Hello, I feel desperate and need someone to contact me urgently about a fee your company is charging $30 that was not my fault that my bank returned the payment, they just apologized and made a mistake and returned a payment of $27 just to charge two fees of $39 in my bank account, now, your company is charging $30 return fee. I ask that you please call me today, I am requesting the fee to be waived since I am just a victim in this tragedy of banks making mistakes and both companies now charging fees. I am extremely poor full time student, unemployed struggling every day of my life . My phone number is in my acct profile at your website. Thanks.

My daughter has lived at current residence since 2011, XXX Hampton Place, Canton GA 30115. She recently got a divorce and changed the bill to remove husband’s name. Still same house, same service. They said no problem but what they didn’t tell her was that she would be counted as NEW account and charged a new account activation fee. What’s wrong with this picture. Not only that, they took her budget billing away and forced to pay the entire bill. No budget amount. For someone on fixed income, this makes no sense. She was able to get the budget billing back on after numerous phone calls but refused to credit her account the “new account” activation fee. NOT A NEW ACCOUNT. Would appreciate your help in crediting this fee back to her account. It’s simply the right thing to do.Respectfully.

Why lie to the public about Vogtle expansion in your current bill insert(May-June 2019)? You state that “the project is still on schedule” with in service dates of 11/’21 for Unit 3 and 11/’22 for Unit 4. The original estimated in service dates were 2016 & 2017, later bumped to 2018 & 2019. The pubic already knows this, so why obfuscate? Be honest w/the truth about the delays and acknowledge them and be clear in your statements about which revised construction dates are actually “still on schedule”. The public appreciates full honesty–not manipulation!

I’m trying to contact Tommy McBrearty @ Arkwright but cannot. My father was a Ga. Power employee for 46 years, starting at Plant Atlkinson, moved to Plant Arkwright, then to the new start up in Brunswick, Plant McManus. Mr McBrearty gave me his name to contact for an opportunity to revisit Crispen Island, the site of McManus, when the demolition was completed. My father, James. Cassell, was the Boiler/turbine supervisor there from the time McManus was constructed. I cannot seem to connect with Mr. McBreaty.
Please allow me to have access to the property on Crispen Island as that is where I grew up, on 2 Cottage Drive. I would like to visit the site once again.
My early years were spent at Plant Arkwright, and the homes there are gone as well.
Please have a little compassion for us who have no homes to revisit but would just like to walk the grounds of our youth.
