I live in Bremerton, Wa., about 50 miles from the Seattle area. Don’t let the mileage fool you as it is a 2 hour drive even on a good day. Virtually all of the postings on your jobs available site are for the Seattle area, which rules them al out for me. Can you please change the settings on my site for job openings in Bremerton, Gig Harbor, Tacoma. I sure hope you can do that. Thank you very. much.

I am very disappointed in Linkedin. They are Publishing WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT ‘MY’ Company and I am the CEO/OWNER. They put someone in that was briefly with the company and you can NOT contact them by phone or email. The Phone No they list, is a robot for address and they will NOT let you talk to anyone. Now, I have to resort to ‘hoping they will get my letter in the mail.’. It is a VERY SERIOUS THING TO PUBLIC INFORMATION ON A COMPANY THAT IS INACCURATE & Without that COMPANYS’ PERMISSION. It’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I will be ASKING THEM TO ‘CLOSE MY INFORMATION DOWN’. Even though MANY BUSINESSES ask me go to on Linkedin, if the SITE IN NOT RELIABLE & DISRESPECTFUL – WHY SHOULD YOU? Hopefully, someone from their Office will respond and FIX THIS ‘FALSE ADVERTISING’.

I do not know what sort of scam you are running but you are very deceptive
in your New York sales office. Yesterday a lady named Kennedy called me
about our page “American Indian Movement Georgia” we talked a good while
and she made many promises to me about what she would do for us. She told
me we would be ad free and that they would do a nice page for us to help us
get donations. She also coned my out of my credit card number, and talked
      me into a $50.00 dollar a day budget when I only wanted a $5.00 dollar a
day budget till I did see what your service could do for our program. She
told me we would make lot’s of donations with the way they would fix the
      page for us.

This morning I checked our page and it was the same as it was yesterday.
They had and do have a lot of information on the page that should not be
there. I again checked it a few moments ago when I got in the office again.
The page was full of ad’s and I had to scroll down a long way to get to the
bottom and it as I said was all ad’s.

I do not like being coned, lied to or taken advantage of as we have very
little money to do stuff like this. But like all great scams I tried to
call you corporate office and it was a recording and not a number that
answers there phone. I am calling the Attorney Generals office tomorrow
morning and informing them as to how you people do business with people. I
also always record ever sales call to us that we are going to have a
relationship with. I will be turning it over to them as well.

If my credit is even tried to be used by your firm, I will sue you people.
Also I was told it would be billed one time a month at the 1st of the
month. Do not try to use it you scam artist people. I will also be turning
the recording of the call with this Kennedy person to the programs Attorney
in the morning. I d was told what you would do for us, and again all I am
seeing on the page is advertising for people. I do not feel like I will
here from you people as I have seen how you are to people that you con into
advertising with you, and that there is no way to get a hold of your
      company H.Q.

    To Linkedin,
I find your website despicable and negligent. You allow scammers who used false photos of themselves and who threaten people without even investigating or posting a warning about criminal activity, even when you are aware of it. You don’t even pull the false photos off your website, until several months of customers complaining about why the false photos are still there. You are wreckless and disregard the safety of your customers and I think your company should be fined for it.

I’ve been a linked in customer for a long time but whoever is running the company now is sure screwing its customers. Seems success and loyal customers are just things to throw away. I wonder if the shareholders know what is going on. Business 101 – don’t screw your customers.

      Michael Shear and readers,
I agree with your comments in September 2015. I saved over $6 grand and lot of wasted time and aggravation by not renewing my recruitment account with them in 2016. Reasons: 1. Customer service is almost non-existent. 2. Most batches of candidates they send for the posted job were unqualified. In five years I placed ONE I met through linkedIn, the rest were word of mouth. 3. The sales women who called to renew my account t was so insulting I sent them numerous complaints that fell on deaf ears. The lack of care these people have for customers is systemic…so nothing will change until new competition forces them to change or die. This week I tried to have three issues fixed without success. The customer service person just keeps sending irritating company form letters that do nothing to resolve the issue. I requested they call me in each of my e-mails but they never do. Its day 4 now and the guy said he would be glad to call me BUT…he had top have more information first! This is what they do EVERY TIME, and they never call you. I’m so disillusioned at this point I’m ready to cancel my Premium account too. I will make one last ditch effort to notify the people at the top first. If they are like the management at SWIFTPAGE they will want to know the problems and fix them. I’ve been loyal to Swiftpage through their difficult years because you can get through to management and they care. FYI, they finally figured out sending accounting to Asia was a mistake and they are bringing those jobs back to the US now.

I’ve been locked out of my account for FOUR (4) years, ever since I added a second email and tried to use it as the primary. I’ve submitted at least four help tickets, and no one ever writes back, AND GOD FORBID they use their Mountain View phones to actually act like a human being and call to resolve the issue. Maybe when I fly my little Jet over and sit on one of their F*$&#%n cars all day a human being will come out of a cubical. Strictly a small potatoes operation who insulates themselves from responsibility.

JM MILLER I feel your pain. Read my response to Michael Shear for details. I cancelled my recruiter account with them and I’ll may cancel my premium account next. I sent notes to those who may be the COO and CEO, but it will be a shock if one of the calls me. When I had issues with Switpage and called the CEO in AZ he answered his own phone and had his techs call me 10 minutes later. then I got a call from their tech guys in the UK so they could help locate the glitches and find a permanent solutions. THAT WAS CUSTMORET SREVICE on steroids! They will never loose my account competitor! Who is is coming after LinkedIn business? I’d like to give them a try.

My account has been restricted for more than 3 weeks. Your response center says that it is due to my inviting those I do not know and trust. This is untrue as those invited are friends, part of those organizations on which I serve on the Board, clients of my firm, users of our private labeled software or compatriots. Our articles are distributed regularly in more than 150 publications, and we have more than 150,000 software users in the USA alone. I have been told a week ago that a supervisor would look at my situation and respond quickly. No response. Please resolve as my firm pays for numerous Sales Navigator accounts,

I have the right to know were this email generate from. My question is did LinkedIn send me the email for advertisement or generate clientele or did this person send it personally to me. I have a no contact order against this person. No one in the company can answer this question. You can not even get any one to call you back or email you an answer. It is pretty bad their staff is not trained right to handle the work that comes cross their desk. I have done every thing that there help desk tells me to do for the last 5 days. In the last 6 months or so I have had people on MY email list contacted by your company and are very upset that I continue to send things to then under your Corporate Name.
