Ordered a sub as I have never tried Lenny’s before. I ordered from the kiosk. After ordering, I was told that they did not have one of my ingredients (bread), so I asked for a refund. The girl named JUICY said that she could not figure out how to provide my refund. I asked if I would be quicker to make the sun or get the refund. She said the refund would be quicker. She attempted at a different register and still could not figure out how to do a simple refund. I said well if you don’t know how to do it, is there someone else that can do it. She started yelling at me telling me that she gets active and she’s really about that life and cursing calling me the b-word and threatening me to the point where several employees came out and had to pull her to the back. She kept saying she was going to beat me up and I wasn’t “getting on no plane today” implying that she would beat me to the point where I couldn’t fly. She continued yelling through the door from the kitchen that she would beat my bleep whilst two other ladies attempted to refund my money while yelling Juicy stop!!! I told the women to just keep the refund because at this point I was afraid for my life. She was so irate and clearly has nothing to lose or live for. I really hope that JUICY gets the mental support that she needs because everything is not always a fight or a reason to threaten someone or “get active because she really do”. I was embarrassed and afraid that she was going to hit me because she kept saying that she would and I believed her which is why I left without getting my food or a refund. I was thankful to the ladies that came out to try to calm her down as airport security never showed. I have it all on video as well. Sometimes people at the airport are in a hurry and just want their service fast enough not to miss their flight. I simply wanted service in a timely manner. I only asked for a refund because they did not have the bread that they offered on the kiosk and JUICY said it would be faster to get a refund than to wait for my food. I will be contacting my attorney as well as I need to see this situation rectified. Thanks.

Went Lenny’s at 4103 Elvis Presley 9/2/2022 at6:15pm to order a sandwich and a child was on the bench and the guy on the inside told me he can’t take my order because the girl that can is outside getting her car worked on and only told me to take online orders.

Ordered from Pascagoula Lenny’s. Simple turkey 5 inch. Order is picked up and it has my name on it but it is a tuna salad or chicken salad loaded with onions. (I’m pregnant and can’t go near this without puking). I called the store and the girl on the phone says “ok-so you didn’t eat it:?” I said no and that it’s still sitting here. She says “so what do you want?” I said again just my turkey sandwich because I am pregnant and can’t eat what they gave me. She says “Hold on…….hey! there’s a pissed off lady on the phone!……..” I waited about 5 minutes then I was hung up on. I called back and it is someone new. She offers me another sub and I asked if it can be delivered because I can not leave work again and she said in 3-4 hours possibly. So I asked to speak to someone higher than her. She gives the phone to someone else and she was SUPER condescending and said they are equals and it’s too bad about my meal . That I was welcome to eat what I was given or she could remake my sandwich for me. AFTER I told her again that I could not leave work. Now I’m sitting here in literal pain because I can not eat whatever this is. I wish I could attach a picture for reference.
It would be one thing for this to happen once but this is the 4th time consecutively.

I placed on online order for pickup at 4:20 cst at the location on Spotswood. It said my order would be ready at 4:39. We arrived at the location at 4:43 and all the lights were off but there were employees inside. One proceeded to open the door to tell me they were closed and I could come back in the morning to pick up my order. Absolutely the worst experience ever at a Lenny’s. The website clearly states they close at 8:00pm. I will be disputing the charges since my bank account was debited for my order and I did not receive any food.

The manager of this Lenny’s location made this situation right. She apologized for what happened and explained to me what was going on at her store. The person who spoke so awful to us was a maintenance man working on water pipes. However he did have on a Lenny’s shirt so we assumed he was an employee of this restaurant. The manager was very apologetic and made our order perfect. I will not be holding this against this store manager. She was so nice when we talked.

Was at the one in Millington, Tn today and they had no air the ones working sweat just pouring off them and they where trying their best not to be sweating in the food and I have to give them the best thanks for it, but it was still to hot to est inside the restaurant and I really do believe the owner should have done something sooner then have people leaving and not being able to eat inside. And no I’m not trying to get anything free if anything is giving out it should be to the young people who stayed at their job even though it felt like it was 120 plus inside I could even tell in was taking a toll on them. Thank you for awesome food but please make something happen with the air

The manager/owner was very unprofessional. First of all they gave us the WRONG order. When we returned immediately with the sandwich and receipt, we explained to the lady and asked for a refund. She said the manager had to ok the refund, she called and told him the situation…l could hear him on the other end yelling at her “how the f-ck you give him the wrong sandwich!?” She was nice and said he was on his way. When he came in he just started getting orders out and tild me l was “just gonna have to wait!” Seems like he came in with an attitude…then said he’d have to pull the prep ticket…which never appeared even after tge lady told him we got the wrong order, she knew we did, but he wouldn’t listen – l gave him MY receipt mind you, but it didn’t make a difference. I could see this wasn’t going to be good so l called the police (because he said they don’t refund.) We were asked to leave his establishment and we exited with him behind us…yes, he came out of the door behind us and his entire demeanor changed especially when he saw the police coming. He said “oh you called the police”. Yes, l did because l could see where this was going. After explaining everything to the officer and asking for him (the manager/owner) to pull the tape because he was making accusations of me yelling & cursing of which l did not do. He told the officer he was the owner and we could call the corporate office if we wanted to… Anywho, he and the officer went inside, don’t know what was said but he came out with the officer, pulled out a big stack of money saying he didn’t have any change…really…who does that? But in the end he gave us $15 when our actual ticket was $12.70, after telling us we could come back in and even have free drinks, of which we didn’t want. All of this could’ve been avoided if he’d been more professional, l understand mixups happen, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to rectify the situation in a professional business manner. We will NEVER spend our money there again and definitely NOT RECOMMEND his establishment to friends/family. The food is outstanding, but the manager/owner needs to be more people friendly, if he’s having a bad day, suck it up and move on.
