I’m just a random parent, writing this letter to expose my situation in reference to the tablet I bought in last August 2015. I bought the Nabi Dream as a gift for my son that’s 5, which he absolutely loved. Unfortunately the nabi stopped working in the end of November 2015. In December I sent an email through your webpage with the hope that I would get a response back from you guys, which never happened. I tried then calling costumer service number several times a week and never got any one to pick up the phone. On January 28th I sent a fax in with the complaint, expecting once again to receive a reply back but once again I didn’t. At the point the disappointment was big but I tried once more the same day and I finally was able to talk to Cedric Dupuch from costumer service, which told me that I would get a shipping label by email to ship back the nabi to get fixed. Well it’s now the 22nd of March 2016, I still have yet to see the label.
It’s sad that this is the type of customer service your company offers the costumers. I’m a single mom and I work really hard to be able to provide for my child and 100$ might not seem a lot to you, but to me it’s hard to put together. I expected that your company was able to provide better service after all we are the motive why the company is still open, because we buy your products. I do wish the same way your company was willing to receive my money to buy your product, it would try to fix the problems that your equipment gives the costumers.
The fact is that my son is without a tablet for the last 4 months and I can’t afford to get him another one. My letter is just one more that you receive and probably gets tossed into the trash, but I had to express how I feel about all this, which has been time consuming.
