To whom it may concern:
My name is Veronice Jones and I went into your store on Friday, July 9,2021. I placed a layaway and left my driver licenses. When I went back to the store my licenses could not be found, I know that I left them there because that was the only place I pulled them out at. I had to show them he ID to put the layaway up. If they don’t find my Licenses it will cost me 80.00 to replace them.
Could some please give me a call. My info is in your store records of layaways.
Thanks for your time

I have always enjoyed Gabe’s but lately the last few times I was in the Mansfield Store it is so unorganized clothes a mess on the racks household items everything just thrown on the shelfs the store is going back to the way it was when they first opened. I’m really disappointed in the presence of the store I really enjoyed buying household items they had unusual items. I have a gift card and I will be using it but after that I will probably not shop any more

on June 2003 I was walking down isle of homefurnishing when a wall mirror came off the top shelf and hit my right shoulder arm and wrist.I am a breast cancer patient who in 2016 had several surgies on my right side,where the mirror fell.I spoke to the legal department and out of courtesy,stating it wasnt their fault cause customer on the other side was feeling the pillows which made the mirror fall,sent me a 50 dollar gift card..Worker stated that the mirrors shold not have been put there and were immediately moved .It is on camera,as the legal department stated they watched it,saying not their,fault,customers fault..I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
Thank You

to whom it may concern, my name is Samantha Shannon and I live in Akron Ohio. My question to you is I was caught shoplifting in your Akron store on Monday, July 30. My only reason for doing so is I suffer from PTSD, I have survived cancer of which I got a blood infection and nearly died, I almost died having my 3 son, he and I again nearly died he was only 1lb 11oz, the house we live in that my grandparents built burnt to the ground and I was home with my sons ages 1,4 and 5 right before Christmas, we lost everything. recently i was rapped and I do not remember, I am also a diabetic and have diabetic blackouts and with the PTSD this has proven to be a deadly combination, I have been rapped and dont remember any of it , there are lot of things I dont remember and I have good doctors but no one can seem to figure out why this happens, I am married to a husband with narcissistic personality disorder and living with that is pure hell and I haven’t left because of my health and I will lose everything, my grandparents ashes are in the small lake that my family has lived on for nearly 80 years. My husband has taken the battery out of my car has taken gas or not pt gas in it so I miss appointments. My question to you is could possibly drop the charges against me, I know this is a lot to ask before I go to court Monday, please please consider this I plea i beg of you. Dear Mr. Keith Seipel;
M y name is TOMMY DWAYNE FRAZIER. I’ve worked in your company [RUGGED WAREHOUSE] Savannah , GA from 2007 to 2009. From the age of 17 to 19 somewhere around those numbers. However , I was hired as a loss prevention by Anzly Snyder. I signed a application with the company as well and was told I would be paid $13.25 a hr. At the time of that time all applications were done on paper, I’m not sure as to how you all conduct it now. I was told I would be paid and that it would have taken a few weeks to get into the system. I was young and it was my first job. I enjoyed it and was happy to be working. So I dint think anything of it, I just believed the managers at the time. ANZLY SNYDER, COBY, and Casandra managers at the time.
They wanted me to act as if I was a secret shopper, that was my title as the [LP]. My job title was responsible for keeping theft down and apprehending shoplifters, walking managers to the office when they were carring tills from cashiers. Ive been placed in several situations protecting the store as well as the staff and the merchandise. Ive even made a security arrest several times inside the store after catching a guys and women stealing clothes. POLICE was called and man was taken to jail on a few times as well. I later was called in to court as well as your GM at the time [ANZLY] to testify as the reporting LOSS PREVENTION. When I was around 19 I went back to the store, but I believed ANZLY had moved away. and COBY THE ASSISTANT MANGER, was fired for stealing his self.
However I went back to seek compensation for my work and to receive the pay checks that was promised to come. At that time new management was hired and no one knew what checks I was talking about.
Ive also talked to a district [LP] guy name TERREL , I believe. I asked about the payment as well as me having my job back he stated that, he didn’t need a loss prevention guy. but did not deny knowing about what Ive done there.
Also managers now and some employees know me from my hard work, and always living up to what I thought was a real job for me, I was lied to, tricked, NOT PAYED and risked my life for free, when that wasn’t the deal.
Sir, all do respect I’m asking that you look into this matter and that I be fully compensated for the work and the time Ive put into the company. I believe that people should get treated with respect and handle fairly. Not miss used and treated like trash. I thought I was doing something good. And was trilled to have what I thought to me a job.
A copy of this will be attached and save in my records stating that Ive reached out to the company with your name intitled about this.
Thank you for you time and efforts, in hopes that this letter does not get lost, or read and un heard.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOURS.. I look forward to hearing from you, or someone from your office soon,

Bad set up in that store, You’re losing business.Today, i had one item, in front of me were 19 customers with carts full , because it Christmas time.Sorry but i wasnt going to wait 20 minutes just to be checked out with just one item. This is the THIRD time its happened to me in three days..People are walking out and going to the mall, which as you know is only 100 yds away. People dont want to wait just for one/ two items, You need a ” FIVE ITEM ONLY” register OR a CASH ONLY REGISTER. Get cust,. in and out quickly, theres where your money is.
