Horrible customer service. First I’ve had such Horrible customer service. It’s been a nightmare dealing with then. Happy’s messed up on my order about 3 times in one day and refuse to comply with my wishes of a refund. Looking to have this reported. I’m deeply disappointed! Won’t be back again
We ordered some fried Shrimp, fried Mushrooms and coleslaw at the store in Waterford, MI. (5799 Dixie Hwy, Waterford, MI 48239). The fried food was cold, and the cole slow was sour. When we called back to attempt to rectify the situation they were rude and wanted nothing to do with us. THis was incredibly rude. The person on the phone hung up on us after my husband told him that he was extremely unhappy with the service.

Happys pizza in Columbus Ohio on E main street in Whitehall IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE, disrespectful AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Every time my order is wrong they get mad and say there’s nothing they can do. I order from them EVERY MONTH !!!!!! Almost every day . They took my order at 7:00p and driver never came . They didn’t care or do anything about it. I tried ordering again and asking for a manager and LISA wouldn’t give me any information to any managers or herself and hung up on me . Everyone there has a SMART A** MOUTH

try to order pizza through the Flint office and Not only was the manager rude but the person who answered the phone was rude also and I told them that I was the DJ on cars 108 that I was locally live they said they didn’t give a you-know-what as a word they hung up on us twice we couldn’t even order our food they hung up on us
I have been trying to contact Eva at corporate office to get a refund for THREE MONTHS now. I ordered from the Westland location that closed down. Will I ever see this money?!? I have had no communication besides the runaround. This is absolutely ridiculous. The food isn’t good enough to have wasted that money and now I can’t even get it back.

My wife placed and order at Happy’s Pizza #90. Cincinnati. 1064 W. North Bend Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45224 and to total order came to around $50 dollars. When my wife inquired about how long it would take the person on the phone ( who didn’t give his name ) told her that they were ( hella ) busy and they would get to it when they could.After hearing this I decided to cancel our order. About 2 minutes after canceling our order we received a phone call from Happy’s pizza.They were unsure why we wanted to cancel our order. After explaining about how rude there customer service was and verifying that I was indeed canceling our order I was met with a some obscene language ( Stupid Ass Mother XXXXXer ) and hung up on. This a place that should be shut down and retrained on proper customer service.
I ordered a pizza online on 6-4-18 at Happy’s Pizza on Ann Arbor Trail in Westland waited an hour and no pizza came so I called and there was no answer so I drove up there and it was closed because of new management but we were still charged for the pizza so I called the corporate office and talk to a lady named Eva she said she got hundreds of calls over the same issue all I got was the runaround and never got my money back

Dear happy’s Pizza my name is Larry Augustus and my name Quanya Augustus and our father have work for you for over 12 years we love that our father is a part or the happy Family and even though we love that Happys pizza is in allowing our father to provide for us but he never has time to enjoy his self sometimes he work seven days out of the week on some days he worked three days in the morning in three days at night we are happy that he have a job but he do not make over nine dollars an hour and sometimes he cannot buy the things we want. My father feels if he can provide the things we need one day he will buy the things we want. We just wanted you to know that our father have a family of six and he loves working for your company. This man deserves $10.00 an hour. If you likes his job he does his job good that means you have a good employee if you have a good employee you want to keep that employee so you need to pay that employee and you need to give him what he needs in life there’s no sense in working any job if you don’t get what you need so I demand as a customer to pay him at the set rate above immediately or I will stop giving you the $200 a week I spend at your location in Flint Michigan Pierson Road and by the way I put up with your rude employees that work there and I still by your pizza so give this man a raise because he’s got 6 kids that it needs to feed and how

i;m a 3 time a week happy customer, and my husband get the rib dinner every time we go to happy’s, and every time we get a rib dinner, it’s not right we ask if they can cut the rib’s smaller and every time we get home the dinner is not cut smaller, sometime they forget the clod slaw and the other time’s it’s the bread i don’t know if this is on purpose or not but like i said we are their 3 time a week,and last night we had, had our fill we spent $ 24.00 3 time a week, that $ 72.00 a week and $288.00 a month and they can’t cut the tips smaller or they forget the cols slaw and bread, we like happy’s food but i can go else where to spent our money.my husbad call back as we have done so many time before and the young lady that waite on us answer the phone my husband told the the promblem, and she said WHAT and hung up the phone, he called back and was told they didn’t have time for this and hung up again. the receipt say her name is ALEX

I made and order 5-2-17 at 10pm at Happy’s pizza in Cincinnati Ohio on glen way ave my order was not made right and things from my order where not brought wen delivered I called to tell them that my order wasn’t correct they had said the where going bring the rest of my food long story short an hr went by food never arrive my husband call back to c wat was going on they said they where going close and couldn’t bring the food I drove to Happy’s to return the Philly that wasnt right and never received my money back from product we never received because they store manager was not their I will never order from Happy’s again
