Very disappointed with the fact that they can’t deliver to a house address a small order of $100 but they can leave a parcel worth several hundred dollars at a unit’s front door in the corridor.
I’ve have the issue repeat itself several times since I moved house and have to go to the nearest post office after working out that the parcel hasn’t arrived arrived because it’s at the post office.
    Very lame excuses provided.
looking for another provider as they aren’t reliable

Hello, I tried countless times to get on I Herb site. It is impossible to get through this lime green banner that takes up three quarters of the page. You can’t search a vitamin, order on site or contact anyone about this because of the banner. I tried calling I Herb phone number, and they don’t take calls. So tell me how does one order from your site? My suggestion is you have one of your co workers go on your site and you will see a lime green banner stating GET 22% OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER USE PROMO CODE CHECKOUT. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $20. This has been the most frustrating experience with a vitamin company. I’m not sure how you stay in business if one cannot order on your site.

I think they must be having some serious problem – nothing seems to be working at all, except the automatic stuff. I just got a message that I have a shipment coming, no way to contact anyone to change or stop it. Weird. If it actually arrives I’ll be surprised.

    Hello
I am hoping someone at this address can help me sort out a problem I am having with iherb.com. I have recently made several orders through iherb, all to be delivered to me in France and all with the same credit card. Most of my orders arrived without much difficulty but the last one was suspended by the accounting department. They requested that I provide an authorization number that they had forwarded to my bank as a security measure. I called my bank several times and even called Mastercard direct but no one can provide this number and no one has even ever heard of such a system. I have sent numerous requests to customer service but each time am asked to provide the authorization code. I provided all of the additional information they requested including my addresses, phone number, card number but they just keep asking for the authorization number. I get the impression that the customer service representatives may not even speak English and perhaps don’t even understand what the problem is. To make matters worse, they have deactivated my account so I no longer even have access to order numbers for other orders. I am getting nervous about having all of my credit card information in the hands of this very unprofessional team. I also am very ill and I need to receive my orders. Is there anyone who can help me get this resolved?

I work/worked at iherb though a staffing agency I have busted my hump to work for iherb in Easton, PA. The employees that work hard like myself get no credit do a 3-4 person job and still get treated like trash; I know of certain leads, supervisors and manegers that have no business in their position at all. They have no clue on what their doing and customer service extremely poor and disrespectful.

Bro you’re speaking the truth. I literally just got told I’m going to be fired if I keep doing multiple people’s jobs. I’m trying to improve efficiency and I get punished. The people working through staffing agencies get treated like they’re lesser than the core employees, when most the time the temp employees like myself do most the work!! One supervisor is literally walking in every single day DRUNK, SMELLING OF ALCOHOL FROM 6 FEET AWAY. The other one literally has no idea what she’s doing and talks to us with so much disrespect!

I tried to return something and couldn’t log into my account. I started a chat online and the rep didn’t speak, read or write english. Once I was connected to someone who could understand english, that online rep told me I couldn’t return the product if I couldn’t log into my account and ended the chat.

I am horrified by the lack of customer service. And will not be coming back.

Dear Sir- or Madam, I’m bringing to your attention a matter I feel you need to correct. I purchased an online order, 02/14/18, Amt. $50.54, IHERB.COM195-16163600 CA $50.54

    I didn’t authorize, 2nd order, 02/14/18, Amt. $47.99, IHERB.COM195-16163600 CA $47.99

WHY WOULD ANYONE DO SUCH TO A SEVENTY -EIGHT & ELEVEN MONTHS SENIOR? I’M BRINGING THIS TO YOUR ATTENTION, AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE AFTER HURRICANE KATRINA, 2005. I DON’T NEED TRICKS.. (2) BOXES WERE DELIVERED..
