I am sooooo upset with the Jackson’s on State St and Whitewater park. Today I walked into the gas station to put 61¢ in my gas tank because that is all I had, the lady was soooo rude to me and treated me like absolute dirt. She said some snotty comment to herself and then for reason she couldn’t put the money on my gas tank but rather than tell me the issue she literally throws my change at me on the counter. I cannot believe how rude she was to actually throw my change at me!!! This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this cashier. The last time I went to Jackson’s we were going to buy cigarettes and my husband gave her his passport as a form of ID and what she said blew my mind, she questioned my husband about even being allowed in this country and telling him he’s not allowed to be in America. My husband is a US citizen. I will NEVER go to this Jackson’s again. Megan the manager is amazing and she always made us feel so welcome but with the past 2 interactions with this cashier I will never go to this Jackson’s again.

I just took our two cars into the Happy Valley Road location in Arizona to get detailed. I have to let you know how disappointed I am about the quality of detailing I paid for $350. The exterior of both card had water spots all over, windows still with dirt, and wheels barely cleaned. The interior had dust in the ac vent (both cars), dirt in the center console and pretty much everywhere a vacuum could not reach. I paid for detailing not an overpriced car wash. I actually had better car washes for less than $30. There was no attention to detail given to either one of my cars. I am very disappointed since I am new to the community and there is no other car wash very close to my house. I always support the local businesses in my area and am disappointed I found it necessary to write to you. I hope the quality and service you provide to your customers improve dramatically. We entered store number 61 and purchased some items. We walked up to pay. As we were deciding on which scratch off tickets to buy. She told us in a rude manner to step to the back of the store to decide on our tickets so she can help the next person. I had to step over to the next cashier for assistance. She had no customer service skills. We didn’t appreciate how she treated us. This happened this Sunday 7-22-18 @ 5 PM.
