Just trying to pay Intuit after I have finished my taxes and there was a problem on their end. I have called customer service several times, I have called Ashley McMahon many times. I have called the corporate number and they are very skilled at just hanging up without ever answering. I work in film and television and in the equestrian industry, and I guess I will let everyone I know not to use TurboTax

Quickbook customer service is awful. Over 20 hrs of attempts while being disconnected, dropped and being sent overseas to no avail. I am trying to transfer my Quickbook license and it is a horrible experience. The form is inside the camp accounts and the page opens to a blank page. No product transfer should be this difficult and is surely based on Intuit greed. My quickbooks is only to run my home, no business.
SUGGESTION: Make your Mint product a low budget subscription and then service the software with updates and better functionality. There are many complaints of bank and charge card downloads not working. Either offer a cheaper Quickbooks product for home use and/or create a better Mint product with low subscription fee for home use. I was using Quicken for 15 years and that was home savvy. But the price of QB for simple home use is too expensive and too professionally suited and customer service is lousy.

I’ve been trying to get my problem resolved with TSheets for a week. Out of no where, my TSheets login no longer worked. I called customer support and they said that the admin had to re-invite me. My admin tried to re-invite me, but the error message stated that my email was already a user. When I tried to log in again, the error message stated “We couldn’t find a TSheets account associated with this User ID or email address.”
Another call into Customer Support who told me that the admin need to invite me again and that my access was already reset (which is has not been). I asked to speak to a manager, they will have to call me back within 24 hours. A bunch of bollocks.

Quickbooks customer service sucks (however I like the product). Only one worse is Peachtree. when you get a technician, they don’t understand you and you cant understand them (language issues). They keep saying they “will get back to you” but never do. For all the money we pay for the product, they can improve customer service, and I don’t mean MORE computer prompts. Most times a LIVE person can resolve the issue quicker.

I have never been so frustrated about anything in my entire 58 years of existence on this planet! I am simply looking for my payroll detailed reports since 2013 and I have been on the phone no less than 20 times in the last three weeks requesting this exact report. I have talked with approximately 40 different people, 10 to 12 hours on the phone, filled out reports, sent in my drivers license twice, my business information and I still don’t have what I needed. I have been hung up on no less than six times after holding for more than an hour each time. No one calls me back. Promise after promise that I will receive this report and nothing happens. Your cost center in Cebu Philippines is HORRIFIC! I absolutely cannot believe that it takes this much work to get a simple report so that I can put my previous bookkeeper in prison for embezzling over $100,000 for me. No one and I mean no one in your company so far that I’ve talked to is willing to give me the information that I need without jumping through so many hoops that I now believe that it’s all BS. Intuit can go to hell.

I used Intuit Payroll since Bank of America had switched their payroll services over back in 2012. I had what I thought terminated the account back in August of 2015. Which customer service did, but opened another account at the same time! I have been since getting charged for a service that I am no longer using for the past 3 years. I am now needing to see quarterly payroll taxes for the year of 2015 and I have found out that since we terminated at that time they cannot give me access to the information, but found out that INTUIT DID NOT SEND ANY QUARTERLY TAXES FOR THAT YEAR!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!! Intuit’s customer services is a complete joke and always a waste of time.
The employees hired and outsources to handle your customers don’t know what they are doing or even saying. This company should not be doing any business’ payroll

YOUR SYSTEM IS “NUTS” IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. EACH TIME I CALL TO GET HELP I GET AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY PHONE# AND WANTS ANOTHER ONE. WELL IT THE ONLY ONE THAT I SIGN ON WITH AND THE “ROBOT” WILL NOT ALLOW TO TALK TO LIVE PERSON FOR SIMPLE ANSWER.

The website is not working so I cannot access my account to download to another computer. Technical wants to sell me Quicken because they say I don’t have it. I do and want to continue using it … but need to put it on another computer. There’s no one to help.
