The company designed and operates a proprietary platform which offers payroll services to businesses, allowing companies to stop issuing paper checks and pay via the Global Cash Visa or Mastercard. Employees can access their funds via ATMs and a mobile app.

F**k this global cash card they have had my account on lock since last Wednesday and I can’t get any money out. I’ve called every day since Wednesday and they keep saying calm back the following day and I did. It’s the same repeating cycle every day all they say is call back the following day. Even the supervisors are no help. I’ll never use this account again and if I don’t hear anything back today you guys will be hearing from my attorney

I used my Global Cash card at ATM and ATM deducted the 500 dollar withdraw and 3 dollar surcharge but did not dispense the cash. I got receipt stating the ATM was unable to dispense the cash.
I called ATM operators and Global Cash . I emailed all my completed form and sent copy of receipt.
Global cash from minute this happened kept saying 45 days to resolve.
I became very upset saying this should be easy reversed back to my card. I said 45 days unacceptable i had rent to pay and as a result have late fees and other debts.
Its been since May 29 2021. Today is June 28.
ATM operators at Chase Bank where i used the ATM told escalations they refunded 503 to Global Cash on June 7 2021! Global cash denied and has started hanging up and dropping calls when i have been calling to speak to Fraud department or Global Cash investigators about this.
I want my money back now .

P.s. ADP disputes have never responded to any emails or calls. They transfer me to Global or Wisely who tell me disputes@ adp.com is how to reach department for money back.
Its a scam and my Payroll department at Banner Health who employs thousands of employees and who gives all employees the Global Cash Wisely card has been informed.
I want my money thats being withheld for no reason unless they are collecting interest from stealing money from people like me.

Well I’m very disappointed. With global cash card well I had some money stolen off my on December 4 of 2020 while I was working and I’ve called over 40 times and still no answer no results in paying me my money back this is so can I please get and answer about my money because every time I call the 949 number they keep telling me they sent the letter to my house but it never comes they said they send me and email no email so is this a real company or what because both really want my money back so if I don’t have and soon you’ll be hearing from my lawyer. I am also disappointed in this company i have been with them for 5 years now but will not do business with them anymore. Ive been waiting 3weeks for a replacement card all of my bills are past due and someone should be held responsible

I am so disappointed in this company and lack of services. Unfortunately I fell prey to an on line scam for a sewing cabinet. Found out after it never arrived. Website unavailable known scam reported on line by multiple people yet GLOBAL CASH CARD refuses to compensate me stating NO ERROR this company is Insured for this kind of situation. Called so many times each time different info won’t let me speak to person who researched fraudulent company your company is shameful. I’ll never use it again and will tell all my fellow employees NOT to sign up for your card. A few hundred dollars may not be important to you but is very important to me.
