to explain to the child of a manager. He refused to give us a refund. More than likely beyond his technology abilities. I called only to be put on hold for more than 15 mins. Only to be told it was out of their hands!! This location stole $84 from our account and refuse to give it back??? Give me a break! The hung up on me 3 different times! I called back and asked him if he’d like $84 taken from his account? He had the gall to say, I’m not sure????!!!! I told him fine he can give me the money from his own account if he doesn’t care. “Ma’am I’m not allowed to” And to make matters worse, he admitted that this happened to someone else only they hit that person’s account 5 times!!! Does corporate know they’re stealing from customers accounts and refusing to refund? If not they will know soon.

They told me I needed to go through my bank to take care of it? No it was done through little ceasars it should have been issued by them! Upon using the app, there was only a could not be processed error no confirmation. Tried to use 2 separate cards. 3 transactions of $28 and change appeared on my husbands account. I better not have it on mine. This needs to be resolved. This store did nothing to help but made the already frustrating situation more upsetting. He had the nerve to cop an attitude with me and provide nothing but sarcastic responses. This manager should be fired as he admitted to this issue happening to another customer. Lord knows how many people this has happened to. This is stealing!

I visited you establishment on May 30, 2021 @ 3pm there was only 2 other customers before me. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads I paid and was told it would be 15 min. I went outside to my car to take a business call and came back 20 min later at this point there were 15 people in the lobby and when I to get my order the manager informed me it wasn’t ready I said how much longer and I was told he was unsure bc they are busy. I said well there was only 3 of us before all these customers came and I was told well unfortunately he couldn’t give me an estimated time bc it was busy hr. I asked to have my money refunded and my order canceled and he claimed he did it but couldn’t provide me with a receipt bc they have to keep the receipt for thier file. I told him I need proof it is refunded he said he assured me it was and I would see it with 5 business days. I called after 5 business days when it posted on my account and spoke to another manager and she kept asking me you sure you didn’t get the food. I explained there was no food to get it wasn’t ready and you wouldn’t give me a wait time. she said the refund was made. She took my name and said she will leave notes in the system and to wait a little longer. I called my bank and my bank stated a charge was made but a refund was not pending. I asked if it would show they told me it will show pending but might not post for 5 business days well I waited a couple more days went back personally to the store spoke to answer manager and the head supervisor and they said they will talk to the owner and get back to me. I don’t know what all this run around is all about. I never got my food all I want is my refund bc I paid for something I never received. The service is absolutely horrible. The staff and manager is uneducated and don’t know how to manage an establishment. And very unprepared for thier rush hour and the manager has the nerve to say on line orders are a priority. No all orders are a priority just learn to manage them without all these customers purchases you would get a paycheck. Ignorant, rude and ungrateful for thier client tell. I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE!

We have similar issue my friend! Mine is this lady misunderstood my order, not to mention that during that day a lot of messed up ordered from them as well, I saw it coz I am waiting inside for my ordered. I saw this gentleman complain that he’s ordered are not the right one and the manager gave him extra pizza and fixed the issue. And there is another lady they put extra pizza or her ordered but the lady is so honest and she race the flag. Anyways so instead of half Hawaiian , half combination and 1 crazy bread she gave me 1 whole Hawaiian ,1 whole combination and 1 crazy bread. I told her that’s not what I said and this guy step in with the manager / supervisor. They told me I am getting my refund in 6-8 days, I called corporate and filed a complaint after 10 days and on top of that I called the place as well and spoke to the same persons who served me that day and told me they already refunded me and there is nothing they can do on their end, what the heck! I told them as we speak I’m checking my bank online and also I spoke to my bank prior and nothing is being refunded from them. I know business not making money but this is not how business scam people! We are not stupid! I don’t care if you refunded me at your end but still I don’t have my money…lord have mercy! I’m doing this so that way hopefully people know what to avoid in the future…by the way around $25 bucks is not that much to b*tch about it but it’s just I want people to be aware on this kind a local business

to whom it concerns – I waited an extra 30 minutes past the time indicated at the Dawsonville, GA store on Friday for my two pizzas ordered online. Orders were being lost, employees looked genuinely confused. Communications only occurred when it was initiated by a patron.
This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. The manager will claim they are short-staffed (habitually). That’s the common theme in this store. With Marcos, Pizza Hut, Mod pizza, Mello Mushroom and Dominoes in the area, as much as I like your deep-dish pizza, it’s simply not worth the wait to keep everyone at home waiting so long. 5-10 minutes would not be great, but 30 minutes is inexcusable.
In my opinion, the Manager should have offered something off the price or thrown something in when they keep you waiting this long but the manager was “hiding” out back and I only saw him once when the lady who had ordered 7 pizza’s for a party came in only to find they didn’t even have her order at all.
Regards.
Tony

Hello I went into a little Caesars establishment on March 2, 2021 to purchase two slices and steaks I was told it will be 10 minutes late so I decided to wait inside the restaurant with my mascon I noticed in the back the workers and manager was not wearing any gloves they were making the pizza touching the cheese, meat and pizza dough without glove on their hands. Is this a common practice for Little Caesars? If it is it’s horrible unsanitary practices

I ordered two pizzas, crazy sauce, and two 2-liters from your Little
Cesars App for delivery. I did not receive two 2-liters, I received one. When I contacted the store I spoke with a girl who said they do not deliver and that I had to take it up with the driver. I informed her that it was a Little Cesars driver. She asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said yes. I then hear her tell the manager that I want to speak with her and tells her why. The manager’s response was that I could go in and pick it up and that they are too busy right then. I informed the girl that I would not have ordered delivery if I was able to get out and pick it up. The manager was very rude by not taking the time to speak to me and to tell me that they were too busy. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and have never treated my customers badly. Her bad customer service will reflect to her employees. I and my family go to that store often and we no longer will.

I frequent little ceasurs often. And frankly I’m appalled by my most recent visit. I put my order in online and had it paid in full. Got a confirmation email that it would be done between a 7:27 and 7:32 okay fine. I get it I’ve worked plenty of fast food no big deal. I show up about 7:20 there’s a line outside the door. Okay fine I also understand this, it’s a pandemic, little ceasurs is a tiny store they can only allow a certain amount of people in at one time (4). So I wait my turn. I finally get inside. Surprise, it’s not ready. At this point it’s probably 7:30 or so. Okay I can wait. And wait and wait. I waited so long the manager took the other three guests orders that were waiting with me and forced most of us to leave because “there’s too many people in the lobby and things aren’t ready there’s a line forming I need to take more orders.” Fine. I can understand this too. But what I can’t forgive is getting kicked out of the lobby 3 times in an hour. Not apologized to once. Yelled at for “looking into the glass too closely” because god forbid I had to figure out if my order was ready or not. And then called out in front of other guests who had been waiting less than 10 minutes and were about to receive their food. I didn’t leave little ceasurs until around 8:05 at least. And to be belittled and disregarded and had others served who showed up after me who hadn’t paid before me is just completely unreasonable. Yes, I shouldn’t have yelled at that manager. I do regret that, but I don’t think he was in the right either. And frankly it’s gonna have me think twice the next time I want a “cheap quick pizza”.

Last Friday I went to pickup an online order that was paid in full. When I arrived, all though 10 minutes after time for pickup. There was a line for pickup clear out into the main road. I had to wait in line for over 50 minutes. If that was not bad enough I watched employees carry out orders to people you placed an order through the drive thru come out with no PPE. Did I say I paid for my order ahead of time. Second when I got to the window I watched the attendant at the window pass a credit card and order to the consumer again with no PPE. The same action took place when I arrived at the window to get my order minus the credit card exchange. To put so many consumers, family and friends in danger is very disappointing. I can tell you I will not return.

Last Saturday evening, in the middle of the pandemic I went to Little Cesars on Cheyene Ave. in Summerlin (a suburb of Las Vegas) to get a quick pickup for dinner. After getting the pizza and ordering wings, I noticed that the cashier and kitchen help were not wearing gloves, masks, or any type of protective gear. When I ordered the wings the cashier took a box out of the warmer, went to the back and spread sauce on the wings. I observed that he did not wash his hands (before or after) when providing the wings. Needless to say the wings ended up in the trash. Also, having to wash off and sanitize the box for the pizza, by the time I was finished, the pizza was cold and un-edible. I intend to share this experience and warning about the lack of proper kitchen procedures with my neighbors, friends and everyone who visits this location and Little Cesar’s kitchens.

I have frequented little caesars pizza in many states thoughout North America. Love their pizza and never had a problem with quality or customer service! However, the location in Newberry Fl customer service is pathetic to say the least! Our experiances there have been horrible for customer service!! Every time I go to this store, I get long waits & rude employee behavior. On numerous occations, I have had to wait 10 – 15 minutes to be asked to take my order. The employees that work there move extreamely slow, barely acknowledge your existance, yell from the back that they’ll be will you in a few munites. Ten or more minutes go by and you’ll watch them leasurely fold boxes, and ignore customers waiting at the counter ! On Friday 11/8/19 (note: this didn’t appear to be a busy Friday either-there was only one car with a family of 5 waiting for an order-there may have been pick up oders, but being they don’t deliver & based on what I saw, it didn’t appear that busy for them), 2 employees ingnored me for aprox. 5 minutes, before saying “it would be just a couple minutes sir”. Another 7+ minutes went buy, while one employee folded boxes and glared at me with a cold intimidating stare, as if I was intruding his territory, replying it would be a few more minutes. He continued to move at a very casual speed and ignored the customers at the counter. There was only 1 family waiting for their order at the time I walked in. moments later, several walked in & got the same cold treatment!
Per my experiance at this store in Newberry Florida: This appears to be an acceptable behavior at this location. I got the feeling these employees not only hated their jobs, but didn’t care. I wonder what they are paid & what the owner/manage is like, via this store or district, because the employees clearly dont care about customer service ethics & behavior. At any rate; there needs to be something done at this store!!! I’m only assuming that the employees are paid a very low wage and I can only assume that the owner/mgr. is not a very good boss. These employees at this location seem to hate their jobs and clearly don’t care! I think serious changes need to be made at this location! There’s 2 other pizza places nearby and a Dominos open up a block away. I hate Dominos pizza but I’ll go there, if I get better customer service. I’ll pay twice as much at Newberry Pizza Company or Villagios down the street, to get better service. That’s what Iv’e been doing. It’s sad cuz I luv Little Caesars pizza. I think it’s the best tasting of all the chain pizza places.
I think the corporate office need to get involved & make serious changes to the owner/managers & employees at this location!!! This is not typical of other stores I’ve visited! I don’t want to see this store close. We love little caesers pizza! Maybe they need to send in an Undercover Boss to witness this behavior.
Sincelely, truthfully,

This is the exact thing I’ve seen at more than four locations trough out Southern California. They will never get my money ever again and the only ones disappointed in that are the kids. I’ve had so many wrongs happen with Little Ceasars id need any author to document it all. They truly don’t deserve the business they get and won’t be for long if the piss poor business model continues.

Wow you could be talking about every Little Ceasar’s location I’ve been to in Houston. The one closest to where we live now only knows to give you an undercooked doughy pepperoni pizza while you wait 45 minutes. Doesn’t matter how many time I tell the person taking the order supreme I get pepperoni and then I’m told you said pepperoni! That’s what I heard you didn’t say supreme. Guess the employees are trying to bankrupt the company and send it down the tubes. It’s a shame, they had the best pizza. We will find somewhere else to go from now on.

Your recent commercial is an insult to both viewers and the two actors who, hopefully, were very well paid to behave so foolishly on camera. You need to look at the yelp reviews for the Little Caesars location at 1766 University Ave Riverside CA 92607. The reviews are really bad. Something should be said to their management -yeah it’s that bad. I myself had a very bad experience there today, I placed my order 4-1/2 hours prior to needed pick up time – order wasn’t even started yet, and disappointed a group of students (making myself look very bad in the process) and the employees there just didn’t care.

My husband went to get a cheese pizza, Thursday august 22, 2019. 45 minutes later he came home with a pepperoni pizza which will send him to the emergency room if he ate it, he cannot eat red meat, greasy meats, fried food. I called little caesars, to tell the girl he was bringing the pizza back, and the reason he couldn’t eat it. Then I called the manager to tell him the reason for bringing the pizza back, and that we should get a free one. He said it would be free. Husband comes though their door while I am talking to the manager on the phone, the manager tells him he can keep the pepperoni and no charge, I just finish telling him why he could not eat it, again my husband told him the same story, it would send him to the emergency room within 4 hrs. He came home with the cheese pizza, but he paid for the pepperoni one, no free pizza. I call corporate office, told them about what had happened, then got customer service, the lady Susan was very nice, she said she would sent a gift card for a free pizza, and if they didn’t honor it to call her back. Absolutely disgusted with the Belton, Tx location. I have had problems with their customer service a few times in the past as well. This evening I called in an order for pick up(as I do every Friday night) for pick up at 7pm. When I arrived I was told there was no order. I asked what they would be doing to make it right ( again this wasn’t the first time). I was told by the cashier (Kenneth S.) that I could have a free 2 liter. Beyond irritated (after working all day and picking dinner up for the kids) I asked for the corporate number. He called his manager on the phone and I was told that they were refusing to give me the number to corporate. I asked for his managers name and that was also refused and then I was told to get out of the store. Not only was I humiliated, I didn’t get the order I originally called in for( had to settle for burned pizza that had been sitting in the warmers), I also payed for something that was beyond what I would consider giving to my dog. I am a GM for a fine dining establishment and have been in the food/ restaurant industry for 20 plus years. This is by far the worst display of customer service I have ever seen.

On Sunday 5/19/19 at approximately 1:30 p.m. I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas to take to a Kairos Women’s Prison Ministry Meeting. I did not get a receipt, my receipt is my bank statement. When I arrived at the meeting I discovered that both pizzas were burnt. I was so embarrassed and needless to say no one ate the burnt, unattractive pizzas. I called the store after the meeting and talked to the manager, he did not seem to understand my frustration. I ordered the pizzas from the store in Jennings, Missouri.
I would really appreciate a gift certificate for complimentary pizza for our next meeting. I am anxious to prove that your company has fantastic pizzas. My mailing address is XXXX Arden Avenue, St. Louis Missouri 63121-5408.

Why advertise “Hot n ready” when there is never any ready? People buy Little Caesars for the quick convenience. If we have to order the pizza and wait for it, might as well order a better quality pizza from a different company. Also, might consider training the employees.

Again asking why she just said no. I had to buy a large deep dish. I asked her who the manager was she had no idea. No one in store knew her the manager was. Ask for a pen to write phone number down and was told they don’t have pens. Very unprofessional. Her name was Christy r. On a good note the pizza I ordered was amazing. Little good out of this.

I specifically asked if it was still offered for $6 and the person stated “yes – your total will be $6.40”. I said thank you I will be there soon to pick it up.
When I arrived, I gave the cashier my name and told her what I ordered, she rang it up and stated the amount I had to pay was $7.45. I said how is it $7.45, aren’t the thin crust $6.00? She said as of now they are $7.45. I said but I was told over the phone $6.40, she said who told you that? Whoever told you that was wrong, the price is $7.45.
I was so disgusted. I paid for it anyway, but if I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone somewhere else to buy a pizza.
I also told her if you are changing the price, why do have all of these signs up stating $6 thin crust pizza? If you’re going to change the price you need to take the damn signs down.
I would like to be compensated for the aggravation I had to endure at the hands of this cashier – Abimbola A.

I tried to use a coupon for an extra most bestest for the thin crust. I was told I could not at the window. So I called and a manager (not sure of the name) told me I could. So a few days later I tried again and told them the GM said I could use it. I was called a liar. The mananger on duty said she was going to call her brother who was the store manager to ask him. She never picked up the phone. I could see her, she never made that call. But she came back to the window and said he never authorized it. I cannot believe the blatant lies told to my face. I love your pizza and it is affordable to me as a single mother. But I was so upset by being called a liar I pulled away without ordering.

Someone needs to contact the branch in North Augusta SC on Market Place Dr. and let them know they suck. I have been trying to call them for about 10 minutes (nine times) and all I get is ringing for about 5 or 6 times then it hangs up. If thats how you treat your customers, then u have just lost my business. There are plenty of other pizza places I can go to.

I have NEVER seen a more rediculous commercial in my life than the current Little Caesar”s one running on the Hallmark Channel. Each time it appears we groan and grab the mute. The woman’s head on the table proclaiming the pizza’s ingredients is most unappetizing, followed by the guys remarks ehyuck. Eleanor Vick , first time writer to a company to voice my opinion.

Regarding Order # 315 115 at store ID: 01338-00014. This is not a question or comment-this is a complaint on what an employee said to me today at YOUR business. While waiting for my order there was another lady waiting too. She was right in front of me in line. She and I made comments to each other on how long the wait was taking. When they called her name, she asked for extra crazy bread for her wait. The guy gave it to her with no problem. When I went up to ask how much longer I was told they were still waiting for 1 of my pizzas. After a couple minutes mine order was up. I asked if I could have an extra crazy bread for my wait the kid got them and put them down in front of me and bummed under his breath what sounded like, “beggars can’t be choosers”. I said, “what did you just say?” And he proceeded to look me right in the eye and repeat, “beggars can’t be choosers”. I was LIVID! I immediately asked for the manager. When the kid went back to get the “manager” I saw the manager laughing. WOW! I insisted on my money back for what I ordered and told the manager that what that kid said to me was BS! There apparently were two managers there because when I asked for the managers manager he pointed over to a younger guy wearing camo. And that manager gave me corporate number. What really impressed me about your franchise in Battle Creek MI store ID: 01338-00014 is how they really could have cared less about what that employee said to me. We always order pizza on Friday night and have been ordering online from the Little Caesars on 10 Mile Road in Novi, Michigan and picking up from the portal. Tonight we ordered as usual and the posted pickup time was 6:12pm. We arrived at 6:32 and were unable to get our pizza from the portal. The manager advised that there is a 30 minute time limit for orders to be in the portal, and that time limit had been exceeded, although it was now only 20 minutes since the scheduled availability time. Apparently the Little Caesar’s staff prepared the order so quickly that it went into the portal 10 minutes early. The manager offered to re-make our order, but we then had to wait another 15 minutes through no fault of our own. An offer from the manager for a free 2-liter bottle of pop would have eased my anger, but I guess we’ll probably give Domino’s a shot next week!

I was at your Avon, Indiana location 10976 US HIGHWAY 36
AVON
IN – 46123, US on Sunday November 25,2018 about noon. I was very disappointed and very disconcerted by the fact my Hawaiian pizza had a big piece of broken plastic in it. I took a bite and had to pull the broken plastic out of my mouth. This could have caused damage to my esophagus and internal damage if I didn’t notice it first in my mouth. I was then embarrassed by the store employee when I told him about the plastic. He told me i had to bring the pizza back, and when I did he didn’t give me a full refund. This left me very upset and embarrassed. I have alot of questions about how this non food item got passed through many peoples hands into my mouth?

Purchased a large thin 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 half sausage from Berwyn Illinois location, extremely disappointed. Crust was thin but tasted like cardboard, pepperoni was burnt and there was hardly any cheese and the pizza looked nothing like what the TV ad shows. We were first time buyers and probably the last time. Completely unsatisfied.

I first tried to call in an order to the Little Ceasars in Harlem Ave in Tinley Park Illinois and let the phone ring until I was disconnected. I called 4times and it rang and rang for several minutes and then disconnected me. Since I couldn’t get through on the phone I drove to Little Ceasars on Harlem Ave in Tinley Psrk Illinois and ordered 5 neatest pizzas and prepaid for them. I asked for them to be ready in an hour. The Manager Dartanion assured me they would be ready in an hour After waiting for approximately 90 minutes I asked the manager of my order was ready and he told me it would be ready in a few minutes. After 10 more minutes I asked again and was told no your order is not ready. I then asked for and received a refund. I was very disappointed and so was my grandson and his friends. You need more workers and management. You advertise Hot and Ready when in reality I couldn’t get my order in 90 minutes. Is this false advertising?
I order 5 pizzas every other Friday because I allow my special needs grandson to have 10 friends over for pizza.
How much advance notice does Little Ceasars need to have 5 pizzas ready.
Don’t tell me to order on line because none of those orders where ready either so many of those customers asked for refunds also. I also think you owe me something for all my time and frustration

Very disturbing to see how little Caesar’s business and employees are supporting the murderous, communist government of Nicaragua, and their minority supporters.
As seen in the picture, little Caesar’s employees are marching with the Communist flag in support of the Dictator of Nicaragua.
Also, said but not verified, is the donation of 100 pizzas to the Communist supporters marching with them.

The little ceasers in elkridge MD is horrible. The manager shows favoritism and steals her employees money by refusing to pay them once she fires them. Her assistant manager ( who is never at the store) is the managers boyfriend. All he does is watch the employees all day while they work so the manager can call and yell at the employees for not doing something. The store is filthy, the cleaning rags are never washed and there is not sanatizing bucket to disinfect the tables. I don’t know what type of business you are running but I am a manager in a kitchen and this kitchen would be shut down by the health department in a split second. For being a company that makes millions I would think you would want your franchise stores to be run properly.

Today at 13:57pm I ordered a bestest pepperoni pizza and pepperoni cheesy bread. I was told it would be 5 min to pull around to the front . At 4:23 I got out of my hot car from waiting in the sun with my handicapped grandson to go in and check on my order. I was greeted from the back welcome to Little Ceasar’s. No one came and finally a voice from behind the counter on the floor spoke up and said could someone wait on her. When I presented my bill they asked what it was for. I repeated my order 3 times before the girl ever got it straight. They all looked at each other like I was crazy. They finally produced what I guess is my food! I was so mad I told them I was calling corporate. Go right ahead they said but we have a manager on duty.
I cooled off and called the number printed on my receipt 606-726-7164 not a working number but printed on your receipt! I then looked on internet to get the number. The manager Miss Taylor said she was sorry, the girl in the floor was counting money! WHAT IN THE FLOORCOUNTING MONEY?????
I was told they were sorry but was not offered anything for my experience! NOT THAT I WOULD TAKE IT! We have two other pizza places in Stanford and a Brick Oven coming soon! I wish you luck you might want to look into your employees at this franchise!
BY THE WAY YOUR CORPORATE NUMBER IS ALSO ANIN WORKING NUMBER!

jlhines77@ gmail.com. Your Inglis, FL store is awful. They never answer their phone and when you go down there to get a hot and ready pizza they never have any ready and tell you that it will take 18 mins. It’s always only one or two young adults or teens in there. I have been to several Little Caesar stores and they always have pizza ready. It’s a shame because this is a very small town and it’s the only pizza place here unless we drive 15 mins away. Guess I will start eating frozen pizza. This store needs to be manage by a mature adult who cares about the business.

Your little ceasars in Kinston NC the managers are rude the employee that was sitting outside I asked them their names and they said bob and Cheryl . This the the 2nd time I went there and they were being extremely rude . I also have seen some employees being favored more than others and to find out it was their son. He cusses when Others and I are in the lobby and all they tell him is shut up I’ve also seen him make his own pizzas not buy them and walk right out the store I also seen how they acted towards other employees and if I have to say they are not representing little ceasars correctly at all . If you don’t get new franchisers you will lose respect for your business and lose plenty of employees I have talked to the employees serval times and they have told me a lot about them two. And at this point they will lose my business and I talked to others that have went there too and they feel the same way.

I would like to say as a wife of a very valued worker of a jackson county little ceasers, u should be ashamed of some of your workers. Manager’s who are extremely sexist. Who give special treatment and not have consequences to certain female employees for not showing up on time always calling making pizzas as she pleases. But any other employee makes a pizza for crew that hasn’t eaten all day and get told they r wasting it and time. Giving special treatment on holidays when EVERYONE is told to work but of course not her. He abuses his power and will he losing there best workers if it continues. I will no longer be purchasing your products due to your most recent commercial. Any company that glorifies the disrespecting of parents is a company that does not deserve any hardworking parents financial support. I hope every parent takes a stand against your disrespectful add.

Ingrid Breckon says
The commercial currently running for Little Caesar’s should be removed. I am VERY surprised the concept idea for such a commercial did not stay on the scrap heap in the garbage can. To have a child ‘call the shots’ and berate his Dad and further ‘stripping’ him of his #1 Dad patch is just a very wrong message to be sending out!! Explain why this wrong moral message is OK in our society? How about a change to the commercial such as the father coming in with a Caesars Pizza and the dad and boy have their conversation how it was a great deal. Then the boy giving his Dad the hat with the #1 Dad patch. How about that message of giving parents RESPECT ! I know publicity of any kind can work for a company’s exposure, but this publicity is just a turn off to any parent ! Your name will get around but it won’t be in a positive note.

Bob Herriman says
Your commercial with the dad crying and sweating before his arrogant disrespectful son, and then losing his #1 dad status, is in very poor taste, and is demeaning to fathers. It blatantly encourages children to disrespect their parents and be rebellious. It is sad that for the large amounts of money you probably pay for advertising, that you cannot do better than that. It is also very sad that an ad agency would come up with that concept in the first place. For your company to approve it, amounts to corporate suicide. If you think it is smart to target your marketing to disrespectful, rebellious children, then you have forgotten that it is their parents who are actually paying for your products. Our family has been customers of your stores, and enjoyed your products for many years. We will now take our business elsewhere.
Patti says

I am writing to express my disappointment of the Little Caesars Pizza located at 936 Southfield Rd, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Not once, but 3 days in a row I have gone to get crazy bread or Italian cheese bread to be told each time, they were out of the ingredients. Either, they were lying and didn’t feel like filling the order or whoever takes care of the inventory is not doing a good job. Either way it goes, they need to do better! This is a multi-million dollar franchise and it’s real unprofessional and unacceptable to continuously tell the customer you don’t have the ingredients to fill an order. Seriously considering taking my business somewhere else.
Cathy Dobucki says
I hate this commercial every time it comes on! If a parent doesn’t get the right kind of pizza they’re unworthy! Are you kidding me! This is nuts! Teaching kids that the things their parents or others get them are the most important is unconscionable! I will not buy from Little Caesars until this and the one where the little boy with the dream is told too bad kid, it’s already been done. The person who conceived these ideas must have had very disturbing childhood! I’m very disappointed that these got past so many people and got on the air! SAD!! ?

Every time I visit the Gonzales Ca location I am disappointed with not only the poor customer service but that this location never answers there phone!! The reason I am trying to place an order before I get to this location is because they never have pizzas… never!!! And then I get attitude from the very rude young lady at the counter. I don’t understand why you hire eye rolling kids!! This kid should be nowhere near customers, she needs to be in the back of the store where she has no contact with customers or maybe not even working at this business because it is obvious she hates her job! Please hire more mature respectful employees. I visit this location at least twice a week and every time I get attitude!

Thank you all that I have read that also do not like this despicable ad regarding the boy disrespecting his father! I also greatly disagree with this message and I have emailed Little Caesars corporate office letting them know my intense dislike of this ad. J. Jammond says
I know it’s just a commercial, but I get upset every time I see your latest commercial where the boy disrespects his Dad over the pizza and rips off his #1. At least the Dad brought home something to eat! This ad is disgusting! You will Not be getting my business any more!
Lorraine Snipas says
I am glad to see others that are disgusted with the commercial with the little brat taking the #1 dad from his dad’s hat because he didn’t get the pizza from Little Caesars. Any parent that takes that crap from their bratty kids , made them that way. Do you really think that commercial is going to generate more business? I change the channel immediately, and I don’t have children. I get my pizza from a local pizza shop. It is a family business. If any of their Italian kids talked to their parents like that they would get their heads knocked off.
Karron Zahnow says
I just want to inform you that I am very offended by your “little godfather boy” demoting his father for not buying the right pizza. It is very offensive to me. I raised my sons to be better than that. I am so offended by it that I turn it off every time I it comes on.. I had to google commercials to find out which pizza company it was. I will never ever buy another pizza from Little Caesars. You should make commercials that honor hard working fathers and honor father son relationships. Sincerely, Karron Zahnow
Julie says
I agree with the other people that have commented on your commercial with the young boy that disrespected his dad when he brought home the wrong pizza. There are enough young people in this world that are being taught that it is ok to be disrespectful to their parents and to others. Kids need to be taught and shown that they need to be respectful to others.
sandra says
I agree with everyone who is just as disgusted as I with the new ad depicting that incorrigible child who has absolutely no discipline what so ever and who further appears to be chastising his father for not purchasing the pizza “he “ wanted, he then proceeds to rip of “#1” from his father’s hat. If either of my children ever did anything like that they would be punished for being so disrespectful.
I too realize this is just an advertisement that someone thought would be funny and bring in customers…well I for one have been completely turned off by this gross advertising, it will not generate any income from me and I hope others as well.
I did call corporate but would not be given the opportunity to speak with anyone in the advertising department. The person who answered the phone said she could take my complaint and would forward it on to the right person for consideration…YEAH RIGHT!!!

I’m so disheartened over your most recent ad for your pizza. I realize it’s just a commercial, and in the end it’s about generating revenue, but in my opinion the marketing department really missed the mark on this. Why are we portraying to our children that it is alright to disrespect a father (parent) because of the pizza he brought home. We are bringing up a generation of entitled children, and this commercial really drove the point home. We are living in a time where many fathers are absent from their children’s life and to see this man with sweat running down his face because the pizza wasn’t good enough and then see the look on his face when that little boy ripped off the #1 from the actors hat.
made my heart ache. I’m sorry but your marketing department missed the mark on this. Your pizza is very good, the price is spot on. Let that speak for itself. I’m just disappointed in the ad. I saw another person also disliked the ad. I hope others express themselves if they are disappointed. I know it’s just a commercial and actors, but to a child who is watching this commercial it may not be so obvious.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds this commercial distasteful. I turn it off as soon as I see it. Is there really any kid out there who complains because their parents spent too much money on them. If my son gave me attitude like that, I’d be eating pizza and he would be eating PB and J.

Last night I went to the Little Caesars down the road. I’m not sure how this store is in business other than people usually walk in and out pretty quick with there order and don’t notice how gross and dirty it is. Last night, there were many problems with everything about my experience and order. First off, there were just two people in front of me when I walked in. The front counter worker was stress out because he didn’t have any change for a guy who wanted to pay cash and also because the pizza maker in the back kept walking out of the back door because apparently some girl he knew was parked out there playing loud music and was having some kind of a drama which was distracting him from working. The front counter worker was so dirty and the register was filthy which he proceeded to take apart while I waited so that he could fix the tape. Not usually an issue except for that he flung the cover onto the dirty floor and then when he was done he put it back on, went outside to get his coworker who finally returned without washing his hands and as he started making pizzas again, the two of them talked loudly about the dramas of the girl outside all while myself and two others waited for our pizzas. This gave us all time to notice how dirty the store actually is. I have worked in restaurants my who life and I can see how the health department would ever be ok with what is going on in this store!!!!! The other issue is that I ordered the new most cheese and pepperoni pizzas that are $6 and are being widely advertised. When I finally got my pizzas, I can say that they were the worst looking pizzas that I have ever had and I have pictures to prove it. Some slices were 2×3 inches in size while other were gigantic. There was little crust on the pizza. Mostly just sauce spread out and dropping onto the box. I did not notice that it had any more cheese or pepperoni that the normal $5 pizzas and certainly did not look at all like any of the pictures advertised! I am pretty appalled by the experience last night and I am not usually one to pick dominos over Your brand, but they are littlerally in the same complex and now I have many reasons to make the switch. I would like too see these issue fixed or hire me to go in and clean it up and set them straight! I would like to be compensated obviously as well.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT WE REALLY ENJOY THE PIZZA– BUT LAST NIGHT MY HUSBAND WENT TO PICK UP OUR ORDER FROM THE BRADFORD, PA LOCATION HE TOLD ME THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO EAT LITTLE CAESARS ANYMORE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAITED ON HIM HAD ON A NASTY FILTHY LOOKING UNIFORM THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED FOR A LONG TIME. IN ADDITION THE EMPLOYEES HANDLE THE DIRTY MONEY AND GO RIGHT BACK TO TOUCHING THE FOOD. THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO LOOK CLEANER AND THEY SHOULD BE WEARING GLOVES WHEN MAKING PIZZAS.. THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDERS AND THE MONEY SHOULD NOT BE HANDELING THE FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS- THAT IS DISCUSTING!!!THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THAT I WE HAVE NOTICED THE EMPLOYEES HAVING ON DIRTY LOOKING CLOTHES AND I HAD TO TELL ONE OF THEM TO WIPE DOWN THE CASH REGISTER WHICH HAD BUILD UP DIRT ALL OVER IT. THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE MUST CERTAINLY BE AWARE OF THIS– IF NOT THEN HE EITHER DOESN’T CARE AND HE IS AS NASTY AS HIS EMPLOYEES..

your Caesars on Smthe/Copperhill in Valencia,Ca is terrible. They never have the pizza ready and this is your new $6 pizza. They said they were told NOT to make the $5 pizza unless asked. People are waiting 15-20 minutes. You need to get a competent manager at this store

If someone was to open a Little Caesars in Anna il, they would make a lot of money. Hint hint***

I’d been going to the Little Caesars at 11600 GLADIOLUS DR., FT. MYERS, FL 33908 for close to two years, ever since I first asked for a small pepperoni pizza with extra sauce put on it prior to adding the toppings and putting it in the oven. Wow! It put all other local pizzas to shame, and I ordered it religiously, about once a month. I always offered to pay extra for the sauce, and the owner always refused to charge any more than the regular 5-dollar hot-and-ready price, saying he was glad to have me as a customer.
Today I went back to order my usual small pepperoni with extra sauce, and learned that the store had been sold to a new owner. Nonetheless, they said they would make it for me, no problem. When I opened the box and checked it visually before carrying it out, it looked great. When I got it home and started into it, I discovered that not only didn’t it have extra sauce, but had very little sauce at all, was mostly bread, and dry as toast. It was a poor excuse for even a mediocre pizza.
What burned me further was that I called up the store and asked to speak with the manager. I politely told him what I ordered versus what I ended up getting, and he simply said, “Okay. Well, all right.” He offered no apology, made no effort to make it right, and truly sounded like he couldn’t care less.
Sorry, Little Caesars, but good customer relations DO make a difference! I told that new manager (or whoever it was who claimed to be him) that he lost a customer, wished him good luck, and that I would NOT be coming back.
Sincerely,
JB

Went to Little Caesars tonight in Lewisburg Tn. The pizza was hard as a rock and cold as ice. Call the manager but she was a stupid , If you can not teach the people how to run a store then you need to be out of bussiness. You got young kids as managers that don’t need to be in that position. So I am going to the news media, and facebook. This comment will be on face book.

I visited the little caesars inside true Kmart store in Kingsburg California Dec 30th.
The store was very dirty. The person behind the counter was by herself. I ordered two pretzel crust pizzas and one regular pepperoni pizza. The dough was flat the pizza was a mess. I ordered extra pepperoni it looked like I didn’t get extra but the pepperoni was just placed closer together in the middle and nothing on the outside. Is there any quality control? Several years ago when the store first opened th place was neat clean and you got a quality product. Now sadly it seems that management for the store is poor and cleanliness is forgotten. The dressing station had all of the covers broken and missing hinges one door was bent so it wouldn’t even set over the top correctly. Someone needs to go look at the store located near the Save Mart at the other end of town and take notes on how to run a good quality store that puts out a quality product. Maybe they can learn something.
I will not ever visit the store at Kmart again until someone goes there and puts this store back in shape and train the employees how to do their job. Please have someone take the time to visit this store and they will see what I’m talking about. Show some leadership and return the store back to what it was.

Hard working American!!!
Look corporate office, please contact this location in oak hill,512-374-0006 Austin TX about the watching over and inspection of the product. I am a hard working American, and when I go to take my family to enjoy one of your pizzas, my wife tells my2year old daughter not to eat it, BC it has a mosquito cooked inside the cheesy pizza. This is unacceptable in any manner! Now when i called the store to let them know, the Mgr mari-Lou Wilson seemed more concerned with my vocabulary instead of the product she is repeatedly selling out of your business! I’m furious.my wife said not to go back , but when the store management acts as if it is not that big of a problem,i see this differently. If it was your child about to eat food with a bug or mosquito inside of it in sure you guys would feel what i am experiencing at one of your stores. I have pictures of this and will post online for the rest of the ppl to see. We have also purchased previously pizzas with hair in them as well. The women weren’t wearing hairnets either. Please contact this store for inspection! I will be reporting to health department.

Dear Service Director:
I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with my September 3rd visit to your store.. I went to your restarant that night with high expectations.I was very excited to try the New prezel pizza.
My concerns revolve around two primary areas, cash register and boxing up of the pizzas preparation. The young man they had working the cash register they also had working the area to box up the pizzas once they came out of the oven.My issue is that the young man is touching money that is very dirty at one point then hes going over to box up my pizza and and has no gloves on so his hands are no dirty with the dirty money and touching my pizza. Also this young man seem to have no belt on so about every 2 mins he would pull up his pants right at the part of his behind.Seeing this really made me sick to me stomach.I getting a Pizza that i was truly excited to bring my daughter that is now dirty from this young man touching dirty money and pulling on his pants every other min with no gloves. This is how people get sick and i do beleive that there should have been someone else working on the food part, not the same person touching dirty money.
Sincerely
remi
