On 12/24/21, in the early evening, i pulled into KFC’s drive through, in kerman CA. The voice from the speaker said, ” welcome to KFC, would you like to try our family feast that comes with…” and it precedes to explain the amount of chicken pieces,different sides, and bargain price…I politely declined then gave her my order. When i fi ished I listened fir her feedback. Silence. I said “hello” . Nothing but silence. Then i noticed thst the outdoor menu and speaker lights had gone off. I thought maybe they quit working for some crazy reason, so I drove up to the window. 2 workers were standing there with their back towards the window. I waited thinking they would surely turn and dpeak to mr, but no. After a minute or so, I lightly beeped my horn. NO RESPONSE. I then beeped again. Still nothing. So I honked a good honk and they wouldnt even turn around and acknowledge me at all. Apparently they had closed, right in the middle of taking my order. I was livid. What kind of service is that. Didnt even have the courtesy to say they were sorry but they were closing. J have never seen any business do this, in my entire life. This KFC is store 0670020 AT 157 S Madera in Kerman CA. 93630. The employees need to be addressed. In fact the last 5 times I was there, Id get my food, take it home, open it just to find some item missing or incorrect. I have let it go before, but this last incident was too much. I want something done.

Today, May 26,2020, I was at the drive thru at the KFC on County Line Road (Q) on Menomonee Falls, WI and was refused service because they told me I was being disrespectful and they had the right to refuse service to me. Here are the details. I sat at the order pullup for over 30 minutes (!!!!) When I was finally asked to give my order, the manager said that they were sorry for the long wait but several of their employees did not show up for work that day. I gave a polite sorry response. Then was told to go ahead with my order. I gave it to the lady manager. In the middle of the order, a kid stepped in to take the order again. I gave it again. But this kid asked me at LEAST 3 more times for the order. I replied that I was getting confused that I couldn’t even remember what I had already told him. He must have been waiting on another customer at the window because he disappeared for about 5 more minutes. He then got back to me to repeat my order for the 5th time (including the first one that I gave to the woman manager.) I began to get surly, I admit. I said, “I have already repeated this order at least 5 times! ” The kid then gave me the excuse again that they were understaffed etc etc. I then said, “But you have 2 ears to hear the order that I have given you 5 times!!!!” At that point, the kid said that he was refusing to serve me because I was abrasive and impolite to him. I was dumbfounded. I am a 72 year old lady with a good temperament. I was only stating the obvious, that THEY were being just as abusive to me making me wait for over a half hour to be asked for my order and then to have to repeat it 5 times. (all while there were at least 10 cars behind me waiting to place their orders). I am appalled to be treated this way. It was very incompetent service and inadequate in the way in which they dealt with their problem, trying to make it MY problem. I have never really liked this KFC is is usually dirty inside and their orders or always screwed up even on their GOOD days!!! If there was another KFC in the area, I would gladly have gone there instead but we don’t have that many KFCs in the area to begin with. I only go there out of necessity or desperation, I guess. I am very up set about this ordeal, I have NEVER been refused service just because of their incompetence and rattled behavior being short staffed. It was a very unprofessional way to treat a customer and put it on me like I was the cause of their ill-mannered behavior. Please reply back to me to tell me that this matter is not ignored or allowed to happen to other disgruntled patrons (whom I bet were MANY today). We absolutely LOVE KFC! We have loved it for years and take every opportunity when traveling to stop there. We were beyond thrilled when the new store opened in our area about 6-8 months before the quarantine began. Business was great. The lines were long. Even during the “break-in” time there were numerous mistakes – but we were not put off by these.
About 3 months in – our trouble began. Every time we went – either through the pickup line or inside the store to order —— we were told there was no spicy chicken cooked and no white meat cooked. So we always chose to wait the “20 minutes” that was required. This was told to us in a very discouraging way – like we would rather you just leave or take what you can get instead. But we always chose to wait and the 20 minutes was always at least 45 minutes to as much as an hour. By the time we got home – there was always a part of our order missing – cold slaw, mashed potatoes or something. The next time we were diligent to check that but found when we got home that a piece of the chicken was missing – wing.
We ordered on line the last time and were told when we arrived for pickup that we can’t do that – there is no white meat and no spicy chicken – AFTER WE PAID IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. We had to
wait 30 minutes that time and the little girl actually tossed the bag through the window at me, refusing to speak. As a result, I will no longer put myself in that position.
We would love to be able to get KFC in the future, but to do so, something has to change.
Maybe it is just a matter of more training.

What a terrible experience my son had at KFC today?? The manager was whining and saying ugly things and was heard by the customers. What an awful example to set for your employees. I notice this location has a one star rating and no wonder. That manager should be fired immediately. 401 Cypress Gardens Blvd is the location.

First of all, I love KFC…especially Original Recipe.
But, I have an issue. Within the last 3 weeks I have gone to my local KFC (12305 Alemania Rd, San Diego, CA 92129) and ordered KFC Original Recipe — only to be told that there was none available and I would have to wait 15 minutes. That is bull crap — 2 times within the last 3 weeks.
You either have a fast food restaurant or you don’t. I’ve never, ever had the same issue with Popeyes.
I know you are a busy person — but your business depends on loyal customers…and right now, I am not because of my experiences with this location.
Please look at the customer reviews…not exactly stellar — in fact piss poor.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, you are false advertising. You offer at your restaurants a 2 piece White meat meal. You offer 1 chicken breast and 1 wing. The wing is dark meat not white. The thighs, legs and wings are dark meat. Look it up on Google.

I just came from my local KFC at 3620 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76133 and was shocked to find out it was closed. There were potential customers in the drive-thru & Parking lot waiting for it to open, at that point, it was 11:15 and it was supposed to open at 10:30! I don’t know when it finally opened, but I know a lot of business was lost because of it! I just thought you should know!

I am going to add to your list of complaints. My husband went to KFC in Liverpool, NY to get me a chicken pot pie since I was sick and did not cook dinner. He said we got a deal, two pies for $6.00. Now I know why it was a deal. There was NO chicken in either of the pot pies. How can a KFC do that? When I was growing up, it was a treat to get KFC. Now, the food is awful. The last few times we got green beans, we had to throw them away because they were to salty to eat and the mashed potatoes taste like they came from a box topped with salty gravy. Popeye’s is out of our way, but I will make the trip from now on. What happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken???? We won’t even discuss customer service. SAD!!!!

went try the new kfc on 3328 ambassador caffery pkwy, Lafayette la. ordered the 20 dollar box. supposed to have 8 pieces chicken, sides, 4 biscuits. got home and counted 7 pieces chicken. drove back after trying several times calling and told them about it. guy was rude after I told him I drove a long way to tell them about it. he gave me a wing and I told him it was the last time I was ever to set foot in a kfc place again. he responded with a sneer, you aren’t the only one that comes here. I got home and my wife asked, aren’t we supposed to have biscuits. I checked and sure enough no biscuits. I called it quits after that. this was oct 15th, 8:30pm. next day I called customer service to complain and we had a long conversation. he apologized profusely and said he would make sure higher ups would get the complaint also he would send me 10 dollar ticket for a kfc any place. said should be around 2 weeks. I neglected to mention about the biscuits. anyway 2 weeks past with no 10 dollar ticket. After the advertising of a fake chicken in a KFC bucket display at the House of Representatives today placed at our attorney generals seat by congressman steve cohen ( tn.) I will NOT go or say anything good about kfc any more I find it appalling and in poor taste. KFC needs to do something about this advertising before my family ever eats at one of our favorite restaurants again. For someone to insult and use a prop without permission could even be a reason for legal action from KFC. Hope to get a responce.

I just had a very trying experience with the KFC store in Huntington, NY on Jericho Highway.
I am a single mother and I was coming home from work after a long, long day and decided to buy a $20 meal.
I wanted all original recipe chicken, 2 mac and cheese and bisquits but I had to settle for chicken, 1 mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and cookies.
When I got home 20 minutes later I discovered that they failed to put my chicken in with the order. I tried to call several times and no one answered the phone. I called my dad who also tried to call the store and he got no answers. I was too tired to go back to the store so I lost money and the big part of the meal I bought for me and my kids.

KFC in Pittsburgh on Baum Blvd is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to and the employees are ghetto and disrespectful and never get your order right. I stood for 15 minutes with my Walker waiting to get served and there were a lot of employees working. I will never go there again I’ll care how hungry I am. KFC is the only restaurant that I will eat from. Well now I’m completely done with KFC everywhere their all ghetto and the service is terrible. I suggest hiring new employees and training.

Worst experience in KFC ever! My husband, my great grandson and I went in 6-18-2018 at 5:17 pm. We paid for 2 senior and 1 child buffet. Making our plates and get to chicken and only 3 pieces of chicken. I asked if they could bring more out as we only like dark meat and our great grandson only likes the legs. We sit down and I am assuming the manager came and looked. I looked at her and she said geez and walked away. I get up and go over and tell her that was uncalled for. this is a chicken place and their should be more chicken out. And, by-the-way, no biscuits! She brings some out and guess what, only 2 legs! We by this time had finished eating our other food we had gotten. My great grandson ate the 2 legs and I was still waiting on dark meat chicken. Finally, my husband goes up to the counter and asked the girl to give him some extra crispy legs and she gives them to him. Oh, was there some available? Why yes, but the lady did not bring them out! Why, because, I am guessing she heard me complaining about this being a chicken place and no chicken out! We had not been in a long time because of poor service and thought we would give it a try again! Never again will we darken the doors of this place! I am guessing the real colonel is turning over in his grave with all the bad service at his restaurants! I wish I had names, but did not get them!

Here it is a Friday night and we wanted some chicken. I get to the KFC shop and the counter lady is cleaning a napkin dispenser and tells me she will be with me in a moment. It was probably thee to five minutes until she finished wiping the dispenser and putting the napkins back in. After she came around the counter, by this time it is 8:50 p.m. and I ask for 18 chicken tenders. She tells me that the chicken is frozen and that they are not cooking any more. Mind you, it is 8:50 p.m. on a Friday night. The store hours say they are open until 10:00 p.m. They are not cooking anymore chicken? What?
So figuring since they are not cooking anymore chicken that they would replace the tenders with something else I asked the clerk what else do you have and her reply, believe it or not was “chicken.” Duh, do you think i walked into Kentucky Fried Chicken for a tuna fish sandwich?
I ended up walking out of the store with no chicken at all feeling as if I had been totally disrespectecd as a customer. I tried calling to speak with the manager but the phone is always busy. If your sign says open until 10:00 p.m. then I believe you should be open until that time.
If i could give less than one star for these people I certainly would and that customer service “lady” at the counter needs more training.

Yes, I live in North Carolina and we had one Kentucky Fried Chicken that was closed down in kannapolis they moved to another location not too far from where they are now on South Cannon Boulevard at the old one they had rice now why is there no rice at the new one, its so many of my friends asked why is their no rice, the rice was so good, when the new one open we were all looking for it to be on the menu, give the customer what we want, your still going to mk your money we have the Buffet at our kfc.

We really like KFC but are very disappointed by the service at our nearest store. The store is located in Ruskin Florida. Poor service. Today went for two meals thru drive thru for wife and me. Didn’t check the bag and when made it back to the house had meals for children. Wife made second trip to get correct meal. Hope she was treated well the second time. Shame on the service. This store frustrates us, unfortunately we are about 5 minutes from it and it is almost like not having fast food.
This particular time I went through the drive through, it was after 9 pm. I ordered 2 of the $5 bowl deals as well as a dozen biscuits.
When I got them home, the bowls were only half way filled and the biscuits were hard and crunchy. (I admit I did take a picture of the bowl but I can’t figure out how to attach it.) At this point we even tried putting butter on the biscuits and putting them in the microwave but to no avail they were just plain hard. It was sad I went for a quick dinner and still had to cook because a half a bowl with no biscuits just doesn’t cut it.
I was going to call the store, but I have tried that before and its not worth the call. I just figured someone should know.

They charged me $37.98 to much. Then I ask for water. I’m diabetic. Could not think straight. The guy gave me and my daughter in law the cups. I accidentally got tea. I had to leave momentarily. went into the north augusta sc store, we were ordering 2 12 piece meals. we wanted extra crispy, girl at register says “well we dont have any now, why dont you take regular instead” i said no, she comes back after talking to someone else and says well then you will have to wait 4 minutes for it to be done. i said no problem that was at 605 pm, meanwhile there were 8 people behind the counter DOING NOTHING!!!! 618 ROLLS AROUND STILL WAITING, IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE WATCHING THEM FOOLING AROUND, SMACKING TONGS ON COUNTER LIKE DRUMSTICKS, THEN ON THE SIDE OF THERE LEG, WHICH BY THE WAY IS UNSANITARY AND I WILL NOTIFY THE BOARD OF HEALTH, FINALLY GET ORDERS, 45 DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE. GET ALL THE WAY HOME AND THEY ARE SO BUSY FOOLING AROUND THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE 2 12 PIECE MEALS, ONE BOX OF CHICKEN WITH 8 PIECES THE OTHER WITH NINE, ONE MEAL DEAL NO BISCUITS.
