I can’t believe how unprofessional they are.
And rude at the new Panama city fl store.
The managers do what they want.
And if a employee gets into it with customers there is No consaquinses.
And Employees actually doing their job gets treated like crap.
Major favoritism going on.
It’s a joke.
I know and understand it gets slow but to be unprofessional to customers and employees not a good business at all.

I can’t believe how awful this experience has been with Hibbett!! Some to a supervisor who couldn’t help. I won a raffle and I was trying to get through since 1247 and it ruined out at 4pm. YOUR SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN!! AND NOBODY CARES!!

I visited a Hibbett store in Rock Hill SC yesterday 12/10 evening. I did so due to a promotion that I saw on Hibbett.com. 20% off reserve online/pick up and pay in store. So I did. I reserved a pair of men’s Nike Air Force 1’s. When I arrived at the store, the associates were not aware of the offer and after the “asst coach” called the district manager, I was informed that the shoes that I was purchasing were excluded from the offer. No one could show me where the exclusion was listed on the website or the offer. The three young ladies that were behind the counter were very rude to me. They would not provide an explanation as to why the shoes were excluded. When I asked for their names, they hid their badges and would not tell me their names. The “asst coast” said her name but I did not understand her. So I attempted to take a picture of the associates. The “asst coach” attempted to knock my phone out of my hand. I have a picture showing that. There was a male customer behind me who witnessed this exchange and the associates even offered him a coupon for signing up for text alerts. When I inquired about that offer that I overheard them discussing, I was told that it was for him, not me. I purchased the shoes because my grandson wants them for Christmas, but I called and filed a complaint with the 800 number listed on the website. I called the store today and spoke to the manager “Monte'”. He informed me that a “customer” called in this morning and told him that there was a very rude lady in the store last night. Now tell me that wasn’t set up! Anyway, all I want is my 20% off, or for someone to show me where it says that the shoes that I purchased are excluded. The lack of customer service and professionalism that has been exhibited by everyone associated with Hibbett that I have spoken to thus far is sad. I spent $95.40 in this store and was treated so badly. Needless to say I will not ever be darkening the door of a Hibbett store again. NEVER!! And I am going to continue my complaint. This is false advertising. Now to top it all off, think about this……All of the people involved, associates – male customer – store manager, are black. I am white. What does that say to you?

This is JayVaun Brown and i was currently employed at hibbits sporting goods and i’m highly frustrated at how the altercation at my job led to a “termination”. So to start from the beginning a good friend of mine or so to say i thought was a friend came into my store and started a altercation at my job. And after the Regional Manager viewing the video and saying since i hit him first i was to be terminated. Nobody asked for my side of the story they assumed it was my fault and it wasn’t the person came into the store and started the altercation and the manger wasn’t present inside the store to tell him to leave or for her to call the police. So instead of telling him to get out, she stood inside the door while we were arguing and she did nothing until a fight eventually broke out. I heard first hit counts inside a job setting. And if you guys decide to look into this matter you will see that he put his hands on me first. And i defending myself. He was a lot bigger then me, and if i would’ve let him hit me first i’ve probably would’ve been knocked out unconscious. So i defended myself after he pushed me and i hit him. I’ll like for this issue to be looked into immediately because i feel as though i was terminated for a reason that could’ve been avoided if the General Manager would’ve did her job and called the police before anything else would’ve escalated. Thank you. And you can also call me as well because i’ve already contacted HR. 912-220-XXXX.

I came into your Newnan Store (Georgia). My son and I were looking at shoes that would have totaled over $400. My 11yr old son needed to use the bathroom and the store clerk REFUSED to allow my son to us the store bathroom.
However, she pressured me to still by the shoes. What nerve! I will never purchase from a Hibbett store ever!

I live on Virginia’s Eastern Shore near a Hibbett store in Onley Virginia. Your company didn’t take in the demographic”s when this store was placed here. Your products are higher than department store prices in a town where farmers, min. Wage and few professionals. Most incomes in this area are less than 25,000 a year. The folks here in this area take full advantage of food stamps and other benefits. Check your profitable sales and they are from January through maybe April, then your sales are poor..
Very high price store,,,

I have had enough with the associate at the Troy AL store. He is very rude and aggressive. when I walked in the store all me and my kids could smell on him was marijuana. very unprofessional. I cant remember his name. He was a African American young man, maybe in his early 20’s. I asked another associate what his name was and they said something like “Kel”.
