Contacting Krystals is a nightmare, 90% of the time when my family visit store 019 in Jacksonville, florida on Merrill Road there is an issue, the quality of service and food is probably the worse at any of the chains. Tonight I went to get some hotwings, but of course they had none, so I settled for the shrimp basket, Huge mistake, it was like biting down on rocks, I literally could not eat the food. I tried breaking them open to see what was inside, some of the pieces had no shrimp and some had shrimp so small you could barely tell it was a shrimp. This store needs to be on the list of future closings. $8 isn’t a huge loss, but I was hungry as you know what. It’s unfortunate these stores don’t take pride in the quality of food and service the present to the public. Krystals is usually a last resort for me, this is why. So much potential, but like most food chains, quality is secondary. Please close this store.

My nephew works at the Villa Rica location and hasn’t gotten paid in almost a month. His manager Gloria and her manager Bret keep giving him the run around about his pay card. I have the texts from bret. And hes a real douche. But anyway. We have filed a complaint with the Georgia Department of labor, the BBB and of course your corporate office that doesnt answer the phone or call anyone back. I have sent the entire conversation by email to your corporate office witch includes him saying this is not his job. Either way, yall sorry self’s need to pay him. He wont be back at work til he is. LOCATION MANAGER USES OFFENSIVE CURSE WORDS AT CUSTOMER THINKING THEY HAD DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THRU ORDER WINDOW……We were waiting at the order board at your drive thru on the corner of Barrett Pkwy and Dallas HWy. in Marietta Georgia on Saturday November 6th at 6:30 p.m. When it was taking so long for someone to answer my husband asked into the mic if anyone was there (the inside looked very dark) A girl answered very abruptly that she was busy and she’d be with us in a minute. We shut our car off to wait. She finally came back and Said “you want a #1 Combo” My Husband said “No, I’d like a #3. upsized with a large coke and a fry, 2 extra Krystal doubles with cheese, 1 Chick and 2 apple pies” She responds “You want a #1 and a #3”. He says “No I don’t want a #1” and he repeats his order. Then she says something so fast neither one of us could understand what she said. So he asks her “What was that”. She says ” 6 minutes on the pies”. We said that’s fine we”ll wait. Now she wasn’t aware we had shut off our car or we would have already pulled away towards the p.u. window and she had a live Mic on. We we hear her say very loud “Why are you being such a “Dick A**”. This is totally unacceptable language to use for your customers. We drove up to the window and another employee, a tall young African American young man, was there to take our money. When we asked to speak to the manager on duty. A large blond girl in her 20’s walked up. He calmly asked her why she called him a “Dick A**”. She denied saying anything. He told her she should be ashamed of herself for speaking to a customer like that, what if a child had been in the car. He told he we would be reporting her to the corporate office and if it was his business he would have fired her on the spot. You can’t talk about people like that. She just stood there , said absolutely nothing, the young man was right by her side so he heard it all. We drove off. This is totally unacceptable behavior for anyone, anywhere working with the public. She doesn’t deserve to be a manager of anything behaving in that way. Your corporate office is right here in Atlanta and I was planning on calling and speaking to her District Manager today but there is no way to call through. The same is happening in Tennessee. They are rude and disrespectful. They never have any products listed on the menu. No tea, coffee, jelly, sauce, or sausage. It’s sad. Their phones mail boxes are full. So, you never leave a complaint. They really should shut down.
I asked for a large sweet tea and the manager told me that they cost a certain amount and never asked for the price. She literally would not give me the largest size they had.

I ORDERED A #1 COMBO.PRICE QUOTED WAS $7.59. GOT TO THE WINDOW AND GAVE MY DEBIT CARD. THEY RAN IT, CAME BACK AND TRIED TO HAND ME TWO BAGS OF FOOD. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE COKE MACHINE WAS BROKEN AND THEY HAD NO DRINKS… I CHECKED MY RECEIPT AND HAD BEEN CHARGED $16.98 FOR 2 KRYSTAL CHEESE COMBOS. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. THE WINDOW GUY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE RE MAKING THE ORDER. I DID NOT WANT THAT ORDER, TOLD THEM TO GIVE MY CARD BACK AND I LEFT. THIS WHOLE TRANSACTION TOOK APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. WE GOT NOTHING FOR $16.58.

I went to your Fayetteville, TN store at 1239 Huntsville Highway, phone # 931-433-0742 to day, August 12, 2021. I went to the drive thru and I ordered the 12 piece sack full of Krystals -no cheese and two large French fries. I paid $19.00 and some change( 1 don’t remember the change and they did not give me a receipt). I drove 4 minutes down the road to meet my husband for a late lunch and I handed my husband two burgers and I got me one and was putting ketchup on mine when my husband said, “ what’s wrong with these burgers.” I stared eating mine and noticed that the bun was hard and We both took a burger each out of the bag and opened them and was looking at them. They were dry and meat was hard and brown, the onions were brown, and the mustard was dry on the burgers. They were nasty!! We looked at the fries and they were brown and Luke warm…almost cold. My husband said, dang when did they cook these, yesterday!…..I ain’t eating this crap!” He left to go back to work and I took food back. We ate three burgers, and touched two..so I decided to go and only get money back for 7 burgers and two large fries. I went to the drive thru to talk to manager because I had my two dog in car and I didn’t want to leave them in car in this heat wave we are having. I explained that the food was hard, old, dry and would only like refund for the seven krystals and two large fries that we didn’t eat. I didn’t even say anything about the two we touched but didn’t eat. The manager had attitude and said, “fine, will give you your money back” then the kid at the window handed me $7.59 ….so, the manager is saying that five Krystals cost almost $13.00!!! No way. The kid at drive thru said to me that’s what he told me to give you. Meaning the manager. I drove around and parked right by front door and went in. The manager looked at me and walk away, the kid at the window looked at me then over at manager and said something like that lady is in here. The manager walked back by the kid and looked at me. Then he says something to the boy and walks over to counter. I told him that there was no way that there was no way 5 krystals cost $13.00. He said oh come on lady, you ate over half the food. I said no, we didn’t!, we ate only five…look in the bag I gave you back, there are 7 krystals and two large fries. He walked away from me and said to the drive thru kid, give her five bucks and two cents just to get her out of here. I don’t want to put up with this. He layer the money on the counter and said now you have more than half the money for food that you ate. I said no, this is just half of what I paid. Are you telling me that 5 krystals cost $11.41 ! He said take that money that’s all your getting for over half that food that you ate. I told him he was a lier and dishonest person and a bad manager and he said go on, don’t come back and I said I sure won’t be coming back here that is for sure. He was saying stuff but at this point, I was done listening to him. He is a good example of a BAD manager and people person! I have worked at restaurants was a manager, and even waited tables while going to college and I never treated anyone as rudely or badly as he did. This is why people are giving Krystals such bad reviews and not going back to any of the restaurants anymore. There will probably be nothing done to this manager or me refunded the correct money. This kind of service to customers is why restaurants and companies go out of business. I am telling everyone at my church, neighbors, friends, and relatives about this place and the manager…hoping to drive business away from this place.

I went to the krystal #taloo5 in live oak Florida at 1:21 p.m. today August 11th 2021. When I pulled up I was vehicle number five, 8 minutes later I got up to the kiosk to place my order, the girl said I’ll be right with you. 11 minutes later she came back to take my order. My order was for four Krystal cheese no ketchup. I reiterated to the girl to make sure there was no mustard as I was highly allergic. After another 12 minutes I made it up to the window. The girl immediately opened the window and took my money. 10 minutes later she handed my food out to me. I was highly agitated and just pulled off and discovered that I did not have four Krystal cheese no ketchup, I had two Krystal cheese everything on them including mustard. So I ended up in line for 33 minutes for something I could not even eat. As the doors to the lobby are locked there was no way I could get even in to Lodge a complaint

I have been eating Kyrstals since the 1970’s and look forward to having them from time to time. My local Kyrstal in Fayetteville, Ga has disappointed about five times in a row, and yes that is no exaggeration, for the past five times at different times of the day they claim there is a 20 to 30 minute wait because there system needs rebooting. I don’t know how they remain open with this continuing to happen. I never comment about this kind of stuff but this is a little bit ridiculous. I just want my Kyrstals.

I had a problem with one of your stores in Atlanta Ga. On 6-15-2021 at 10: 45 am store number 31 at 6405 Jonesboro Rd Morrow, Ga 32060.
First off the store was dirty none of the tables were clean my friend I was with had to get some napkins and clean a table off for us to sit down and eat. The Drive thru manager or person running it was very rude and disrespectful to us and other customers as well matter of fact she yelled at an elderly white gentleman asking him are you ready to order very loudly. It appeared to be a table full of managers there that didn`t seem to care at all how things were being done.
I ordered the pick 5 meal which normally comes $ 5.92 cents with a 10% senior discount in this instance I wanted a bigger cup but with water. I was charged $ 2.29 cents for a regular drink. When in fact I should have been charged .50 cents for a larger cup or what ever Krystal`s price for a larger cup would cost. We frequent the locations at least 2 to 3 times a week and have not had an issue until that day. We didn`t know any of these workers or managers but it shouldn`t make a difference if they are our regulars or newly hired personnel. It was very appalling the way they treated customers.

I’ve just moved into a new neighborhood, so decided to grab food this evening at Krystal, Moffat Road, Mobile, 36618. Around 7:30pm, I walk inside (unlocked door) and I’m greated by a very feminine African American male (maybe between 19 & 23) who nastily said, “we’re closed!” I asked if the store or just inside was closed. Again, he impatiently said again, “we’re closed”, with eyes widening for emphasis. As I began walking outside, thinking, ‘then why are the doors unlocked’, when the same guy, walking outside behind me says, “you can WALK through the drive-up, if you just want something to eat. I said, “no thanks? I’m good” and continued to walk on home. ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I’m better off buying groceries and cooking than to go spend MY MONEY and be insulted and treated unfairly.

The fries task like they was cooking in old burnt greasy and very nest and stuff together and hard to eat.We love the old fries and the Krystal was put together really fast and everything on the buns was hanging of the sides very unhappy .They need to go back in the days they was trained and shift management was watching over everyone
I work at the Krystal in 1984 and 1987 work and went to school graduation . The food and worker was allways working together not standing around playing on the phone and if you had time to stand you hand time to clean we have good numbers .

On March 27, 2021 round 2:00 pm I visited Krystal in Lagrange Georgia. The hamburgers were not done they were white looking and I opened the bun to make sure no onions were on it the top part of bun had a mixture of grease and blood from under cooked meat. I only ate one of the three I purchased and my stomach wasn’t feeling well so I threw the food away and wasn’t able to eat for the rest of the day. My husband ordered four hamburgers and he only ate one and was feeling the same way and he threw the food away. Therefore we wasted all that money for NOTHING but to be SICK! The place is always filthy! Krystal used to be a nice place to eat.

This is my 2nd issue with the location on Crestwood Blvd in Irondale/ Birmingham area in Alabama. I didn’t report the 1st, but this 2nd time was a little extra. I was in the drive thru and when I started my order I was told that the icee machine was down. I didn’t have another drink in mind so I was thinking for a few SECONDS and the worker comes back on rushing me. I then asked if there would be an extra charge for the slush. The worker said “it’s down also” “it’s the same as the icee machine. I don’t work there so I don’t know what’s what. Her entire tone was with a nasty tone. I canceled my order and left. This was around 11:20 a.m. on today, 3/27/2021. Please have a talk with the manager to have the employees attitudes worked on.

This is the 2nd complaint that I’ve made about the same location!! This Krystals is farely new and located on Senoia Road in Fairburn, Ga. The adjusted hours of operation are clearly posted on the drive thru window which states Sunday through Thursday open till 2 am, Friday open till 6am, and Saturday 24 hours. I went to the drive-thru line at 12:15 a.m. on a Monday(an hour and 45 minutes before close) and this is the fifth time all of the lights are on inside and on the drive thru, yet no response at the speaker!?! Nobody ever answered or said anything when I said hello are you open?! I drove up to the drive thru window and saw two employees hiding in the kitchen again!! This restaurant is one of the only restaurants open this late in the area and could do very well in sales, unfortunately the employees they have working at night refuse to sell food!! Sometimes they answer just to tell you that they have no food,other times they say their system is down, one time they told me they had soda fountain drinks only!! Another time they had no sliders or chicken!! And then the best of all is when they dont respond or even acknowledge the customers , they keep the whole place lit up because they are getting paid to work, and are supposedly open , yet they hide in the kitchen instead of doing their jobs!! It is sad that they refuse to serve any customers and get paid to do absolutely nothing but stand there!!

Someone form corporate needs to REALLY Check into the General Manager of krystal in Halls, Tennessee!
Employees are being done VERY wrong there and are punished for pointing out ways the store could improve the way it runs and treats its customers.
She REFUSES to show anyone how we can access or pay statements, We’re working 100+ hours a check to help out when all of our employees quit from the way she runs the store and only end up paid for less then 40 of them on a regular basis.
Our store is always forced to lose business do to her negligence or out right ignorance of how to do our truck order despite multiple of us offering to do it for her or help her see what we need. We are constantly losing customers because we’re out of shredded cheese, Mayonnaise, Product packages, ice cream mix, syrups for the drink machine, wings, you name it we are always out but we can order products we don’t even sell for her to eat all day when shes not sneaking out to the trash coral to smoke dabs and marijuana… Assuming she isn’t doing them in the kitchen like she was the other day.
We voice our opinion to her supervisor and its ignored and we suddenly start getting fewer and fewer hours until we quit…… It’s not right that she can run the store like she owns it and break any and every company policy while treating the workers keeping your store afloat, and specially when we’re doing so through this virus pandemic!
It’s going to come to a point where your store closes when all the staff walks out and the sheriffs office is putting your GM in the back of a cruiser.

I keep getting told that the fryer is down here in on Dean’s Bridge Road Augusta, GA and I come here every night and watch everyone in front of me order their fries without an issue, I noticed they dont like to serve people of a different skin color and that is extremely racist. We ordered then register would not take bank card… Food was made and they would not compensate us and told us since he couldn’t get in touch with his manager we were out of luck….. Stopped on Baymedows road krystals since mandarin krystals closed. Waited very long time not friendly at all felt like I was bothering them. Saw 5 people only 1 doing anything. Noticed employees car blocking both a handy cap parking and regular parking they had bot spots blocked. Ridiculous to say the least. Wanted more to my order when I did getv th o order but they walked away not letting me finish my order. Saw 2 customers leave while I waited again long time for food after ordering. This place will close down soon to. Too bad use to love krystals doubt I’ll ever spend a dime with them anymore. White castle is coming to Jacksonville next year so guess I’ll be going to them cant wait. Been years

I had a problem at the location clinton, tn.. the order was late in the morning around 1:51 am 11/24/2019. both orders had been pre-cooked hours earlier and the meat looked very bad and was cold by health standards. no one was there at the drive thru but us, took them 20 mins of waiting. I have a pic and the receipt of the order. the food there has gone bad for the past few years..taste isn’t the same and the meat is always dry. I am Extremely Offended by the current ad running on Pandora radio in the Atlanta area. The AD suggests that a “male” can buy some Krystal’s for his girlfriend then by more Krystal’s for a “secret girlfriend”. This is irresponsible and frankly racist advertising to Black men/people, suggesting that Black men are cheaters and disloyal.
There is enough wrong with the Black community without racist help in food service advertising. Thank goodness I don’t recommend your products!!

My view is there is nothing wrong with Krystal’s products…it’s the people that operate the stores. Don’t try to reinvent a great product by outdoing the others. Do what Krystal does best…make those mouth-watering little hamburgers and serve them with a smile!
Typically, the employees give the impression that it’s an inconvenience to take your order. New employees are assigned to accept the patron’s order as a rule. Right away, that’s wrong! The person in that spot is the face of your business and makes the first, and sadly, sometimes the last impression! They have to learn but waiting on customers is not the place unless that employee is exceptionally well trained and most often they are not! The customer ought to see a smiling, friendly face eager to help provide hungry patrons with the best food around. As a loyal Krystal customer since 1959, that is not usually what happens!
Unless Krystal Corporate can solve their “people problem” their business is doomed to fail regardless. What a shame that would be because Krystal has been an institution in this area for many years.

Ive ate at several krystals around jax. I recently stopped at the one in our town . I got the soggiest krystals that ive ever had, we dod get pir money back. But upon returning them the lady said some people prefer them that way? And to make sure you tell them you dont want them soggy, i mean the bottom bun was drooping off the krystal.come on now ive ate at several and never ran into this

I am a former resident of Lookout Mountain. I grew up in Chattanooga. I now live in Macon, Georgia. The Krystal on Bloomfield Road in Macon, Georgia is the absolute worst. They are never ready or prepared for customers. I waited in line for 30 minutes just place an order at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I ended up going to Burger King. Because I am from Chattanooga, and went to school with some Davenports and I’m aware of the situation that they are a part of, I felt in my responsibility to let those know in Chattanooga that Bloomfield Rd., inMacon, is awful!

I live in atlanta ga and tonight I went to the krystal in stockbridge and had the worse experience of my life. I ordered 15 krystals with cheese 10 no mustard. The girl repeated the wrong thing back five times. And then I pulled around to the window and waited there twenty minutes before I got my food with a line of cars behind me. But when I got home I realized me fries were half cooked and the cheese and pickles were in the bottom of the boxes. The girls were laughing and playing and not paying attention to what they were doing.

I went to Krystal’s at 6605 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA on July 25, 2019 and was not able to get service. I stood in line for 15-20 minutes being the customer at the counter to be waited on. Other customers had to get out of the drive through because there was only three (3) employees working. After observing the employees attitudes for about 20 minutes, I decided that I would just leave. However, I did want some hamburgers but that did not happen. Disgrumble employees do not make good salespersons. This facility needs more employees and seems to be under staffed on a regular basis.

I had the upmost horrible experience with the Krystals on Main Street in East Point GA July 13 & 14th, 2019. From my understanding Krystals open at 6am both days I visit this particular restaurant it was well after 6 and they claim to still be closed. The first day I sat and waited at the speaker box for at least 10 mins saying hello then when I pull around to pull of an employee standing in Drive thru window sweeping. Then when they see me the employee runs to the back. The second day I visit the restaurant same issue but this time a MANAGER with an attitude claims the system is down and they don’t open until 7:30 am anyways. When I checked the sign on door and the hours of operation on the website it says 6am. The manager comes to window and tells me the make their own hours and she not opening until she is ready. If this how you run your business then I will never support anything that has to do with the company. I’m sure other customers will feel the same as well. If you going to hire someone please be sure you hire someone who enjoys what they do and also withhold the company standards and policies. I will NEVER visit this particular Krystals ever again.

Since I was a child we have lived on hwy 80 west in phenix city al. It is a one acre lot less than a mile from all the new construction and restaurants, but I know this property is a prime location for a krystals, because it is less that a mile from phenix city drag strip and east Alabama motorspeed way and if we can speak honestly the better krystals I’ve ever had was at 3:00 am after a night at the race track with a few Coors lights in my stomach. I know this could be the most profitable locacations from Auburn al to Columbus ga. Be it’s not exactly I’m a prime real estate location ( yet) I believe krystals could and would make more business than Ny other restaurants on hwy 80 west. We have just decided to put the property up for sale and thought I would contact yall first because I have always imagined a krystals on this peice of real estate property with a price tag that couldn’t be afforded to pass up. Went to Krystal 892 riverside dr Macon ga. Ordered 1.99$ scrambler lady said we don’t have a 1.99$ scrambler. I said it’s on the big sign out front. She said my register is not ringing up 1.99$ . I said get the manager that’s what’s they here for . When I got to work some nasty person had taken a bit out of my sausage. Make sure tell all my fellow railroad employees not to eat at this location. This is my 4th time complaining and no response from Krystal which shows you they don’t care.

I went to Krystal’s earlier today in Foley Al 36535 and ordered the two Krystal meal the Krystal’s were saggy and wet the fries were cold there was a long piece of hair in my burger the managers and employee’s were so rude they didn’t have any gloves on a Young Man sneezed in he’s shirt I thought that was so distrusting nobody had hair nets in this experience was just terrible and disgusting I’ll never go back

Since the buyout in 2012, Krystal restaurants have gotten much worse re: service and cleanliness. One case of an employee with Hep A nearby me in the last 2 weeks.That site in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA has failed its report card numerous times. Generally speaking, Krystal restaurant lobbies are almost always dirty. Same thing for the bathrooms. I noticed an employee with an incredibly long beard and no beard/hair net at another location. Upper Management needs to crash-train all restaurant managers and assistant managers on cleanliness, best practices and service issues. Then, all employees need to be trained/re-trained in cleanliness issues by their managers. Until I see some big improvements, I won’t be visiting Krystal restaurants. There are too many places to eat, with clean restaurants.

The Krystal in Newnan, GA is so dirty my husband and I couldn’t stay in the restaurant. In addition to dirty floors and tables it smelled like garbage. This restaurant should be shut down until it is cleaned.

Visited the 5750 Nolensville rd location in Nashville Tennessee last night and was expecting a speedy service but to little avail I see them backed up and as I waited in line.Me and my husband see what we guess was supposedly a manager we figured due to the red jacket in the middle of a drug transaction.we saw her give the guy in a black suv money and watched while he handed her a clear sandwich baggie.Our hearts go out to those workers who worked so hard to earn a living while some people are just merely wasting theirs

Totally done with the whole chain. Everytime i go i ask for no onions but there’s ALWAYS on ALL of my burgers. Tonight was the last straw because the customer service at the one closest to my home #MNT003 they seem like they’re high or off or something because the girl at the window couldnt comprehend our orders actually had another person come to take our order and still nothing was right i refuse to try speaking to the managers because its like they dont even take you serious or care at all which just makes it worse. I have pictures this time of how tacky they are with fixing my food and how they blatantly ignore my requests for no onions as usual and i will not stop until the problems at this location are FINALLY resolved once and for all because I’m sick of it!! These pictures will be EVERYWHERE if nothings done. Its not fair at all i have to go through things like this every single time i go there!

I’ve been enjoying their food since I was a kid. I don’t go to QSR’s much these days. Krystal’s however is a guilty pleasure. However, I’ve found it extremely difficult to find a Krystal that has quality food. I live in the Nashville area and there are quite a few Krystal’s in the area, none of which are places that I would enjoy eating at due to the sad quality of food.
I do love Krystal’s however the only good ones are in the rural areas where the staff take more pride in their job. I recently took a trip to Chattanooga to see the aquarium with my family. I was excited to see the first Krystal restaurant while there, had hopes that if I’m to get a good meal at a Krystal it has to be this one. Then my wife informed me that it had closed.
Does anyone know of any locations in my area or surrounding area that has quality food? Again, I love Krystal and I don’t have super high expectations from a QSR, but there has to be one out there that takes some pride in their work.
I sent a message through the Krystal website, but got a canned response from Victor O’Rouke. Basically saying that we as a company are striving to improve the dining experience with customers. Still didn’t answer my question as to where I can find a good Krystal.

I want to yell out a big race problem . If your white and visit Krystal Hamburgers , you may have to find a black African American person to buy your food. I visited there February 8,2019 . I was behind a African American customer and his order was taken and they got his order and turned and walked away, didn’t say I will be with you or give me a minute and we will get your order ,nothing. I stood for 10 minutes as he another worker worked the window. Another black African american customer walked in and got in line behind me and my son, the worker glanced over and waited a few more minutes and then walked over and said who’s next. I said , I’ve been , as if he just didn’t see me at all. If you are white ,you are treated dirty and disrespectful . I didn’t want to eat that food ,because I felt unwelcome . Race is alive and well, accept its blacks hating whites and mistreating them. The worker was a male African American worker.

The Nolensville rd location is always a good location for local predator fans and with today being a home game for a playoff seat we visited and was pleased we do think that the manager should staff her store efficiently for such days as this .my hats off to the young lady Tracy who upon our request let us know that she is under STAFFED and after getting to the window seeing only two employees we realized and complimented her on her professionalism and customer service and still 30 krystal burgers laters me and my family commend her efforts GREAT Work done by a even greater employee

Me and my son decided we wanted krystals tonight after seeing billboards of the the ten krystals for 6$ since the Franklin rd location is closed the Nolensville rd location seemed convenient but to our surprise it was not.The lady that took our order seemed rivet as if she didn’t want to be there and the Krystal burgers were even worse.Cold and not even made identical a couple were splattered with pickles and mustard some with no pickle or little pickle at all. All in all to the corporate staff thanks to the two ladies the one that took our order and to the one in the jeans that made them you will never see this good paying customer again

Visited the location at 5750 Nolensville Road at 1048 PM -1/27. The receipt says Peggy is the General Manager -however a young man who identified himself as Robert acted as if he owns Krystal. What poor customer service and terrible attitude. I am not sure what a gold nametag represents but how did he get one if it is any recognition of leadership or core values that Krystal stands for. After slamming the window in my wife’s face after she simply asked why there was a .22 cents charge for bbq sauce. This young man displayed not only despicable customer service but showed how truly ignorant he is. However this is the least of my concerns. I observed all 3 employees who were on duty two of which were wearing food prep gloves and there aprons, go outside while the lobby was locked out to your patrons and enjoy smoking cigarettes. All 3 employee returned to the food service area did not wash there hands , did not change there aprons and prepared the next car in drive thru order. A clear violation of Health Dept standards. A young lady in a green shirt joined them as well. I will be contacting the health department first thing in the morning as they are closed now. Peggy you can thank your wonderful employee Robert for this complaint and for my family and everyone I can tell on social media to never patronize this location in the future. I am most positive that this may fall on deaf ears but someone from upper management should review the video survelliance from this time frame to confirm that all employees on duty at this time clearly violated security protocol by entering and exiting the lobby after hours multiple times to indulge in smoking what appeared to be a cigerette or drugs. Not changing gloves, wearing food service aprons while outside smoking. Clearly all 3 employees cared more about violating food safety standards and not washing there hands properly rather then simply satisfying a paying customer. To the District and the General Manager you should be aware of what is going on during the late night hours at this location. Perhaps Robert would be happier unemployed. No women or customer should be treated the way that Robert treated us. If he is unhappy wearing that gold name tag and going outside to smoke cigarettes with his food prep apron on and clearly violating service excellence standards. Peggy I am sorry that this is the example of the leadership and empowered employees that represent YOU and the Krystal organization inside your four walls. Thanks to them we will never return to this location and perhaps any other location. Your staff needs some retraining on how to conduct yourself in your absence as I am sure you did not get to where you are by allowing low standards inside YOUR restaraunt. Thanks to Robert’s poor leadership and crew this will be my first and last visit!

I am a former employee trying to get a copy of my last payroll check and have been given the run around visited 2 krystals in my town one told me since I did not work at that store they couldn’t print it out for me the one I worked for told me I am no longer in there system and to contact corporate which I have and to no avail still don’t have what I called about instead transferred me to a recording that will get back me within 24 hours still have not heard anything they will not give me payroll number when I called to handle this myself instead NOW I AM BEING TOLD ONLY CAN GET CHECK STUB IF STILL EMPLOYED WITH KRYSTAL WHICH CAN NOT BE RIGHT I AM ENTITLED TO A COPY OF MY CHEKCK STUB ONE WAY OR ANOTHER ANYTING U CAN DO TO HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANK YOU

Yesterday 10/28/18, my family and I visited the Krystal’s in Lake Park Ga. We went through drive thru but had a kinda large order. We never had to wait or move up or anything. I didn’t think too much about it bc it was the lunch hour so I just thought they got their crap together today. Well at 6:30pm was the first sign of trouble because my daughter started saying that her insides were on fire! Shortly after that my son was complaining of the same feeling! Not to get too graphic but both of my babies have been taking turns all night in the bathroom! Come to find out that they both have food poisoning! When my son started we knew exactly what it was so I called the store to let them know and the response I got was, “you can’t prove that they got sick from us but I’ll let the manager that was working lunch know but I’m busy so you have a good day”. ?!?!?!? When a doctor asks you what the children ate and you tell them and then they say oh well that’s the problem, you kinda have no doubt!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I visit another one of your establishments!!! Thanks for making not only my children very sick but being so cold hearted and being so rude!!!!

My daughter just spent 2 days throwing up. She was the only one that wanted Krystals and after only taking a couple of bites said it taste funny. Yeah she got food poisoning also and still having a lot of stomach pain. Will never eat their again. Dr. In our area said it happened a lot more than it should.

I am sad to say that I will not be visiting the Krystal stores in LaFayette, GA or Fort Oglethorpe, GA. I went to the Fort Oglethorpe store and it just looks nasty. But the one in LaFayette, GA is the one that broke the straw. 10/2/18 at 6:05:46 pm Order number 551271 Robin Rogers Manager. We waited at least 10 minutes while all the drive thru orders were filled before they even looked at our orders. The girl that waited on us inside took orders and money and went back and did not wash her hands or put gloves on. She proceeded to fix fries touching everything and then put four fingers in our boxes to pick up the krystal burgers and put them on the tray. That is filthy. The scores are very low. Again, we will not be going the Krystals in our area anymore. This has happened on more that a few occasions and enough is enough.

I went to the Krystal restaurant in McDonough Ga on Hwy 155 on Sunday Sept the 23rd.
I went in to the counter to order. After 10 minutes of being totally ignored by some woman at the counter that was to busy talking to someone in the back.( not even a we’ll be with you in a second ) I asked were they open for business. She finally looked up and said they were short staffed. I left and went to chic-fil-a. Dear Krysal if you want to know how to run a successful business get one of your top execs to take a trip to a chic-fil-a. They know how to be successful and run a business. The drive through line was around the building. They had 6 to 8 people taking orders outside and others bringing the orders out. I was out of there in 10 minutes.

Is 9 13 2018 the night of my birthday as I sit outside of the Crystal and enjoy a meal the manager on the inside has called the police and told the police that I was wanted on the property for some reason unknown to me other than she must be frustrated with her own life it’s the manager I don’t charge now I know one of the district managers from the time when I worked at this very same Krystal her name was Miss Archery very fair and kind woman to say the least and I’ll ferritin I would like to tell the Krystal company and anybody that reads this I will no longer patronize this place for it was said to me that if I go back on the premises it would be considered criminal trespass for whatever reason why wish there’s nine because I never got out of my car I never said anything to anyone I just sent and ate my meal before going home I did not even know this woman’s name but I saw her inside on the phone talking with someone so I believe it today the heavyset woman with the frizzy hair who is night manager and I hope that the Krystal company reads this and deals with their swiftly and harshly because I have a lot of friends in this town and that Krystal can and so will be closing its doors for lack of Interest off to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to file a complaint with them also my wife work for this company for over 10 years and I haven’t had work several years myself before me and my wife got married we met at Crystal the very same crystal this lady had total all that I was no longer wanted on their premises that’s the sad day in my life that’s a very plus I met my wife Dell will not allow us on the premises by which I say us because we are married turn my check if I had an apology and something maybe from the crystal corporate office saying that I have permission to go on these premises anytime I wish or choose to have a Krystal it’s funny because back in the sixties I was one of the kids that name the crystal Critters I don’t know if any of you guys are old enough to remember them but I do because they came to our school Fair Oaks Elementary so Krystal we’ve had a long history together it was all good until tonight when one sour apple spoil the whole bunch I would appreciate a text message from you or an email letting me know your views on this situation and what can be done to resolve it quickly and fairly.’ fairly to me would be to fire her because to me very poor public relations makes for very poor business. I am 66 yrs old and have been going since I was a child with my grandmother . It just hacks me off when I place my order and I am asked if I want cheese on my Krystals. Well hell-o no I don’t , if I did I would have told you I did. I hate you all trying to force cheese on me when it ruins my burgers. Leave people alone about the darn cheese.

Yes, I understand how frustrating it must be, I also don’t like cheese on my krystals. But, please keep in mind that the employees are required to ask by their managers and just like it is very frustrating for you, it is frustrating for them when people complain about it. They are just trying to do their jobs.

I ordered the Krystal special of 12 Hamburgers and 3 large chili approximately :6:31 p.m. today (Saturday, July 21, 2018) at the Ringgold Road Krystal ( located in East Ridge, Tennessee Store No.120), Our ticket number: 4142283, Hamburgers were cold and hard. French fries were hard and overcooked! The chili was very thick and tasted as if it were left over from several weeks ago !! We have been customers for years and this is the first time we actually could not even eat any of it! A waste of $24

I was at the Krystal in Villa Rica Ga. what poor service!!! I waited 15 minutes inside the restaurant and the lady told a guy ordering the drive thru comes first and it would be around 25 minuets before he got his order! So I got in my car and went through the drive thru and it took another 35 minuets. Uncalled for the derive when they had around 8 employees working at the time!! Never again will go back back to this Krystal l!!!!!!

I visited the Krystal restaurant on Cleveland Ave. In Atlanta Ga, only 2 receive poor service through the drive through, pull up around 12a.m.,& waited in line 4 15min. 2 order,& when I did order and got 2 the next window 2 receive my food the girl at the register was texting on her cell phone, while I waited ,I watched as she finished texting first and then went 2 the back 2 retrieve my order. Then she took my $20.05,for a $6.04 meal and then said ( I gave her $7.00), I told her and the sec.guard I only had 2 $20.00 dollar bills!, I couldn’t have gave her $7.00! However they took day!

You had seven people working including two Unprofessional Managers. Restrooms nasty, flies and nats in. The eating area. They are sitting around not helping the Customers but discussing TV using Profanity. I asked for my by. To be steamed after giving me a hard bun, Staff gets an attitude. Front cashier outside on her cell phone returns back to the counter. Did not even wash her hands and still using cell phone while taking orders. Bad business with unprofessional staff.

I would strongly suggest that Krystal train their Staff better. The crew on this shift looked as if they walked in off of the Streets including your Managers. Today is Friday, June 29, 2018 8:4400pm… Bad Experience but who do you complain to when the Managers are just like the Workers.

Went to Krystal , located at 5975 Service Rd, Birmingham, AL 35235 this morning about 5:45am. First problem was, the girl behind the counter said nothing to me, only looked at me like i was stupid. I ask are you ready for my order, she said “yeah” with an attitude. I placed my order for two krystal burgers, no pickles. Received my order and left, only to find both krystals were cold. Never steamed or warmed, by that time I was on the interstate, in traffic. Got to work and found no receipt in the bag, can’t return without receipt. Will never stop at this krystal again.

I am a faithful customer to your establishment I live in Jackson Tn, you have two Krystal’s here. North Highland and Vann Drive. I must say they both have good food.. now I must say this I go to both VANN DRIVE IS VERY NICE NEAT , well North highland tells me they not serving breakfast before 11 they turned they grill off I should of come earlier. Twice this has happened then my food was messed up. The young lady smirked when I told her this morning. Then I came bac on way home for water she tells me 50cnt with a smirk yet I’ve never been charged before. If a fee of course don’t mine just found it to be strange today after I guess I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FOOD EARLIER , sorry for coming right before ELEVEN but your sign clearly says 11, I work a lot and we run late getting our breakfast some days so either way. I’m sorry but the workers at my Krystals location in Meridian MS can not read at all. I went there last night with a coupon I got from their email club, the coupon was for 2 free Krystals and a drink for free with ANY purchase (keyword ANY). Well guess what, those dumbasses said I had to buy something for equal or greater value to use that coupon…well that’s not what the coupon says, it does not say that anywhere on it, not even in the fine print! Like I said, it said with ANY PURCHASE! What part of that is so hard to understand?! Please someone tell Krystals to hire people that can read. Also that’s not the first time this has happened…soo I think I’m done ever going to Krystals again.

I visited the Krystal located at 110 S. University Blvd. in Mobile, AL on Saturday 2/17 between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there were two other cars ahead of me, both had placed their orders and were waiting on them. There were only two other cars in the parking lot besides them. As soon as I pulled up the girl at the drive-up asked me to hold. Well, I held and held, so finally I decided to see just how long it would take her to get back to me. After 15 minutes I pulled around to the window, and after a couple more minutes the girl came to the window and I told her how long I had been waiting and that 3 customers behind be had left. She apologized and said she’d take my order. Then this older woman came up and told the girl to tell me it would be “at least” a 15 minute wait. I asked why and she said because they had “so many orders”. There were still only 2 other cars in the parking lot. I asked for the name of the manager and the older lady said she was the manager. I asked what her name was and she said again that she was the manager and she shut the window. I left there and went to the location at 4696 Moffett Rd. and ordered, got my food and was on the way home in 3 minutes! Needless to say I will never go back to the location on University Blvd!

I’ve been calling for several weeks I made a formal complaint about the store here in Orange Park Florida the managers name is Brandy I have called numerous times and still no response I am very upset and very shocked of how the situation is being handled ! And was told first the district manager John would be in touch with me and that never happened I have made 4 other calls and asked for channel command of someone over him and believe it or not still nothing!! Store 379 St Augustine at I-95. Stopped in here for lunch and 10 minutes after ordering, Erica comes out to the dining area and announces that they are closing the lobby due to a grease problem in the kitchen. She put a sign on the door announcing the closing to be between 1:30 and 2:30pm. She also locked the doors and told us to let her know when we wanted out. The drive thru remained open as far as I could tell. I live near this store and there are consistent problems here. I called the police to let them know customers were being locked inside and that it seemed to be a fire hazard. I honestly believe that store did not have enough help so they just closed the lobby for an hour. Probably because the drive thru has video recordings so the store would still appear open.

The store in Smyrna to on Nissan Blvd. Has gotten several times supposed to be open at 5 am and at 6:10 or later someone is inside with all the lights on and all the doors locked but will not answer drive thru or knocking on the door. I watched several people come thru this morning very un happy!

I went to Krystal’s in fort Oglethorpe GA and ordered 13/Krystal 8 add cheese and 5 add Mayo no mustard after a 45/min wait I get home their all wrong the Fry’s were old.so I called the manager told me to bring.my.receipt in they would replace it when I was in the area he would put my name down so today.I.called and ask if he had put my name down I was.coming in.to.get.my.order.replaced he.said my.name wasn’t put down but.to.bring. my.receipt. and he would replace it I get there after.a 30 min drive and he says he can’t replace it he has to.call the GM she was called 5/times and said she would only replace.the 5 Krystal’s so I told.them I wanted a refund then if they.can’t.replace my order which the offered to do when I first walked in then she tells me the GM said.they.couldn’t refund it.because. it.was over 20/days I.got.the.order.Oct.8/so there.for.it.wasn’t.over.20 days long.story.short.I.had.to.call.Corp.office.to.get.anything done after another 45 min wait I got my order replaced after I told them I.want a.refund and did not get a refund the manager Charles not.one time came.out.and.talk with me I.had.to deal.with a.shift.who.did a better. My daughter use to work for the Krystal in Ridgeland Mississippi and she did not like it, she told me that GM Kimberly Terrell was always screaming and yelling at the employees and she said some of the people work on the clock for free taking there hours from them so they wouldn’t get over 40 hours but they work for it but don’t get paid for it. That was a mess, that is against a law for someone to do, someone need do something about this if they don’t want a person to get overtime they need to get help, she also told me that some days there be only one person running the whole store or maybe two people is that’s how the store suppose to be ran and y’all wish to make that store 24hrs without help. I was at Krystals on N. Highland Ave. In Jackson Tenn. And I went to the Drive thru. To order a chicken sand. Combo for my Mom. And I told her well you gave me Old cold food and I didnt appriciate that . She asked of I had the receipt and she told me to bring ot in so she could replace the food. Well tje next day. I took the recept on and she instantly got and mad. And startex whispering to the other employees and they started looking at me and rolling there Eyes. And told me it whould be a five minute wait. Mean while om still getting dirty looks and nasty smiles. So I ask os there a problem. And most of the employees got angry and started saying little stuff.. And then Latasha hands me 3 sandwiches and I tolx her all the food was cold so she threww so fries in the bag. And as I wad walking out one of the employees staryed sayinv nasty things to me. And I just told her Bless all of uall. And walked out. O really felt threatened. And when I get to my car and check the Food she had goven me Old Cold Hard Bread Sandwoches again. I will never eat at Krystals again. Only two people were in the one we went to at Commerce, Georgia. First they couldnt take the order through drive through and kept repeating it back incorrectly, then we had to wait for over a half hour to get the food ( we spent an hour there total ) they took my credit card and made us wait over a half hour from THAT point. Then came out with the wrong food and forgot the fries. My daughter tried to go inside but both doors on both sides were locked despite other customers sitting down eatting and they would not come to the window until someone else pulled up to place an order through drive through. Another fifteen minutes and we got stale fries and one of the three were missing. The doors remained locked. WTH, the food was not fresh at any point, I will NEVER go back to ANY krystals.

Krystal has been screwed up with bad corporate crowd. The bread is now terrible going to a cheaper whatever it is. Its too dry and comes apart even after fresh off the grill. The meat is too thin to even taste it and the Chicken chick sandwich was some kind of thin breaded crappy chicken breed. What the hell has happened. When I brought some home to eat with my Parents they already told me while we were eating them how bad it has gotten. I threw most in the garbage because they were so bad.

went to the Krystal on 3037 Piedmont Road. Had to wait 15 minutes for 12 cheese krystals and when I finally got the the window they of course asked me to pull up. Now it is pouring down rain. It has now been 25 minutes, I am blocking the drive thur with no where to go. Someone finally comes to the my car with my food. I asked for my money back, he says to me get the F*ck out. I get back to work, which is only 2 minutes away.

Worst Breakfast purchases EVER!! both Chicken Biscuits – were burned , biscuit raw/undercooked and broken yet the sandwich was pieced together and wrapped.
Sausage gravy biscuit, gravy was watery and biscuit raw , sausage biscuit ..biscuit raw and the sausage and egg & sausage biscuit the biscuit was raw and the egg burned!
The only thing fit to eat was the french toast sticks!
I went through the drive through, I was the only car in line and was asked to pull to the front of the store,,,I made a comment that I was the only car in line, and I didn’t mind waiting….another lady came up and said the food was on a timer and I had to pull up front and they’d bring it to me when it was ready. So I did. I wasn’t there a full minute when they brought the food out. Still no cars in line. Ridiculous!!!
That was my First and LAST time EVER ordering ANYTHING from that store a total waste of $13.00..next time I cook.,
I am NOT asking for food replacement or refund I am simply making you aware of the disgusting food I received from this store AND how embarrassing it was to bring home to my family.

I have severe ulcer and couldn’t eat it.I called them and they refused to correct it without a receipt. They didn’t give me a receipt. This is my second time going to this Krystal on Old National Highway in Atlanta, Ga and same time. I pull up to the window about 5:30 a.m this morning and I am told that this location was not going to open until 6:00 because all the employees were not there. I have never heard of anything so absurd that a facility would not open due to the workers not being there. Your location at 5219 Clinton Highway in Knoxville, TN needs help. I have been going here for a long time and there is always something wrong with my order. This time, the bathrooms smelled horrid. Also, our green apple “slushes” were blended so terribly that they turned into green apple juice. We go to your location off of Millertown Pike and the slushes there are always perfect. We are traveling from Cleveland Ohio to St.Petersburg ,Fla and we stop in Starke for a couple nights to rest. I went thru the drive-thru on Temple and I waited for 10 minutes behind 2 cars so when the car behind me backed out of a really tricky drive-thru , I started to as well, but I drive an Hummer so it wasn’t that easy , and when the drive-thru began to move , I abandoned it and pulled up . I did not come back to work because my manager Belinda called me dumb and basically called me a whore, telling me that my name was ringing between the men, and threatened to let me go for an honest mistake while ringing up orders . i worked for krystals in hattiesburg,ms for a little while and the assistant manger was rude and didnt know how to treat her employees. she would call me a bad worker and threaten to fire me for silly reasons. they also made no attempt to hire more cashiers, so that i could have the required days off. if it had a change in management it would do the location, and the company a lot of good. and there was many rumors about the management going around that included stealing money, and unprofessional relationships. for fears of being fired, since at the time i desperately needed the job i kept my mouth shut. As do i wish my identity remain anonymous. mangers who dont care and are rude can turn the best employees into the worst workers

This is not a complaint ! This is asking Corporate to try out Richmond Va., and Mechanicville Va. I am very familiar who you are. The best Hamburger’s out there. We have McDonald’s which is not any thing to brag about. Lately the restaurant has been bad service,dirty restaurant, oil taste bad,ect. All the good Managers are either fired or quit. This place is dirty also. They are notified when the health department comes then they clean. I been to Krystal, Royal Castle and had White Castle as I grew up and I still eat when I travel to Florida. Just because you don’t handle a customer complaint the correct way would that be grounds to be fired I think I should have received the suspension what about my actions reprimanded and could still kept my job but I got fired. Last Sunday I went to Kystals on Peachtree Pkwy here Norcross Ga. I went thru the drive thru like I normally due. But the person on the other end of the intercom was so rude and unprofessional. I decided to go in and see who it was. To my surprise it was the manager. I told he was rude to me. He just looked at me. No response!! A minutes or so later he asked me for my order. I told I’m not ready give me a minute and he proceeded to walk away. Another cashier finally came and took my order. 20 minutes later. The cook noticed I was still waiting. She asked what I order. She immediately went to prepare my order. The rude manager wanted her to do something else. She proceeded to tell him she is trying to fix my order. She has waited along time. Her order didn’t show on the screen. Then to my surprise!! They started screaming back forth between her and him started. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this manager was. He was terrible to customers and his staff. She did nothing wrong! She was just to get my order to me after 20 minutes of waiting! I’m still steaming over this incident. Please talk to him…..?

Hello I visited Krystal today at Lenoir city TN,37771 and I had a terrible experience my constitutional rights were infringed upon and I was not happy over the out come I went in and ask an employee to give me change for a twenty d9llar bill and when I handed her the money a manager seemed irritated and was very unprofessional she told her employ to check the bill to make sure it was not counter diet so I ask if they treated all there customers as if they were criminals and she took it affensive and responded in a very deep voice and said we have to check them and that’s when I walked away and turned around as I was leaving the counter and told the manger that she didn’t have to be rude and I kept waking I couldn’t make it to the door and a guy that was standing in the lobby got mad because I told her that she didn’t have to b rude and the guy rushed towards me in a violent manner and pretty much I had to walk out the door without my back turned he was very aggressive and it’s all on camera I will be filing a lawsuit if we can’t resolve this issue I felt threatened and I was scared when I walked to my truck the guy came outside and took pictures of my truck and watched me until I got into my truck when I started to pull out of the parking lot the guy that doesn’t work there and the employ started yelling across the parking lot don’t come back don’t come back as if I made them mad well if you had any respect and was professional then you would resolve this issue because nomatter what I said to them they had no right getting angry and kicking me out just because I decided to exercise my constitutional rights freedom of speech and the manager does not have any right to let a customer treat me that way because that shows that she is not qualified to have that position if she’s not gonna remain calm herself and be professional the manager that let this happen is not concerned about providing excellent customer service if she’s willing to put Krystal reputation on the line she’s immature and doesn’t know how to talk and deal with the general public and when ur a manager or a shift leader that plays a big rolewhen u take on that responsibility please contact me as soon as possible 1865415XXXXX I have pictures of the employ and the guy that were being aggressive and made me leave and told me not to come back and I also will explain more in detail about the incident

My family and I traveled to Jacksonville fl on Saturday March 11, 2017. We visited the Krystal’s located on Dunn Ave. The customer service was fair but unprofessional. When we got the food that we ordered which was 2 12 count Krystal’s 5 small fries 7 drinks and a 4 count chicken with no sauce. The burgers were full of mustards and plenty of onions. I had a problem at 1 of ur stores n knoxville TN. I bought 10 krystals 10 wings 4 10 dollars I added cheese and it came 2 13 something. My food was terrible it was cold the wings were dry. I called they said they’d replace my food. I was fine with that I didn’t have time 2 go back right then. They told me 2 ask 4 Meagan an it would b n the book. I went last night an the man said he fired her 4 giving away food. I told him I don’t know the girl I am just a customer. He wouldn’t replace my food cause she was working at that time. I am really concerned about how your manager on Riverdale Highway 85 handles their interviews. On 7/27/2023, I witnessed a young black man enter your restaurant, very optimistic, asking for work, and your manager dismissed him. Steve looked him up and down, did not acknowledge him when spoken to, and walked away. My husband and I sat with him, encouraging him to get this job because he has a family and is trying to provide for them. Steve, the manager, never returned, and he will never return.
