Bali wireless bras # 3488, 95% nylon and 5% spandex, i have 4 pink, tan, black, and blue which I love, but why does the fabric get balls all over the bras, from the year before have not balled on the fabric. Can these be replaced ? I hand wash so it from my shirts rubbing on the fabric. The tops I wear don’t have fabric balls on inside where the bra lays?

The underwire of my Bali bra broke into two! At first I thought it was a bit of gravel that was causing me discomfort, but someone noticed blood on my blouse! Needless to say, I was shocked when I saw the cut under my breast and eventually seeing that it was a broken in half underwire. I have photos which I can send to you. Its just endless mountains. The first time I tried to UNSUBSCRIBE, they came back begging and promised to reduce the endless mountains of bollix to reasonable amounts. LIARS. Last Xmas my wife bought me a 6 pack of Hanes Tagless Briefs. To be short ans sweet these Vietnamese made products are crap. Today I opened the package and put them on. My first impression was they were old and had been worn before because the material was so thin. In fact I compared them to a couple of pairs of your competitors products that are over 5 years old and in terms of the thickness of the material, finish of the leg holes which are simply too loose and the waist band I can only say that exporting to this country is a BIG mistake.
The reality is that I nver skimp on the price of under where because I want a quality product. My fie commented that name brand good products are still somewhat expensive but that is ok as I WILL pay for quality.
In the end I know that like all corporations you feel you must screw the consumer by giving them cheap junk from Asia but there ARE actually people who are prepared to pay for quality and I am one of them.
Sorry no more Hanes Undies fro me.
By the way I am writing from Canada but although your president may have some issues as a leader he sure as heck has the right idea when it comes to making things in the USA..
Bottom line a great brand that goes to ASIA for garbage is not lone for the retail world.

I just bought a pack of 14 panty underwear Hanes brand. I am complaining as the crotch is way too narrow. Pads don’t fit and stick to skin. This brand has really gone downhill. So now I’m just angry. After writing to you on your website with no reply and writing twice on your facebook page, with still no reply, my next step will be consumer affairs and the better business bureau. I made a purchase back on Sept. 1 and had to exchange due to size. Simple right? Apparently not. I have tracking information that return was accepted on 9-18. How long does it take to post a refund??????? Absurd. My customer # is 80065 if anyone cares to look into this. I’m assuming not. I do, however, believe consumer affairs will be interested. It takes a LOT to lose my business, and I’m a brand loyal, creature of habit kinda guy. I will NEVER, nor will anyone in my family EVER purchase another product from Hanes or your family of brands.

Your store in Blackwood New Jersey really needs to do something about that smell in the store. It very very bad. I couldn’t even stay in there long enough to buy the stuff I needed. I went some where else instead. I can only imagine the business you are losing in that store because of the smell. And the pour staff, is that even safe for them to be breathing in. You have a pregnant lady that works there, that can’t be good for the baby.

I have been purchasing from you for years starting with myself then my daughter and now my granddaughter. I have never paid much attention to your return/exchange policy until now. I purchased 4 bras for my granddaughter in the beginning of September 2017, they were buy 1 get 2. One of the four when washed for the 2nd time, produced a defect which is clearly a manufacturers defect, I returned today requesting it be replaced. I was told that the “New” Policy is ho refund or exchange regardless of the problem without a receipt. When I explained that I did not have my receipt since I had purchased this product in the beginning of September and I did not want a refund only to get a replacement due to the manufacturers defect. Because of your new policy I was unable to get any assistance. I now have a $30+ dollar bra for my 11 yr old granddaughter which is useless. I understand the need to rework your return policy, understand that people can and do take advantage when the policy is as lenient as the one previously in place, However, this new policy has swung too far in the other direction. This new policy does not take into consideration manufactures defects and the fact that once an item has been worn a couple of times a person does not expect a defect to appear. I could understand if it was 3 or 6 months old and clearly washed or worn a number of times, however, that is not the case here. It is very obvious that this bra was only washed once or twice and only worn once or twice, and that the defect was no fault of the wearer but, as I said, a manufacturers defect. Due to your strict policy that does not take into consideration anyone or anything up to and including manufacturers defects, It appears your bottom line is the only concern, I have no doubt that although this policy will increase your bottom line, your lack of customer service in situations like this will counter any upswing in gross profits by a marked decrease in customers. I have shopped with you and recommended your stores to friends and family for more than 25 years. Clearly, I am sorely disappointed and will not be recommending your stores again

I have gotten Just My Size bra’s for as long as I can remember. But in the recent years I have noticed that their bra’s have a flaw. The bottom two hooks on the front closing bra’s seem to poke you in the chest. It has happened on 6 bra’s Ive purchased in the last year for myself and my mom. Hanes is aware of this and yet they do nothing about it. They figure they can buy someone to keep their mouth shut so they dont have to fix the faulty bra’s. Ive even been told by their insurance, send us your medical records, send us pictures (the PERVs) and we will look into it..FIRST of all you have NO right to my PERSONAL PRIVATE MEDICAL INFORMATION..and second..there are way more complaints about your front closing bra’s then MINE…you just want to forget it and sweep it under the rug…I WONT ALLOW YOU TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the Bali double support seems better than many, PLEASE design bras with straps set closer together. Size 36C. It is the #1 thing I check when trying on bras in a fitting room. I don’t enjoy shopping and would rather just order bras. It is so annoying to have to tie a string on straps, and so unnecessary when they can be made to avoid this problem.

I am wondering why us 48C Bali bra people (3820) can’t get your bras in nice colors – only nude or white. Seems to be the case with other companies as well. I’d sure like to purchase in some of the pretty colors I see but again, only nude/beige or white is available. I just don’t understand 🙁

I just purchased your Bali Lace ‘n Smooth Body Briefer. Let me say – when I am happy with a product – I like to share my experience with others. But also – when I am completely disappointed – I tend to share that, as well. So, Ladies, if you enjoy having your breasts look like torpedoes sitting on your chest (think 1950’s) then this product is for you. Honestly, do you have Quality Control; does anybody try this stuff on before it’s goes out for public consumption? I am not trying to be flip, I am serious. Such a disappointment and such a waste of money.

Seems like the quality of Bali products has gotten worse over the years. I have bought Bali bras 3820 for several years and was pleased until I try to adjust the straps and the plastic “clip” breaks. This has happened to 3 bras. The plastic is thinner than years ago, hence easy to snap. Now I will need tear tear apart an old bra for the clip. What a pain!!

I recently purchased a packet of three Hanes underwear Slimfit Custom Blend T shirts at my local Walmart. I have always trusted the Hanes brand because of their fit and quality. After wearing the Slimfit T shirt for three hours I started to disgustedly smell of perspiration. It was then that I took the T shirt off and read the label. I was shocked-shocked-shocked to read that the “Custom Blend” meant 60% Rayon and 40% Polyester. I could not believe my eyes. What idiot at Hanes decided to manufacture a underwear T shirt made of anything but 100% cotton. Obviously, there must be more profit in making a T shirt out of a Rayon/Polyester rather than the traditional cotton fabric.
I would like to have a voucher to replace the package of 3 Hanes T shirts with cotton ones (of course I don’t have the receipt – how can anyone screw-up underwear?) I would also like to see Hanes indicate on the front of the packaging that these T shirts are made of Rayon/Polyester and will guarantee that you will “smell ripe” within three hours of wearing this product. This is a prime example of “Duping the consumer.” Shame on you Hanes!

For over 20 years, I have worn Hanes Her Way women’s panties exclusively because they were literally the only panty that didn’t ride up in the back on me. I was a devoted customer. Sadly, the last time I bought a package, the cut and feel had changed completely and your product is now ill-fitting and uncomfortable. So that literally leaves me with no options at all (I know that’s hard to believe, but it’s true) for panties that fit.
Clearly, I am not the only customer to have this experience. Amazon is full of bad reviews as is your website here. Your market share is dropping. Why aren’t you listening to your longtime customers? We want you to bring back the cut and quality your product once had. Please reconsider this bad decision to apparently “go cheap” or be more trendy or whatever idea caused these changes in your product.

I noticed your product is getting thinner and skimpy. the briefs are more like hip huggers, hey I am 80 yrs old. If I had wanted to wear hip huggers I would have done so at a younger age. I can only imagine if your briefs fit like hip huggers, would your hip huggers more like a thong, and I don’t mean the kind we oldsters wore on our feet! They are already thinner, as I have to wear a t-shirt under any I wear. I use to work there in Winston-Salem when they were very proud of their product. Now holes come in the t’s, underwear both men, women’s and children, as well as socks. I refuse to buy anymore of their products. They moved everything out of the USA and this is what we get. They might want to move back to where they started off and be proud again.

No hose looks good on 20 year olds with perfect legs and time to be in the sun, or on 30 somethings who have the money for tanning salons. The rest of us need our suntan hose. Last year i was in a beautiful hosier shop n Lisbon Portugal They we selling all colors of patterned hose and tights. One sales girl had on very short shorts and what looked like pant hose. I purchased a Bali bra, style 3353/G188, i have purchased many of your bras in the past. This bra is awful, it pinches in the front and also near the hooks in the back. After 1 hour I can’t take it any more. I no longer have my receipt but will send this bra to you for inspection. I would like some type of replacement due to hoe pricey this bra is and because it can’t be worn. I have style 3385 and have never had any issues it. Please let me know how to return this bra to you.

I have been a Bali bra and panty customer since 1970. I usually purchase 4-8 bras a year, size 42DD, in extra support or the classic under wire styles from Macy’s and Kohl’s Department Store. The last four bras have had major defects, disintegration of the connective material between the cups. I have come to fear that the material will tear while I am wearing it, leaving me in an embarrassing situation. Have you changed the materials used? The suppliers? Why now, after decades of wonderful support and lovely, dependable products, are these defects occurring? I am almost at wit’s end and considering other manufacturer’s products. However, I feel loyalty to Bali, the brand that
