I recently was shopping with my daughters in the Brentwood Galleria location in St. Louis. The store manager Brittany is amazing. She’s super professional, friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Find a way to clone her and put one in every store. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

My online order was supposed to arrive more than a week ago, but is still no where to be seen as of today. This was a birthday present for last weekend, now it was too late and I have no use of it anymore. I called in and your agent refused to issue me a refund. This was the second times it happens to my online orders. I was also an ANF stock holder and I have no surprise if the company goes bankrupt given this kind of service that is providing. You need to train your staffs to interact with your customers more efficiently and keep them happy.

Same here its sad that they gotten to the status that they feel they can treat their customers any kind of way. This was my first time ordering from them and my last

Hello, I would love to send you a packet of potential models. I have a modeling agency that is 29 years old and I know you would love some of my models.
Can I have an email address to submit a package of models to?

My issue is with your hiring process. My child was hired a week before Thanksgiving at your Kings Plaza location. Today is December 9 and he hasn’t worked one day yet. The schedule was just sent out, but his name is not on it. Would you please explain to me how your scheduling works. Did you hire too many people, because I know a young lady who was recently hired also and she worked the day before Thanksgiving and black Friday and her name is always on the schedule.

There internet site and app are just as horrible as the store! Thanks hollister for trying to take my money TWICE! They screwed up the order but they expect ME to fix it!? Your customer service reps are beyond lazy! And I won’t be using Hollister or the affiliates again!! And another thank you for for screwing my daughter out of her school clothes! I can only imagine how many people you have screwed over and left them without funds to repurchase somewhere else! But apparently that’s how they operate per customer service!

Dear Fran Horowitz-Bonadies (CEO) I use to love Jake cologne!!! I have been purchasing this product for many years. However the original fragrance that is distinctive and wonderful is changing. The original bottle of Jake came in a brown bottle. I bought if for years, it was great. The Jake bottle color later turned to blue. With the new blue bottle came a diluted fragrance.
Both of these bottles had Hollister on the side of the bottle. This newer blue bottle was the same fragrance but definitely diluted. I was not happy but I still bought it because it was still a good fragrance. Two weeks ago I bought a new bottle of Jake.(July 2019)The name Jake was on the bottle side. This time the fragrance was so diluted I could hardly smell it. Very disappointing. Please help me with this issue. One of two things have happened, the cologne was either deliberately changed for cost reasons or a problem exists in quality control at the manufacturing facility. The new Jake product if it remains this dilluted I can assure you I will never buy it again. Thank you

On Saturday 3/9/19 I took my grand daughter shopping for her 15th Birthday, as well as my foster kids, that was with us I entered the Hollister store in Liberty Mall where I shop at a lot love that strip mall . So as we entered Hollister to purchase some jeans , we were never greeted by any associate I stood there and watched the girls look around in the store we were in the store for about 25mins not one associate ever asked did we need any help nor assistance. I watched the time on my phone from the time we entered the store till we left and I witnessed several caucasian people entered the store and the two associates asked them right away can I help you find something or do they need any help finding anything. As a black American we was treated like we wasn’t even there and I definitely felt racism in the store I wish people would treat people as an equal and stop this racism we are all human being. I will never spend my money in Hollister again .

I went into the Boise ,Idaho mall to buy my grandson a sweatshirt he was wanting and had a coupon for 20 percent off ,got up to pay he showed his coupon on phone and was told sorry it was for limited time ,I said what there isn’t a date as to when it expires.sorry we can’t expect it ,I asked for manger as my grandson had just gotten a few days before and she went and got her and she said same thing ,I then said that’s not right ,I then said can’t I get the person above you number and corporate office .she wrote down on paper saying will my manger is on vacation and will be back Wednesday .There were like five employees up front and all but two talking and laughing about me asking the so called manger then Kya Millerstrom and suppose to be Whitney Gilbert main manger . The number on receipt has same number to store but not a working number and to get ahold of corporate is un believable. Very poor customer service to make complaints. The guy working and girl ringing us up were both nice but you have three very rude ,disrespectful lady’s ,one I heard say (Megan) I hope she ask for my name ,so I then said what is your name and started writing down names ( Lacey ) was laughing and talking about us also ,there were others in store listening and was asked out side store why they did that to us ,Lexie I don’t know I if she was our cashier but cashier was #02278549. The manger who was on duty was laughing with the others too and I feel it was not only rude but what kinda example is she showing ,three of them came out at same time from back and manger was asking if anyone had there phones to check . Walking through the mall my teenage daughter noticed the large 40% off Outerwear and sale sign for jeans in front of the store. My daughter chose a coat, jeans and 2 sweaters. There were no signs around the sweaters I did not expect them to be on sale. The coat was near a sign and rang up capital letters OUTERWEAR but was not on sale. The jeans my daughter chose came off a shelf where the $25.00 sign was posted right on top of the column. We were told the jeans my daughter chose were not part of sale. You are practicing deceitful advertising to your young consumers. I am very disappointed. You turned our mother/daughter quality time into my daughter being upset due to your deceitful advertising practices.

Hi I called hollister to place and order and the item I desired was not able to be ordered. It’s not that it’s out of stock it just advertised but not available. I talked to Brandon today August 17 and stated that hollister has not supervising or has a corporate which is strange becaus every company has a corporate contact number. I did asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and false advertising. I do have pictures and a short video to show the advertising I’m talking about and to show the time and date. My email is miriamyemily@ gmail.com

My complaint is against the Resource and Resolution Team. I ordered online through the Hollister Co. App. My order May 8, 2018 was cx (approx over $250). I received email stating order cancelled etc etc. I responded through email link to inquire as to the cancellation. Response was “sales violation.” I inquired as to what violation” Response was “suspected of reselling merchandise.” I responded I did not violate sales terms and I do not resell merchandise. For the past 30+ days, I have emailed and called customer service -I am getting the run around. I have received 6 identical emails (2-aaron 2- matthew 1-cassandra 1-shaw) No one has explained to me what criteria or markers were used to make the determination that I violated sales terms. I purchased over $2,500 of itmes for my teens over a 2 month period. When I signed up for club cali it did not say in the terms and conditions that spending x amount of dollars or spending too much would result in my account getting marked/flagged for suspicious activity. If anyone will be re-selling merchandise it is more likely to be Hollister employees, warehouse workers etc. who have access to large volume of merchandise. Real customers who buy in good faith are being targeted as the bad customer. Thank you. I Chapa
