I walked into Green valley Grocery in Logandale Nv. the car wash was dirty and not worfking i paid 12.00 for a car wash that didnt even clean my car i went in to talk to the manager which was not around i talked to a young lady said she was a team lead she gave me a chip for a car wash I DIDNT want it didnt clean my car the first time i asked her for my money back she just gave me a duhhhh look said she need to talk to the manager this store needs better managment the 2 young men at the cashier were friendly and made the situation a bit upliftimg but still was not happy
I need to speak to someone who would handle an out of control employee. I am 56yr old male w heart condition and in a wheel chair and the employee that works at ur Tropicana ave. Lv no location assaulted and brought me to the floor off my wheel chair and now I have a knee injury. My name Steve dommermuth I can be reached at 702 330XXXX. The store 5180 N Lamb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115, is never open past 10pm or 11am ish, and don’t dare go around 1-4 am. They’re rude, if you’re going to have a shift change you should change your google hours and put it up there so you won’t have customers standing outside just for the workers to stare at you and say that they are not open. Despite it being 24 hours. Very unprofessional especially with the temperatures we have at night, no one wants to stand outside of a locked door for 10 minutes and be told there is a shift change and they can’t help me, despite the store being 24 hours. You need to do something about it because it happens multiple times

Went in for a bottle of water. Stayed 6 ft distant got to cashier asked if I had a mask told her I can’t wear mask for medical reasons.
She said you changed policy. No mask no service. I was at the counter with money in hand .refused services. This i believe is against the ADA ACT.

The store on lake mead and los feliz , always smells like weed, all the men who work there do is smoke weed and walk around the store high not doing anything , I’ll be walking into your corporate office to address this issue, 4 grown men inside a store , only one working register with lines out the door creating social distancing issues , I’ve taken pictures of your employees smoking , and have audio recording of them offering me weed to purchase , I take my kids here, I don’t want to be serviced by drug addicted Baffons, it creates a dangerous environment for all the last night I was there I reached for my side arm for the first time in years because the way your employees were acting shady and creepy and over all very distrustful, the gay one Elmer , makes me very uncomfortable with his unwanted sexual remarks , the other two Noah and dion are always high , I hate this store now, and it’s unfair because it’s the closet one and as a caregiver for the disabled, those people at that place are making the neighborhood market a living nightmare, emeila doesn’t help either

I am writing this after an incident that just happened about 15 minutes ago at one of your GVG stores particularly the location on Las Vegas Blvd. and Silverado Ranch. Keep in mind my father who is a small business owner not even a mile from the store and also lives not even a mile from this particular store since 1998 this would be considered Our home store and what I just encountered is nothing short of unbelievable, frightening almost, and criminal. I parked my car in front of the second set of pumps closest to the store because There may have been a good chance when I went in the store that I was going to put $20 in gasoline in my car but upon walking in the store, and keep in mind there wasn’t a single person or car in or around the store as it was 3 AM. When I entered the store I immediately made a left and sat down at the fourth gaming machine To put $20 in the machine to play Keno. I was wondering where the clerk was when I entered the store I did not see one and as I sat down at the machine I looked in the mirror the metal surface at I level and it reflected a person that was staring at me as if he was in a trance. It freaked me out a bit but beings I have Some formal training from when I was a deputy sheriff corrections officer 15 years ago, I know how to handle myself so I thought I need to keep an eye on this guy not knowing who he was he was wearing a green long trenchcoat type winter coat with a attached hood over his head. This individual then walked towards me and says to me is that your car Outside in front of the pump I said yes sir that would be my car especially since there’s not a single person in the store. He said I need you to move your car either over here or over there any points to some spots. And I said well why is that Sir? For one, there’s not a single person in this damn store and it’s 3 AM in the morning and you don’t know whether or not I’m going to get gas before I leave or not. He said I just need you to move your damn car. I looked at this man in shock for one he was not wearing a damn thing that said shell on it or a Green Valley grocery nothing he look like some sick demented crazed 60-year-old man. I went to Green Valley Grocery’s to put gas and this man who attended to me was very angry saying many bad words and he didn’t even let me put my phone number on the machine so that I would get the cheapest 5 cents gas, just for that reason Fueling this store for this man to make me this rudeness should put more educated people.
I’ve gone to the store on Cimarron & Vegas Dr. For years to buy Red Bull. The signage for that product is overwhelming they have alot of different prices for that product. So I just started asking how much the Red Bull was due to their signage issue with many different prices. Then employee Doug ask me if I can read, well I said yes but your sign says many things he then starts hitting his index finger on the product saying this is for this & I say but the sign says 12oz. Not just one flavor. I get my product go to the front of the store where there’s another sign which I said there’s another one & there’s the same sign on the window outside so he says to me look don’t let the door hit you. I then said really Doug hit me where? That’s very unprofessional I’m recording this & I’ll never shop here again then he says oh! Have a nice day so this is # me too who does Doug think he is to tell me don’t let Green Valleys door hit me in the a**. I gambled at your location on the corner of Maryland Parkway and pebble in doing so I won $40 on your Buffalo machine I pushed the cash out button because I had to pick up my children from school a few blocks away in about 10 minutes in the process the machine said hand pay $40 they came and reset the machine and did not give me my $40 one hour later I get a phone call from the manager milka who by the way says she’s waiting for the technician she is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met she had me on speakerphone where the other employees could hear me it was the most ridiculously handled situation an hour and a half later I show back up at the store and they take the $40 out of the drawer and give it to me after the gentleman tells me the technician came and left and did not give the $40 they were telling me I had to wait until the technician came back finally they took the $40 out of the drawer and gave it to me then they continue to speak in Tagalog about me as a customer unreal I’ll never gamble here again
My grandson was approached by the manager of Greenvalley store in Elkridge, Maryland,yesterday. He was asked to empty his pockets in front of other patrons in the store. My grandson went into the store only to purchase a soda which he promptly left the store without. I was a regular customer of this store until this manager over stepped his authority. No one should be confronted in this manner unless there is sound proof that a theft was done. I will no longer shop at your store unless that arrogant manager apologizes to my grandson. Never had anyone at the Giant store do something like this.

I visited your location at Lamb and S. Boulder Hwy this morning at 9am. After filling up with $30 of Gas, I was in need of using the rest room. When I asked the clerk where the rest room was, she indicated that they didn’t have one. This is a lie, and I’m very disappointed in a retailer that employs a policy of this nature, denying the use of a rest room when I am a customer.
I am a white collar employee of the Federal Government and do not present an appearance of a homeless person walking the streets.
This situation is deplorable and as a result of this incident, I am not likely to ever be a patron of your stores again.

I was in store #46 this morning to get my morning coke and sandwich. The coke machine was out of coke. I informed the cashier so she could change it and she told me they were out of coke to put in the machine. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? This is a major staple product for this and every other green valley grocery store. What kind of poor store management does it take to run out of a product like coke? I know in my business that would not happen. I am sure you were not aware, so I wanted to let you know.
