I ordered last night via the app from the Cape Coral location 80 Hancock Bridge Pkwy at approximately 6:20 pm. Over an hour later our order hasn’t showed up. I called and the person I spoke to said that Doordash forgot to take our order, they are short staffed, and doesn’t know when someone will be available to take it but we were next out. We waited another hour and called back to cancel our order. While trying to cancel we were hung up on. Called back and Jeff answered the phone and confirmed our order was cancelled. At no point was there an apology or attempt to make it right. Its like they didn’t care if we got our order or cancelled it. Very poor service!! I will never order from this store again. I have also filed a complaint on Jet’s corporate website.

i am a loyal customer at the Ballwin Mo. location. i was charged a extra 5 dollars 2 days later after my original order. when i spoke with some one about it they supposedly put a credit to my account. so recently i was going to place a order and the employee Shiloh Taylor who was very rude decided to tell me I’m complaining about 5 dollars because i did not wont to tip her driver and that she did not have time for my sh*t. Her exact words. before she hung up the phone on me. after that i went to the establishment asking for a manger. where i was called a BLACK B*TCH ! PUSHED OUT THE DOOR!!! ALSO called FALICIA AND A POOR B*TCHES. I demanded the owners number she would not give it to me. call the cops on me the cops had to get the owners number and the workers name for me. The “Store Manager” Andy works at the Jetts location 31130 Haggerty rd. Threw my food out because I took too long to pick up my order. Said he wouldn’t remake it I should’ve called to let them know I’d be late picking it up I’m not sure if anyone has ever tried calling this location but they never answer The phone at this location . I also paid with card and he didn’t want to refund my money. Stated that he worked for the company for 30+ years so there’s no way he’d get fired because he owned the location. I’m sorry but if JETTS Pizza has employees like this. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The pizza is good but why order from people w/ no class who’d probably spit in your food.

Hi. I was wondering why there is not a Jets Pizza in West Branch, MI or Tawas MI??????? I have 3 generations of relatives living up in that area and love Jets. I order the 8 corner Jet’s Pizza about 3 times a month from the same location. I usually call the order in for pick up. I have recently started using the app due to COVID. On December 10, I texted in an order after noticing a 20% discount. Recently the 8 corner price has increased and I opted for this discount over the coupon recently received for $14.99. Once I submitted my order, the receipt came thru in a reply that stated 20% off a menu price of $19.97 for a total of $16.94. Using a the coupon would be a total of $15.89. The text message also gives the pickup time. I went to the store with the coupon in hand to get the better deal. So much for the text order timing as my pizza was not ready. After discussing with the cashier who did not know the system, the manager approached and stated it is 20% of the menu price. He continued to state that this store always gives the current coupon price even without the coupon. I know the 8 corner price varies due to promotions but NEVER have I paid $19.97. After waiting an additional 10 minutes and waiting for the damn menu to stop cycling, I noted the menu price was $16.99. I questioned the manager once again…. He acted all surprised and stated he could not return my money as it is in the system. I proceeded to tell him the text feature of a 20% discount is fraud and misleading as the menu price is inflated. The best he could do was offer me a bottle of pop. I do not need pop. The price of the pizza should have been $14.41 and he should have been able to correct this. The pizza would have been cheaper yet using the $14.99 coupon. I have never had a bad pizza from this store, however, I find it hard to do business that enacts deceptive practices. More so, a business that cannot correct a wrong. I would hard to save a dime and to have a dollar stolen from me is pure wrong. I would never pay $19.97 for an 8 corner pizza. I have submitted the incident on the app customer comment with no reply so far. As far as I am concerned Jet’s owes me $2.53. I will be submitting a BBB complaint as

We ordered two (2) pizzas on or around 11/14/20. The pizzas delivered were smashed and the delivery person was highly apologetic. We received a call from the store “manager” who assured us that we’d be credited for the order and we also placed a phone call to the store to register our complaint and to have the pizzas replaced. My daughter-in-law picked u[p those replacements and she was treated coldly by the “manager” when she arrived at the store. We received the replacement pizzas but have yet to see any type of credit. Am I to assume that the replacement pizzas fulfilled the promise by the manager to credit our order? I like Jet’s; now I’m forced to find an alternative because of my disappointment with this order.
Incidentally, I do not have my order # so I am unable to express my dissatisfaction on Jet’s website.

I always call the given corporate number within the office hours, but no one ever answers, and the mail box is always full. Anyway. I’m a current employee at the jets located I named. Ive been for a year. Last summer and this summer we haven’t had any air conditioning. Its always at least 95 degrees in the kitchen if its 80 degrees or higher out side. Half of the time its over 100 degrees! You cant be in the kitchen for more then 15 minutes without feeling light headed. We’re constantly chugging water and having to stop work to sit in the walk in freezer. This is extremely important for me because I just found out I’m pregnant. Our Gm Andrew says that he files repair requests for it, but there’s only one maintness man for all of TN and MI stores, and that hes hard to get a hold of. I dont know if this is true. But I dont care. I love jets, but this is ridiculous. A hot oven sure, but 95-100 degrees for the whole summer? Being told theres basically no hope for air conditioning? Something has to be done.

I live in NYC and have been ordering Jets for a few years now, but will NEVER order from them again after my recent experience. Last week, I tried to place an order on Seamless and when I went to input “special instructions” I noticed that function was omitted, so I called the store. Scott was very rude asking “why did you order it on Seamless, you know they take all our money”. I proceeded to use Seamless and noted for pick up. When I arrived at the retail space, I walked in and waited behind a table directly in front of the entrance, wearing my N95 face mask. NONE of the workers were wearing masks. As I waited for my order, my friend asked if they would be so kind as to throw a ranch sauce in to which Scott replied, “no, you have to order that online”. My friend proceeded to reply with a very generous offer “I will give you $100 for ranch sauce and you can keep the change”, to which Scott replied, “I am starting to feel uncomfortable”. My friend got on his phone, onto the app and ordered 3 ranch sauces. When we got home and opened the pizza box? The entire order was WRONG. so I decided to send in a complaint to which the person who we made feel “uncomfortable” – Scott Gregerson, conveniently, albeit, defensively, replied to my complaint with his email below:

Our lobby is closed, we do not allow any forms of payment to be made. We have a sign on the door and a sign on the table Inside the store as you walk in that clearly state this. This is for the safety of our staff, as they are risking a lot, when most people get to work from home. The safety of our staff is most important. Pressing our team to do something unsafe, or something just for you, isn’t fair to them. You put them in a bad position, I can understand the teams frustration with you.
I was told my team was offered $100 for a ranch cup… is that appropriate way to talk with an essential worker?

Grubhub has an option to purchase ranch cups.

This is the 2nd time I have had issues with Jetts Pizza in Zeeland MI 49464 with in the last few months.
I ordered my pizza with Jeff repeated twice what I wanted he even read it back to me.My boyfriend picked it up on his way home, when he got home 1 pizza was burnt and had wrong toppings the 2nd had wrong toppings also.They were both suppose to have pepperoni and green olives 8 corner pizza’s. I called right away and told the lady what happened she put me on hold came back asked a couple questions put on hold,a guy came on and said Jeff who took my order put it in as green peppers. I told him I repeated my order 2 times and he read it back to me. On hold again Caden comes on the phone and says what do you want us to do? I said remake my pizzas right and deliver them,we live a distance from the Jets. On hold again!! Comes back on and says I spoke with my team and we can not deliver out to you. Ok if I have to come and get it again your going to do something for me. I am the customer your employee made the mistake! On hold again!! Comes back and says talked to my manager I can do 1 of 3 things well this was our supper so I took option #3 re do the pizza’s and give me a credit for 1 of them.Some one will pick it up!
All together I was on the phone for over 15 minutes. As far as I am concerned all they needed was to tell me we will fix it and make it right. Not once was I put in contact with a manager even though I asked.
Sense this is the 2nd time it has happened in just a couple months I will not be ordering from them again for awhile not when it takes them that long to make it right for me the customer!! Caden also said Jeff was new and was a delivery driver,I think he needs more training on the phones or his ears cleaned out!!

I had a text order and didn’t realize they added a 21.50 tip for a carryout order at the Rochester Hills location. They called me immediately ( I guess this was only so I wouldn’t cancel the order) and told me this was a 3rd party app error and it would be fixed and I would receive a credit back to my account. However, it’s now been 3 weeks and still no credit back to my account. I will make sure I let everyone know about their shady business practices.

I called store the next day and they said owner would call back and have heard nothing! Said driver doesn’t like going to Detroit. There is crime every!!! Recently I took my granddaughter to get pizza at Jets in Belleville, Michigan. I ordered with a young man wearing a tank top, under shirt style, and hair down to his shoulders. This hair in his pits was enough, almost as long as his hair. While waiting for my order, I stood and observed this: female doing prep not wearing gloves, another female itching her nose and going back to what she was doing, another female with waist length hair in a pony tail but still flying everywhere. I counted nine people in the back all talking, touching food and no hand washing going on. Health department please visit this one. Too gross for me. I left.

I ordered a pizza from your store in Charlotte, Michigan…..I WAS NOT HAPPY….I took a picture of it, it did not even fill the box…not even close….The Box was 15 x 10….The Aloha BBQ Chicken pizza was 12 1/2 by 9….and it looked like the crust had not raised…It was very hard around the edges, and there were 8 pieces, but they were 2 1/2 by 4 1/2…We have had this pizza before, and the whole thing was MUCH larger, and this mini pizza cost me $16.95….We WILL NOT be doing that again…I feel it was a pizza that somebody ordered and did not pick up….and they had to get rid of it, and I got it….It was warm, but the top was burnt in places… The guy that took my order was wearing a knitted hat, not a hair net, and he looked like Bob Marley with that hat on….it went down to his waist in back. We go to charlotte for a lot of things BUT we also go to Battle Creek, and THAT is where we are going to get our Pizza from now on…If you would like to see the picture it took of the pizza, please let me know, I will make a copy and send it to you.

I complained with my local Jets on 21 and Garfield to the manager about how the delivery driver rounded up my order. I was told they don’t carry change at which point I said that it should be my option to give the difference in the tip – what if I had correct change. I was not satisfied with the manager’s response and was told “Well no one ever questions this.” i said well if they don’t know their total how would they know. Do any other companies round up? Would you like to pay more at the grocery store? So I didn’t order for quite some time after that discussion but decided to give them another shot. When I ordered they didn’t have me in the system anymore and when they delivered they had a different first name and wrong city. Was that because I complained? Trying to keep corporate that maybe I had a legitimate complaint? Jet’s just lost a long time customer – but I am sure they could care less. Not the way to treat customers.

I had a fall in Jets in Nashville at the Green Hills location. Fortunately for me AND them , I did not have any “acute injury” according to my x-rays. They were slow about paying the x-ray charges although they did after several phone calls. They were careful not to put my name on the check so as to distance themselves from me ( I am sure legal told them to omit my name). The thing is..I attempted to switch chairs because my chair was wobbly…but before I could move ……my chair just collapsed….totally….well I did not make a big deal about it….maybe I should have. I thought as a gesture of good will…they would AT LEAST..send me a gift card for a couple of pizzas. Most places do that just as a gesture of good will…..but not Jets !!! Consequently we do not go there anymore because I was totally ignored by the powers that be, although the store manager, Will, was very nice and apologetic……..poor service recovery !!!! I contacted them before but no response.

First of all I’m not from here I’m here on business didn’t really feel like driving around looking for places to eat so I use to work at jets in Elkhart IN. So the hotel had flyers that show places that delivers so I saw jets decide to order ok I put my order in the person told me it was gonna be 35 mins I order at 4:03 Didn’t get my food until after 5pm so I opened the wings and they were wrong so I called the driver and he said call jets so I did and told them so they said they would remake my order here it is 6:47pm and he just got here while I’m on the website I called them back to talk to a manager and he was rude as he’ll I told them never mind about the wings because when people mad they can do anything to your food to make a long story short he talk to me like XXXXX I finally got the wings and they were cold and burned were is the respect when a customer spends they money and give tips that XXXXXing manager need to be fired on site this problem need to be addressed when a customer orders and get the wrong food and had to wait twice and if someone don’t call me on this matter you guys just lost a customer period…

We tried to eat the worse pizza last night. Very tough and skimpy as usual which I have been putting up with but the tough crust is enough. The Jet’s on Union Lake Rd. has to be the worst Jet’s in the area. Somehow they manage screw up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. So you may be thinking, why would we still order from this Jet’s? I ordered a pizza and some wings and was told that my delivery would take an hour. Well an hour went by and I still didn’t have my food. Finally someone from the store calls to tell me that they were behind and that traffic was backed up and that I should get my food soon. The thing is the restaurant is only about 5-7 minutes from my home and I am pretty sure the traffic was not backed up that bad to the point that it took almost 2 hours to receive my food. I understand things happen but this was unacceptable. I also feel that they should have tried to at least make things right and say sorry for the inconvenience we will throw in a drink or even take off some for my total but none of that was offered. When the delivery person finally got there and I was trying to get my food and sign my receipt, he was on his phone texting. Overall this was not a good experience.

I have been enjoying Jet’s Pizza for over 11 years, but after today’s incident them burning my wife’s I told the the employee the pizza was to done and he told me it always comes out of the oven like that, and I told him no it does not, and the last delivery the 16 mile & Dequindre rd. location made to my house took 1 and a1/2 hours and the pizza was lukewarm when it finally arrived, I called to complain but the manager was conveniently busy doing something where he couldn’t talk to me, but it’s OK, I’m not going to buy Jet’s anymore because the people running that location are doing a very good job at it,and don’t care about customer satisfaction and i’m not going to spend my money on burnt or cold pizza ,I think I’ll give Little Caesars a shot.

It’s a shame the workers are primarily teenage boys who are so lazy. Jets has really good pizza but the workers are so incompetent. We orderered our usual Friday night pizza and Greek salad. When we got it home the salad was 90 % wilted, slimy lettuce and had to be thrown out. So annoying. My dog would not have eaten the pizza that was delivered to me last evening and manager hung up on me twice saying that he was willing to work with me until I said that I could not do further business with Jets if they didn’t try to take care of my order from last evening.Very child like behavior and definitely not management material.The grease was running down my wrist and I specifically said no meat.They tried to cover up the pepperoni with cheese. Yuk!!! Delivery person was awesome.Cinnamon stix were great but totally different from order before.I had cinnamon stix for dinner.Could not eat the pizza.

No kidding!!! We ordered a pizza and our bill was $29- but our credit card bill from them was $35.????? Then no dipping sauces we asked for plus charged us for triple cheese we did not ask for and mushrooms. When I called Bryan in there Clearwater Florida location , he was extremely rude and really didn’t want to deal with any of this and said we are closed. Good luck!!!! Never again…… Never again……

I called Headquarters on the November 21st and was assured several times that someone would get back with me after I filled in one of these complaint forms. Thinking about contact the CC company and cancelling the payment.
I have nothing so far. Very disappointed because I do like their pizzas and salads. But a two hour delivery in unacceptable especially when you get cold pizza.

I worked at jets on Montford Dr in Charlotte NC as a delivery driver and let me start by saying the place is disgusting everything is sticky no one cleans like their supposed to and the other drivers are just lazy as hell they only worry about themselves and try to jump in front of u to take a delivery or take doubles that don’t go together secondly there’s one worker there named curry who thinks its ok to walk around with a gun in his waste not to mention a very illegal gun and all the drivers are always using drugs outside of the store these workers dont care about any of u so I wouldn’t go to this location

Very bad service at telegraph in dearborn heights. It took almost 2 hours for order to be delivered, called 10x no would answer finally they did i had to cancel a 60.00 order and the manager did not have a care in the world about it…..owner would probly be pissed. She was very rude and useless. Would NEVER order from this establishment again. IF U CANT GET PIZZA RIGHT, u shouldnt be there.

I placed an order today at the Jet’s Pizza in Greenville Michigan. After I had given my order, the man who answered asked a question. I did not understand what he said, and asked, “what did you say?” He replied in a snarky tone of voice with dramatic pause: “Do…….you…..want…..anything……else?” It was condescending and I don’t like to be treated like I’m stupid. I replied, “Noooooooo.” Then he restated my order to me, but he did not say mozzarella cheese on our cheddar cheese bacon burger pizza. So I asked if he had the mozzarella cheese on that pizza. He replied, “.ALL pizza has mozzarella on it.” I have never ordered pizza here before, but other places do not always have mozzarella cheese on their pizzas. He again treated me as though I am stupid. When we picked up the pizza, my brother in law went in and asked to speak to the gentleman who took my order. It turned out the guy was the manager. He explained that I found his tone of voice to be snarky. His only reply was that he did not mean to come across as snarky. No apology was given. The pizza tasted great, but I will not spend money in a place where the manager does not value the customers.

I received the same rude service. after many years order from Jet’s cant believed they are rude and stupid. but fortunately we have many choice; and we dont missed anything at least. I am appreciate them because now I dont waste my money anymore there

My wife ordered Jet’s pizza on Thursday, April 6 2017 . Her order came out to be $28.48….however they charged us 3 tines for the same order. Upon discovering the mistake, my wife notified the mgr. of the infraction and he asked us to give it a few days to see if it post to our account. She called back after two days and he asked us to come bye and he would cut us a check. We came bye the next day to pick up our check and the mgr had left word to wait until it post now. And the mgr on site was very rude. Accused us of ordering 4x. And not to mentioned time and gas of keep coming back for something they did. The mgr. on site would not let me talk with the mgr. that told us to come and pick up our money. This is my second bad experience with the Smyrna branch on Almaville rd.

i am a regular customer , i usually order from jets pizza very ofter for years . i called in today to place my order ,the 2 slices and a mtn dew what i get everytime i order , i also get it delivered to my job , they have delivered that order to me multiple times, when i called in to place that order, the guy picked up , i gave him my first and last name, he couldnt pull me up then i provided him with again along with my address, when i stated my address he said in rude manner ” IM STILL TRYING TO GET YOU NAME MA’AM” he didnt ask how to spell it or nothing , then when he got it , he tells me he cant deliver the 2 slices and i ask ” well sir , i had this order delievered to me multiple times” then he says ” well i dont see any of you information in the system ” i told him i just placed a pick up order same name and everything just the other day , not to mention ive ordered from yall multiple times , how come its different then the last , so he says ma’am i dont know just doing my job , so he ask me in a rude “are you going to order something”, first he didnt apologize , 2 . he didnt confirm the spelling of my name , 3. he didnt ask what was my payment method and 4. when i told him i wouldnt ever order there again he says “great” … if this is how this company works and the time of people yall make mangers then I WILL NOT ORDER NO MORE . i have spent money of this company it use to be my favorite until that one person upset me .

We just recently decided to return to Jet’s in Davison, MI, because of a very good experience while visiting a friend in another city. We were so impressed with the Aloha BBQ Chicken Pizza (YUMMY!!)
The first couple time we ordered from Davison, no problems, other than a somewhat long wait time for delivery. However tonight I ordered my usual Aloha BBQ Chicken pizza- regular round crust NOT deep dish. When it arrived 45 minutes later, it was DEEP DISH, not what I ordered.
My husband, decided to call and let them know what happened and to see if they would be able to fix the mistake. He spoke with the “manager” Ben, explained that I had ordered regular round crust and wanted to know what we could do. Ben said it,”must have been an accident” and then said, rather abruptly, “what do you want me to do about it, he probably didn’t mean it.” After a few minutes, he finally said, ” I guess I can make a new one or credit” We asked to “could you please remake it?” and he sounded very rude and reluctantly agreed to do it, saying, “Fine, ok” Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Hopefully, this can be addressed and we can be happy with place.

I work in Hebron Kentucky 41048 worldwide Boulevard. We love Jets Pizza. There are several businesses on worldwide a lot of us go up there for the lunch special but never ready sometimes when we call it in to go pick it up that’s not ready I try to give Jets Pizza my business but this past week went there three times and every time just want to let you all know that you’re losing business because lunch special not being ready . Hi I had a delivery order from jets the other day at 9:30, I didn’t receive my order until an hour later, it was like warm the pizza and cinna stix, the pizza was still doughey and cinna stix had no icing. I called several times to tell jets about my order but no answer. I called the following morning and explained to a manager what happened but would not replace my order even with proof. I’m extremely upset.

I love jets pizza and I order there all the time, but today I order a pizza from jets at the location of 214 25th avenue n in Nashville TN and was very disappointed.. First off I paid $22.93 for my pizza because I am pregnant and really hungry.. Once my pizza arrived it was not hot and it was only toppings on ever other slice leaving some slices with nothing but cheese.. So I called jets back and to let them know how poorly topped my pizza was and it was not worth my 22 dollars. I asked if it could be remade.. Not only did the women (Mariah) whom was a manger give me an attitude but she also told me she would warm me up some toppings and place them on top of my pizza.. I asked if she was serious and she replied by saying do you want it or not.. I am very disappointed in the poor service I received at jets. They have some of the best pizza but the worst customer service and the managers should be held at a higher standard.. Hate to say that was my last trip to jets.. Not only did I call corporate but I will be calling their boss Mr.Larry whom my fiance is a good friend of… Very disappointed in jets

I moved from Michigan in 2005 to Indiana. I was quite surprised to find a JETS Pizza in Lafayette, In. Was even more surprised to find out that “Jets” has stopped making my favorite dish called a Jet Boat. The store out here said it was time for a new change. Can someone please tell me why you’d take away what so many people want? Change is good. Fine. Ok. But to remove something like that and replace it with something so different? WOW! You must not like having money or a business! Just a thought, If people like something you offer, what do you think is going to happen when you remove it from your menu? Yup, your right, you loose business! My wife and I used to eat at that location twice to three times a week, but, because you have removed your “JET Boat” from your menu, We will NOT be coming back to Jets!

Jets pizza placed is closing at 11pm called at 1040pm for a delivery they told me pick up only. Won’t be ordering from the Lansing Michigan Frandor location again. 1/12/17

I have received some coupons that I have been using. I appreciate the coupons. On my last order, while phoning it in, the person on the other end of the phone was clearly making mockery of the fact that I was using a coupon to pay! He asked how much it was for “free!?” How incredibly rude. I will make sure and contact whoever directs customer service or corporate if no response to this is made.

I received the same rude service from Tyler in the Dearborn Heights store. I was so mad for him taking advantage of a senior that I called corporate. Message says we close at 5:30, duh it was only 4:35

I recently went to my local Jet’s store in Farmington,MI and the employee at the register was so rude when I walked in the store she did not speak. I then spoke to her by saying “Hello” she did not respond. I asked her what her problem was and she and her co worker began to laugh. The customer service at this location on Grand River sucks! I think that it’s so rude to not speak to your customers when they walk in. She must be new because this has never happened before. I’ve been coming to this exact location for over ten years.

I ordered 2 pizzas to e delivered to my house. One of those pizzas was incorrect, so I contacted the store.
After explaining to the manager that my order was wrong, he argued with me that a bell pepper and a banana pepper was the same, when clearly it’s not. At that point, I just asked for my money back for the one pizza that they got wrong. I didn’t want to eat any food from someone that was totally rude.
He stated to me that he could not give me a refund even though the pizza was wrong and was not touched. He would not give me corporate number or any of his information. I paid over $4o dollars for that order.
I will never give them any business again.
I just want my money back for the pizza I never got. I do not want a coupon, nor a credit. This will be sent to the BBB.
