Your driver rear ended me and is 100% at fault. Spoke with your claims adjuster and he told me I could get a rental and it would be covered. I got a call from your adjuster today and said they will not cover the full amount of the rental and told me they only cover 31 days. That was not discussed to me when I got the rental. I need kemper to honor the 100% at fault and refund me the full amount of the rental.
