History
I was terminated from Kaplan after having seizures at work and was asked to change to another role from Operations Manager of the Boston Kaplan Center (which never lead to another position) and notifying my manager ahead of time that I would be going through a medication change for my Epilepsy. Never offered FMLA or any leave… instead my position was removed and the entire center were closed!!! Unethical & illegal… ever hear of the ADA?
Kaplan is misleading & miss guiding. I do not owe you monies for your errors. This is & has caused High level of excitement, stress, worry. You have sent me to collections. These people threaten me with their tactics. Relentless calls on the telephone. Get me off your collections and out of you database. Your collections state this is a FEDERAL matter, I would like to talk to the Federal Agent on this matter.
I would like to speak to someone in corporate about my dismissal after I complained to HR about sexual harassment by my superior!
I went through all the proper steps and procedures only to be told be HR that ” I was a liar.” In the wake of today’s issues regarding sexual harassment and misconduct. I am prepared to reopen this issue to vindicate myself and other’s that were or are continuing to be subjected to this behavior by this employee of Kaplan.
