LifeShield Home Security was founded in 2004 by current CEO Louis Stilp, in Pennsylvania. The original name of the company was InGrid, Inc.     I’ve only been with Life Shield for 2 months. I received my equipment and the security camera had no threads in it (I could not screw it into the mount) and had to be sent back to a UPS STORE at my inconvience. They did send me out another one. The front door sensor fell off after I installed it, tripping my alarm. I had to leave work, miss money and come home. This past week my motion detectors have been tripping non stop, The police have been dispatched out to my home twice in 3 days. They will begin charging me for false alarms. I’m sure its the faulty equipment, or the central station may get a kick out of harassing me. They called and asked for a “password” I was confused because I have a passcode of numbers not a password. They dispatched police and were abrupt when I called and complained. I’m now at work paranoid with no peace of mind, because a false alarm could go off at any time and if I don’t answer my phone the police will be at my house. I can’t be on my phone at work. And God forbid if there actually was an incident the police probably wont show up because of all the false alarms. Can you please stop this… and stop these people from calling me, I have a friend in need of an alarm system and could not recommend Life Shield. It seems like I’m being harassed by the Alarm company that I pay to protect my home. They are sly, rude, condescending and I don’t trust them. I’m trapped in a contract also and they know it. I’m letting you know, I will contact the Better Business Bureau is this situation can not be resolved because I’m tired of being called and played with.

    To whom it may concern whoever works these offices needs to make sure when a person calls and ask for corporate office number they don’t deceive them and tell them there is no corporate office number like I’ve been told several times if they listen to the phone conversations like they say where the line is being recorded for quality assurance they will hear all the conversations and arguments that I have gone and argued about this and no one seems to care they just tell you something and tried to shut you up so to speak and you never get the problem solved that’s a bad choice of business I have tried to sell this company by telling them how good they are and how outstanding they are and it seems like to me I’ve been stabbed in the back and they don’t care all they want is your money every month my worst fear was to knowing that my family was unprotected and the system was not working properly and they just shot me a breeze and say will working on it will try to get it fixed it’s not their family it’s on the line it’s not their home it’s on the line it’s mine I’m just one individual but a voice of many kindly check into this for me please thank you

    This is the second part to My message the smoke detectors or sensors do not work they said they would send another one sensor out since that one is not setting it off the bottom line is they said when they start selling smoke detectors I could switch and trade the sensors in I have had a terrible hard time getting them to even give me one I have had a terrible time with this they have deceived me in the past with not telling me everything about the equipment just like tonight I was told that my smoke detectors was not the right ones because it had tone and a voice in it I have the latest ones out on the market the kitty smoke detectors it’s a 10-year smoke detector hi reviews and they tell me that this one will not work so being on Social Security I’ve got to go out and buy more smoke detectors in order to make this sensor work it’s bad enough leaving me and my family unprotected for the time that I have to go out and scrape up what money I can get up to get this taken care of it’s is really poor business like to do a customer this way especially a customer it’s been with y’all as long as I have they don’t tell you everything they should have disclosed that from day one about this here I am to Holt I’m thinking it I’m protected and my child is protected and come to find out it we are not we only have one sensor it’s working in this house that’s a shame to put somebody’s life at risk not disclosing everything about these darn sensors they have been selling these for quite a while and they haven’t up kept their word about letting me know that they had them and then after I found out that they had them they still don’t want to correct their mistake and fix the problem by exchanging them like they said they would then we have the cameras it’s a whole different nother matter it’s been going on for a year and they still won’t get that fixed I’m paying for a service that I’m not even getting the full benefits for would somebody please contact me and help me please the only other possibility that I have to turn to is legal representation and maybe news media I’m really trying to reach out someone to help me here thank you and have a blessed day

    I have been a lifeshield customer for 4 years I’ve had two major problems that hasn’t been resolved and I keep getting the runaround saying they’re going to fix it I pay good money for this security system and bought countless of equipment I have paid in good faith my premiums every month and I am terribly getting the runaround from supervisor Cedric and one incident has gone on unfixed for a year and I still get the runaround I am currently trying to get this problem fixed I’m looking for different ways to contact someone to get this taken care of I’ve hit brick walls after brick walls I’m trying out for help to get this resolved my cameras don’t work on my Droid Turbo 2 and I have contacted these people time after time and all they keep telling me is they have their guys working on it that’s all I ever get told and after a year you would think someone would have got it fixed by now I cannot stream my home cameras on my device I have troubleshooted with Verizon over and over it is not with that it’s with lifeshield app they will not fix this problem I have a system that half works and they won’t fix it I can’t get no one to give me a helping hand I’ve tried to contact main office but they say they don’t have a corporate office or a higher up to go to this is my only way to get someone to Hear My Cry for Help the other problem is when they sold me the system they told me at the time they do not have a smoke detector they have a smoke sensor and when they get the smoke detectors I can trade them sensors in for the smoke detectors they lied about that as well they will not give me the smoke detectors they give me one and I still have one that needs to be replaced I live month-to-month and when I have to go out and spend more money to get this system to work it’s a shame they told me I had to buy different smoke detectors when I bought the system and got the sensors they didn’t tell me that you had to have one at didn’t have voice I’ve got one is got voice and tone and it will not activate the sensor so leaving me and my child protected and they say Home Security is there best priority done everything I can please contact me and help me and let me know at my Cry for Help has been answered or somebody got this message please I feel like I’ve been done wrong and no one is to help me I cannot afford to go to another company with all the equipment that I have purchased over the years it is unwrite and wrong of the supervisors to not fix this problem
