There is an employee named Kim Gray who is harassing many people and making claims that thrive can help cancer and ED and sleeping problems none of which have been FDA approved for treatment. She is posting very strange tick-tock videos some of which include harassing her ex husband using her followers from this program to bash him this is not right the CEO of this company needs to take a closer look into their employees. I was once a Leval promoter But I had to leave the company from all the harassment and lies that Kim Gray was doing to me and my family.

Wow, judging by the previous comments, I am thinking I won’t see my refund either. PLEASE get a better support department! They are of absolutely no help. I returned my product a month ago and still have not heard anything back. When I do contact support, they keep asking for more info. They supposedly can’t look anything up using the RMA # THEY provided to me. They ask for the tracking info, it was delivered to them on November 13th. I would like my refund or I will join LinkedIn just to message the higher ups. I will never recommend this product to anyone else. You could make way more money if you were on your supporter’s side, but you’re not.

This is a TOTAL pyramid scheme – DO NOT buy this product. This is the WORST Customer Service I’ve ever encountered with a company. The 888 phone number is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS and they are of no help. It makes one wonder why they ONLY want you to email them, not talk with a live person? What kind of Company does that, what are they trying to hide???
We’ve refused the product and returned it and they’ve still not refunded our money. We DID NOT ask to be signed up for Auto-Ship yet were done so without authorization.
Le-Vel is horrible – I STRONGLY encourage people, don’t fall for this scheme, you will regret it!!!!

This place is pathetic auto ship been trying for months to get off of it. No number to talk to anyone just email so now I’m done playing with them going to bank in the morning and then a 9am appt with an investigator. This is a scam and not gonna work for me so I hope you mfers read this cause I’m coming for my money back you s.o.b I will get even STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

This all started with the auto ship. My daughter and I chose to try this product I paid a pretty penny, we did not like the product and dropped auto ship even removed my card from both accts but the product continues to show up and my card (which has been removed) keeps getting charged and each time I send them back. Numerous emails to customer support is worthless they do not want to help you just send you here, there and everywhere as well as tell u to eat the cost cuz it’s to late . I just don’t understand how product and my card keeps getting charges since I have removed it . Then I am told my daughter has a second acct and that’s why , umm no !! My daughter only has one email and the email they gave me that is attached to the open acct is not my daughters name – so I ask you how can this be fixed once and for all I am tired of these games your company is playing

I Have sent the product back and they resend it to a hotel I am no longer at. The hotel refuses it and tells them I am no longer there. Tey relabel it and send it right back to the hotel. The hotel will be refusing anything that comes from Le-Vel. The are waiting 30 days so they don’t have to refund me my money. will be calling the CEO on Monday and hope this changes. They will not accept the return. I am going to hire an attorney for a class action lawsuit!

This is a MLM company also known as a Pyramid scheme. People should steer clear of this company and their high priced products that can be found anywhere if you look (other less pricey same thing) Also the way they recruit their “cyber door to door salesman” is more like a modern day cult with the minions selling and the top one percent getting rich. Typical pyramid / cult structure and organization. This company played a big part in the loss of life of Shanann Watts and her 2 little girls Bella and CeCe. They are the opposite of wellness or healthy family structure! Don’t walk away from Le-Vel Brands LLC and Thrive but RUN! They are a rip off and do not produce the results they claim.

I am highly upset with the why this company handles their customers. I have contacted customer service and opened many tickets only for them to reply back that I need to wait longer. I tried to cancel my order prior to shipping due to the fact that I’m allergic to the product. I was than told that I’m not able to cancel it and I wait until the product was deliver and also was told to just write refuse on the box and return it. It is now almost 2 months and 5 customer service tickets open later and I still did not receive my refund. I had to pay over $208 for my product upfront. I would very much appreciate if someone can please get back to me.
