Went to the Freddy’s in Holly Springs, NC to for dinner. We usually go to Freddy’s at least once a month. Tonight the order taker made a couple of mistakes. First, she order a cheeseburger when my wife ordered a Hamburger and then did not put “on hold” for the turtle sundae. She did get my order correct and put my chocolate shake on hold. My wife decided not to send the cheeseburger and we ate our meal. Halfway thru our meal another person behind the counter with blue tints in her hair called our number for the sundae. I told her was on hold and went back to my table to finish eating. When we were finished with our dinner, I went to the counter and girl with blue tints, saw me but waited over 5 minutes to approach me. When I ordered the on hold items, she told me that both were in the freezer and pointed to the freezer. I told he that is not the way on hold should be served and the restaurant made a mistake, she went in the cooking area and talked with an older man. We took our now partially melted deserts and left. This is no way to treat a customer and goes against your 3 pillars.

Pastor Froberg, I read your comments and hope that they will let you help. From our very first visit to Freddy’s, the tables were dirty and the floors sticky. I thought at the time that this newly opened place must be very busy. Then a new location was built closer to our home. From the beginning the tables were dirty.
Today we went there and we were the only customers in the store. Three workers were sitting at a table chatting. We had placed our orders and were trying to find a table that wasn’t dirty. We walked to the far side of the restaurant and sat down. While we were chatting and waiting for our order I noticed ants running up and down the wall and they started jumping onto the table. We got up and asked for them to pack our order and that we could not eat there because of the ants. An assistant manager told that the exterminator was to come back this week!
My only choice now is to call the city’s health department. This store has only been opened for about 4-5 months! One way to keep ants away is to KEEP TABLES CLEAN!

Our 3 combo meals was a $36.51 rip off. This “new” location is located at 503 Carl-Bethlehem Rd., Bethlehem Georgia 30620. Don’t go there if your expecting a real burger. Your burgers will be a centimeter thick.

I entered Freddy’s on N.Penn in Oklahoma City and could not believe what I seen. The cooks where there handling everyone’s order with no gloves on , their pants halfway down their butt , pulling on the briefs and pants ! This was really sickening, everyone was so busy chatting, including the manager. I turned an walked out and will never return.

Went to the Freddy`s in Ellisville yesterday. Stood at the order counter for over 5 minutes waiting for Esther to finish playing with the ice cream machine to come and take my order. Ordered two number 1 meals and an order of onion rings and paid for them. Asked her for my drink cups and she said they only come with the meals. Told her that is what I ordered. She reordered and gave me a new total. Told her I wanted receipt where the previous transaction was credited back to my card. She had thrown it away and got it out of the trash. Never an apology or a thank you for my order, Got my order. 3.09 fof onion rings and there were only 6 medium sized rings. Questioned it and the guy said they are sold by weight not quantity. Asked for condiments. He said they were at the other end of the counter. Walked over there and no cups for them. Told the girl there were no cups. She walked over to where they kept them behind the counter and put some out. Didn’t apologize for them not being there or offer me any. Got to the table to eat and one of my two number ones was a single and not a double. Took it back and had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and told him. He did make a new burger and he did apologize. The place was not busy when all this was going on. Horrible service.

Went to freddy’s in Gardner, Kansas today. Ordered two double cheese burgers and a chocolate malt via the drive thru. Had to wait for one car in front of us. My wife and I waited over fifteen minutes and the folks in front of us appeared to have only ordered frozen custard. When we got our order and pulled into a parking space to eat, we found that one burger was missing the top part of the bun and no condiments (no onion, pickle, or even mustard). The hamburger meat appeared to be burnt. My wife walked the burger into the restuarant and I stayed in the car to eat the complete burger and malt. Every bite of the burger resulted in a “crunch”. The meat was so over done and crispy, it actually crunched with every bite I took. The choc malt was terrible. The drink was so chocolatety that it was bitter to the taste. So bad that I threw it out. My wife was treated very well when she took in the partial burger and given two complete burgers, but the damage had already been done and second replacement burger was used for food for the wild animals. Sorry to say we will not be returning to Freddy’s in Gardner.

Today when I went to the Moore, OK location and ordered a hot dog there was nothing on it but weenie and bun. They did ask if I would like mustard and relish. For $7.49 combo I will never go back. The only reason I liked getting the hot dog was for the pickle and pepper. What has happened to Freddy’s?

The Freddy’s location in las vegas nevada needs to be closed or new management. The supervisor MaryAnn and Morgan or very unprofessional and rude and are having students work pass curfew. I am completely done with Freddy’s. This has “nothing” to do with the pandemic either, so don’t try to blame it on it. It’s the lack of leadership and accountability these stores have.
They continue to lack customer service, don’t keep their restaurants clean, messy bags and cups every time I’ve gone through drive-through, the rewards system is ALWAYS NOT WORKING. WTH? I’ve spent enough money there over the years and have never been able to get credit for my patronage.

The Freddy’s in Lawton, OK is pitiful. Now smaller burgers; the fries are cut MUCH thinner, which were already so thin & small you could see through them. On March 6, 2022; a group of 14 of us went to Freddy’s, 7201 Cache Rd, Lawton, OK…… the first two of us, placed orders. The next person was told they had no more food; that they had meat and hot dogs, but they were not “prepped” and they could not sell any. The other 12 people, turned around to leave; not wanting to eat there, alone, we (the first two) asked for a refund. We all went elsewhere to eat.
VERY poor management to have food, several hours before closing, and you can’t sell it, as it isn’t “prepped”…. I understand about the prepping; but where was management?

It’s official!!! Freddy’s is NO way interested in what its public has to say about this once great take-out! We have sent in several complaints, yet never has anyone cared enough to reply or act upon the situations at hand…..
We were delighted with the terrific food and service Freddy’s offered when they landed in our area! Today however, it is one of the poorer drive-thrus we have. The two locations we visit are in Eagle Idaho and Meridian Idaho….
All that remains the same since opening is their sealed fry sauce! The grilled cheese sandwiches were once grilled to perfection with 2 different cheeses… now you’re lucky to get two different cheeses and if you want any color at all, you must specify “extra grilled” which is cutting it short. Now they only use ‘cornered’ bread slices… what in heck happens to the round sides?! Their once incredible unique hot dogs have lost any flavor, as they are thrown together with hardly enough mustard to see and decent onions is iffy even when you ask for extra. Their fries could be our biggest disappointment… the quality and quantity was once marveled over but now consists of mere tidbits rather than full pieces, no longer crispy!…
Oh yes, we have written our complaints several times, but they obviously don’t do replies! To top it off, there are now idiots at the customer service windows. Clearly we have chosen to drift away from Freddy’s for our weekly take-out, to those responsibly caring about maintaining consistency and quality.

First off food and frozen custard are very good!, we get carry out thru drive thru quite often..your not far from our home in hyde park, but we decided to go inside on our last visit, tables were dirty, garbage inside and outside around tables, garbage can inside very messy with food smeared on top, there were probably 8-10 on staff for monday @ 7:15, most were standing around, no one had hats or hair nets and many had dreads that were up to 1-2′ in length hanging into or over food, seemed like with that many people around some cleaning could be done, food was good ….had to ask for spoon for custard, the plastic wear and condiment area was dusty, dirty and needed replenishing.

My family and I visited the Freddy’s in Greensboro, NC on Friday 16 Jul 2021. We were there in town to attend Camp Victory Junction, after my daughter’s long battle with Leukemia. That’s when we met Mr. Rich Cochran, Owner/Store Manager. Mr. Cochran took our ice cream order. After a brief conversation, he asked what brought us to the Greensboro area, and I shared with him we were there to attend Camp Victory Junction. This kind man displayed such care and compassion towards my daughter. He clapped and celebrated her being in remission and made her feel like “A True Warrior Princess”. Before we left the restaurant, he invited us back for lunch the next day to celebration her cancer being in remission. “I thought Chick Fil A was the only restaurant that had great customer service”. Since we moved to Akron Ohio… we’ve been there a handful of times an it’s been absolutely horrible every time!! 45 minutes to an hour in the drive-through line, yes I said the drive Thur line!!!When you get to the window…the workers are standing around chatty doing nothing management is chatty with them no one’s working or there so short staffed with no management to guide them.… I’ve been in the food Business 20 years, an from what I observe better management definitely!!! I still go back to hope things have gotten better for them an every time it’s the same!!

I use to be a Shift Manager at one of the stores an was pushed out because I wouldn’t kiss a** to the new GM and AGM. This was so wrong because I used to love working for this company.
You know I understand why I was pushed out now. I wasn’t appreciated after Jonathan Wallace quit, when running a company you don’t make a difference between your employees or your managers, you treat all of them with equal respect. You don’t tell them I’m here to help an stay in the office or lobby while your crew is struggling.
You had an amazing General Manager working for you an fixing a run down store, but you didn’t appreciate that either. A manager at any level has to help in any position not just where they want to. I’ve learned what kind of people I won’t work for because I’m not going to kiss a** for anyone, it’s sad that the fact if you are willing to kiss someone’s a** in this company to move up is so unprofessional. Karma will be there to see everything you do and will eventually catch up to you. It’s nice to see this company doesn’t really care about their employees unless said employees are kissing a**. I was proud to work for this company but not after I found out that upper management is okay with causing hard working employees to have multiple panic attacks and anxiety attacks all because I knew how to do the job better than the General Manager and Assistant General Manager at the time, I helped in every position at anytime needed, I never minded at all because it was part of my job description, I didn’t mind faxing the paid ins or outs in the system or the deposits, invoices or filing paperwork where it went..I learned to do all that when I at the Bristol store because Todd wouldn’t do it. Oh don’t forget about the fact that he always left the deposits in the safe, at least 5 or 6 at a time, I didn’t mind going to the bank to take them or to get change because upper management wouldn’t. I didn’t mind it until you put people in charge that let the position go to their heads, and didn’t do their jobs, or a now apparent Assistant Manager that walked out on her job,and just onceshe did it twice..oncein Bristol an now in Kingsport, I didn’t realize if you kiss a** that you can walk out on your job when you want to an still have a job and then get promotedfor it. when I said something about this type of situation I was told to quit worrying, well if you have a manager that cares about the job you hired them to do and don’t appreciate them it says a lot about the caracter of your management team. I hope that you get what you deserve for treating your staff the way you do. For the one manager who does her job and helps the crew without them having to ask thank you so much Madison, I know you will make a great manager because you do your job like I did. It makes me sad to see a company being ran this way.

I have a complaint about pay. I have worked at Freddy’s in Denison Texas for 8 months. It’s pitiful I make less than everyone in the store. I have been here longer than almost everyone at this location as well. I can walk out faster than I can make $8.50 an hour. While the rest of the store is making $9.00 to $9.50 an hour I am busting my butt to make sure I can afford transportation to and from work. Not to mention my hours recently have been off by 4-5. This store promises and promises but never does. I have even been sexually harrassed at this location as well. My over all experience is poor. I do not recommend working at Freddy’s.

I ate at Freddy’s in Paducah KY. and was very upset by the time I left there. I saw racism, bad racism, happening and it wasn’t a white bring racist against a black, it was the other way around. I felt sorry for the young lady! She had waited on us was very sweet and efficient and WORKING. As we sat there and ate we HEARD the black manager, being rude and hateful and taking to her like dirt, and even cussing. It was bout 30 minutes before closing and this young lady was busting her butt while the others, who were black was just standing around doing nothing. She never stopped working. They were on their phones, one was making a video or taking pics, none was working, the whole time we were there. Again I felt so sorry for her, it was ridiculous. Not good for business either, we wasn’t the customers that witnessed this abuse.

8/24/20 at approximately 3:30pm. I ordered 2 double cheese burger meals and one kids hamburger meal. I drove around to the pickup window and paid. A bag was handed out to me and I drove home. When I got home I discovered there were no hamburgers in the bag, only fries. I immediately called the store (Belton, MO) and spoke to Dillon. He apologizes and ask how long it would take me to come back and he would have a new order made for me. He also offered gift cards with his apology. I sent my daughter back to the store and she was given a bag with 3 burgers in it. No Fries, No gift cards. One burger was supposed to be plain and it was not. I am very disconcerted that Dillon did not follow through with what he told me. I even stated I would bring back the bag of fries and was told not to that he would give those as extras. This whole affair doesn’t seem like much but to have to make 2 trips to get dinner after a full work day is immensely frustrating. It will be a while before I return, if I do return, and I will voice my frustration to friends if and when asked. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my concern

We went to the Freddy’s at 7401 N. May in Okla. City. The employees were standing around talking loud laughing. Very unprofessional atmosphere. The person that took our order was wrong on both orders. The young lady cooking apologized and made us an order that was correct. They were out of lettuce and the hot spicy sauce was empty . They did give me some from the drive thru window. When we finished our meal I ordered two custard single dips in waffle cones. The waffle cones were broken. When they did find two they could use, the single dip of custard didn’t even set up even with the top of the cone and was melting when she put it in the cone. I commented about how small the cone was and she gave me attitude like well ! sorry about that. We have gone to a Freddy’s in South Okla. City and in Lawton, Okla. and the atmosphere is very different. They are very professional and caring plus they come around once or twice to be sure everything is good. The one on North May is close to our residence. We may go again to see if anything has changed but the three times we have been there the atmosphere is the same. Tonight they were discussing another job and salary at a different job. When we walked in to give our order, the person was on her cell phone arguing with person she was talking to, then she walked away and announced she was taking her break. There was one to three customers during the time we were there between 5:45 pm to 6:20 pm on Sunday evening. Thank you and I hope the General or Regional Manager makes improvements at this location. Also, when we get cones, custard should at least come up even with the top of the cone rather than half a dip the slides down to the middle of the cone….

I work at one of the Freddy’s establishments in the Kentucky area, I will refrain from naming which one for fear of retaliation. Most of the upper management treat their hardest working employees like dog shit, they give us dog shit pay while they sit idly on their asses doing what amounts to nothing but gossiping about the workers beneath them. Every other working establishment in this area pays more than Freddy’s which has made me very suspicious of just how much they are cooking the books to take more money off the top for themselves because we can run really high labor while understaffed with very few employees on the clock at 9/hour or less.
Now I hear that the Admin is informing our GM that they need to teach the base line managers how to do their job so they can effectively be clocked in the do nothing. A practice that may as well already be in effect since they fraudulently have other managers they are in good with clock them in on their days off just so they can meet their required hours, which they still don’t do.
We’re getting tired of picking up their slack and putting up with the bad mouthing behind our backs. We don’t get paid nearly enough to be subjected to this kind of treatment or allow them to get away with what may be criminal activity at our expense.

My daughter currently works for Freddy’s in Lafayette, LA. She was hired though Voc Rehap, which helps people with disabilities. She has learning problems and is a little slow. She has been there since July of last year and has never had a problem. They got a new manager name Travis Dorsey who told her she was to slow and has no put her on the work schedule for the last 3 consecutive weeks and 2 other weeks before that.
She contacted her case worker and she went to talk to Travis. First he was very rude to her and then told her “he has no time for slow people.” This boy is a walking disaster and has no business managing anything. This guy is nothing but trouble for your company. I wonder what the ADA would say about this.

I use to work at Freddy’s Waco until, 3/18/19. I decided to quit after being called Trapunzle like Rapunzel, but trap because of the color of my skin and my new hair style by a Caucasian manager .I did not like it ,I decided to talk to the general manager Carlos Fernandez. When I approached him days later to see his they had spoke his response was he forgot .He sent a massage to her that night and showed me ,however I believe I needed a apology. The next day we had a meeting with some of my co works where we were told that our opinions don’t really mater that he will have his managers back no matter what. No one liked what was said in the meeting and I don’t know if he realized what he said. The next day I worked 11:30 am to Close (12am) with no break .Throughout the work day I asked for a break because they usually forget .I quit the next day I do not recommend Freddy’s as a place to work. I am at the Freddie’s on Killian road, Columbia SC and came in on Monday for the Military Monday special 15% off, as the sign says next to the register, and it’s been there since they opened. But they are only giving 10% off at the register. I spoke with the manager who told me, “I’m not in advertising, so I don’t know what to tell you, but you can only get 10% off . I wonder how many military people they served under false advertising.

today i went to the same one in columbia and the individual at the drive thru started giving me a hard time about whether i wanted a sundae or concrete. Clearly i have never had this problem with them before as they always gave me the dirt and worms sundae. But this female individual kept asking me whether i wanted a sundae or a concrete. Now mind you most people don’t know what the difference is, especially if they never had one. You would think she would have had the common courtesy to explain what the different is, but she did not. i should have just taken the burger and fries, but i left with nothing, their unnecessary lost on her part, or there lack of. So you know i could not wait to get home and write this complaint. why couldn’t she just assume that i wanted the sundae not the concrete? was she just hell bent on making my after work day? no explanation at all on what the difference is between the two. you call that customer service? i think not. when i got home i called the manager and told her i would be submitting a complaint on line about how that individual treated me. The manager asked the same question, she didn’t explain the difference? i told the manager nope. Cause if she did maybe i would have gotten my order. But i’ve come to realize some people just want to mess with your head, and i’m like right back at cha lol.

The Freddy’s on Killian Road in Columbia is Always out of something. Tomatoes (Kroger is in the same parking lot!), cheese , whipped cream, onion rings……you name it, they’re out of it. Someone needs to figure out how to maintain some sort of order to the restaurant. Steak and Shake opened in same area. Tough competition unless they get their act together!!!

Former employee of Manhattan KS 66502 Freddie’s. Two years ago I had a nasty fall in the kitchen and had to go to the hospital to get checked out. Submitted workmen comp. paperwork but because Kristina the GM was a piss poor boss and threatened my husband and roommate (Marines) I quit. She had not taken care of all the bills from the incident in the kitchen. So i had to keep going back with notices from the hospital for past due bills. Now one of them is still stuck to my credit as being unpaid! I would like corporate to contact me so that i can get my comp code so i can get it removed.

Went into the Freddy’s on Highway K in O’Fallon, MO on 6/13/2018 in the evening just for ice cream. There was not a clean table in the restaurant, music was ear piercing loud, employees, including the manager, were both behind the counter and in the restaurant part clowning around talking loud laughing. Very unprofessional atmosphere. This restaurant just opened and was a welcome addition to our community. If someone from corporate does not get control of the situation, it will not be around long. I need to mention that this is not our first visit and every time we dine there, we notice something that could be handled better. Freddy’s has another location on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville that is totally the opposite. Our experiences at this location have always been pleasant so I guess we need to dine at this one instead of Highway K.

Freddy’s opened in Texas in quite a few locations and are the worst franchise. They’re hiring managers are ignorant, speak horribly to their employees & their only concerns are for themselves! Beware anyone wanting to work there or eat there…. think twice! They’re good is greasy, and burgers are thin as paper. Fries are like shoe strings. The only good thing is their custard but it’s pricey!! Nothing beats Blue Bell Ice Cream!!!!

Tonight I stopped at the Freddie’s on 1770 Scenic Hwy, in Snellville, GA. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had ordered two California meals, one chili cheese fries, onion rings. I walked in to place my order, it took 30 minutes to receive it. There were six people behind me that received their orders before me. When I walked up to see what had happened the said that it was forgotten. The manager who was standing there (Dylan) had nothing to say! No apology, just turned and walked away. I will not go back knowing that they do NOT care about the customer.
It was an embarrassment to have taken my out of town guests and rave about the food only to have to apologize for the poor service. I hope that this will get handled and not happen to anyone else. I look forward to hearing from your office.

Im an employee at the Freddy’s in Clarksville and I feel like I’ve been given the run around about my schedule. Somehow I got deleted from some schedule that the managers go by but the schedule that comes to our email in shift notes I’m scheduled so I came to work Friday the 8th because that’s what my schedule said only to be told I couldn’t work for whatever reason even after I showed them on my phone that I was suppose to be scheduled. That was a waste of my time and gas that I didn’t really have because I don’t live close to the restaurant. It doesn’t make sense and it’s a lil frustrating because I’ve been working there since they opened and never had any issues until another manager started doing the schedule and she doesn’t really care for me so I feel it’s a personal issue because how has my name just all of a sudden disappear of a schedule and why can’t they just go back in and fix it it’s not hard because I’m a manager myself but that’s at my second job. The general manager said she was going to go in and fix it but I haven’t heard anything yet and I’m scheduled for Monday’s. I’m just saying if your trying to get rid of me for whatever reason just say that even tho you have no reason I just hate my time being wasted and the unprofessionalism gives your company a bad name and very uncalled for

I wanted to try a different place for lunch that has outside tables. I get nervous about new things, so I wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted to order. There was a menu in the foyer so I chose from that, a number 2 (hot dog meal). I went to the counter, no one else but me in line, and asked for a number 2. The cashier said $8 and something, and i said for a hot dog, she said no that was a burger meal. I said the foyer menu said the hot dog is “2”. She huffed and puffed and turned to the lady beside her with an attitude and asked her to reset the register. She came back to the register and keyed my hot dog with a huff and a puff and I paid. I went to the drink fountain and an employee that looked like a manager crossed my path and I said to her that I will not come back. She asked me why and i said the cashier had a bad attitude because i had to change my order, which I thought was a #2 like the foyer said. She said the menu had been changed recently and i said why didn’t the cashier tell me that, i have never been here before. The manager was so nice she gave me a ice cream and i went outside to eat. Mr. Ron, the Manager came out to talk to me and he was very nice, and I told him i did not want to get her in trouble, and he said we needed to know because this is a place of business. I told him my side. he gave me a free meal coupon and I told him i would be glad to come back sometime. I APPRECIATED THE MANAGER FIXING THE PROBLEM OF HIS EMPLOYEE, and taking care of the menu discrepancy. High Point, North Carolina

I used to work at Freddy’s in Kennesaw, but I had to quit because of the environment I was being trained in. The ladies were extremely rude to me and did not understand that this was all still new to me. When I did quit and explained why I asked for my check because for some reason it was not put onto the card I picked. The hiring manager Geo that is what they called him, was very rude and told me that he will check the mailbox and call me back. I then waited for 4 days util I called back again. When I did call back I spoke to Arnisa Sanders the General Manager she was disrespectful and short with me basically telling me when they get my check they will call me. I was supposed to get pained on September 13, 2017 which was almost 3 weeks ago. I am going back again today to ask for my check, I have called a total of 4 times, went up there once, and tried not to loose my cool. I know that if I do not get it I will have to do something that I did not want to do. I hope that by seeing this maybe you could help me figure out why they are treating me this way.

My family and I visited Freddys on Dallas Hwy. and Castell in Marietta, Ga. It was the worst experience we have had from a restaurant, People were waiting 45 minutes for their food. Then when you got your dessert it was melted and the staff was rude to boot. I was given a small amount of dessert that looked nothing like the picture. when I and my husband said something about it they just was rude and let us know that that was how they make it, It is not the same amount of ice cream. My grandson does not want to go to Freddy’s anymore. We thought today my husband and I would try another Freddy’s on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw to see if all are the same in service. We were pleasantly surprised. It was like night and day. especially when we met Lowanda. she was fantastic. She was doing everything to make the experience wonderful. She said she has been there only for 4 weeks and you can tell she loves her job. She is certainly a people person..Iwould go back to that restaurant in the future. Never to the one on Dallas Hwy. Bad management and customer service. although that one is very close I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way to go to Lawanda restaurant.

My experience working for freddy’ s was horrible. I was there only 2 weeks. I’m 40 with 2 kids. Your manager at the Freddy’s in Lafayette, LA. ( Tammy) is very rude and spoke to me like i was a child. She accused me of stealing onion rings. Really!!!! I’m still waiting on my first check in the mail from there. Never in my life have I felt so discriminated. I decided to take my family out to lunch and since we love Freddy’s it sounded like a great idea. While eating the manager George Volger came around every table checking on everyone except our table. We were the only hispanics in the restaurant and he skipped over our table and greeted every other table. As a general manager you set the standard for everyone to follow and the atmosphere he set was one of hate and discrimination. Today June 23, 2017 I visited Freddy’s on Blanco Rd. We ordered 3 combos and got them to go because my wife and I were tired from work so cooking wasn’t an option today. We ordered around 9 pm and didn’t receive our order until 9:12 pm. I was upset up until they called out my order and realized they only had a young lady which seemed to be a manager on grill and a young man both doing the best they could to get the orders out quickly. I then noticed an older woman what seemed to be a manager because of different uniform standing in the front with no sense of urgency to help out her back crew as well. I was very disappointed that a woman of her age couldn’t do more to help out her team. I hope this doesn’t happen every night and if it does I hope something gets done about it. I try my best to go to Freddy’s as much as possible because my family and I absolutely LOVE it I am sorry to say but we are going to stop going to Freddy’s for awhile.

My son works for Freddy”s in Ardmore ok and the general manager there (Chris Reeve) is someone who doesn’t need to be in management . He is rude and he uses his title to get away with making the kids feel like the are below dirt. My son goes in on his days off after the store closes to clean the floors. He has left a family dinner to go in and help them out when corporate was there and they were behind on orders so who did they call my son. so to get the moral of this complaint is my older son is in the Air force and defending our freedom and we were to receive a text or a call from him and so my son went in and asked the manager on duty if it was ok if when he received it if he could respond and was told it was ok well when he did the manager Chris called him into the office and told him THAT RESPONDONG TO A TEXT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE AND NOT YOU RIGHT TO TALK TO YOUR BROTHER and my son in defense said he had permission my son was upset so he called me and the remark made to him yet again by Chris was that “calling your mommy to come up here was unacceptable but he was going to let it slide this time.” (I was a paying customer only to be allowed 5 min to be there. and now Chris wants my son gone was told if he calls in he is getting written up.so how is that Your company can get away with a hostile environment .making kids most of them their first job such a bad taste for the kids that are working and staying off the streets and staying out of trouble.

I have been going to the Freddy’s in Easley, SC since the grand opening and I’ve never had complaints until recently. I few weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 philly cheesesteaks without onions and when I got home I realized that not only did both sandwiches still have onions on them but neither sandwich had CHEESE! I called and spoke to the manager ” Greg” and he took my name and told me the next time I came by my sandwiches would be free. I was amazed at the fact that I went on the inside and introduced myself to Greg when I went to get my free sandwiches and advised him that the 2 philly sandwiches were without onions and they still put onions on both sandwiches again. At least this time the sandwiches had cheese. My last straw with Freddy’s was yesterday when I went through the drive-thru again. This time I ordered a patty melt without onions and I should have known to check my order before I got home because once again they screwed up my order and my sandwich had onions on it. I am sure if my order is screwed up every time I go there that they are screwing up the majority of their orders every day!

First of all I was wrongly fired for carring a box knife in my pocket. So I was taking out the trash one night and are general manger always made us go out to do trash with two people after dark. And the person that I went with said that I was thearting to kill him. In the parking lot so one of the hourly mangers called me back into the office and said that I need you to sign this and then you can clock out and leave. I and I was like I’m not singing nothing intell you tell me what it is for. Then he said that it is for what happened in the parking lot. So I asked what happened in the parking lot that I am getting wrote up for he said that the person you went out with said that you held a knife up to his neck and thearented to cut his neck. So I signed it and clocked out before I really theaten to cut someone’s neck. Then I had for gotten my phone because the mangers would always collect them before the start of the shifts. I had calimed down a little bit because I was a little upset about losing my first job before I went back. Then I had an interview at another place of business and they called Freddy’s and the manger that fired me was working. Now I’m not saying that’s a problem it’s what he told them is what the problem. He told the other place of business that I had never showed up to work and when I did I was always late. He told the other place that I had tried to kill someone and that I stab them 4 time in the stomach. All which was not true whenever I was sechudled to work I was always there fifteen minutes early if not more. And I never touched the person. Then about two days ago the meager that fired me called me and told me that he was sorry to hear about me not getting the job.

This passed Thursday there were high school students kept passed 12am on a school night. The managers wanted to punish them because the high school students were told to go home by the managers and punished them by keeping them passed 12am. Many were asleep in classes the next day. And right now on a school night at 11:20pm there are still high school students closing. This is completely unprofessional and needs to be taken care of. The managers at the st Robert, MO freddies need to be fired or need to learn the rules about working high school students. Especially when the manager told one worker they would be off at 10:30pm but yet is still there almost an hour later.

Tori i totally agree some of the management really suck on my daughter went through a tough time she was doing fine at the Freddys everybody even the manager and assistant kept telling her how great of a job here is done in the next day fires her through a tax and two other girls because of an assistant manager that is different but yet he does sexual harassment on the job and he still allowed to stay I’ve had issues with my daughter Social Security number on the first W-2 I got I get another one the other day and it’s still wrong this is two years that they have had her wrong social and she does not work there longer because of what was going on there and I told her she be done by 10 she was home at like 11 after 11 I had to go get her it’s ridiculous hopefully once I call corporate again maybe I’ll get my answers on the floor but I would never recommend anybody that is a school student to get a job there cause they don’t care

I have been going to Freddy’s twice a week every other week and I have noticed everytime that I am passing by Freddy’s , after hours their hardworking employees are outside by their self after they close . The managers leave the employees outside in the dark late at night . I highly recommend the mangers or someone to wait and make sure everyone is safe in their cars . That is very unsafe and not showing appreciation to their hardworking employees . I will continue to send messages and emails regarding this until something has been done about it .

Why is freddys not giving raises to the ones that been there and know the job but they want to give new hires two more dollars, that’s not fair , if that a way to get rid of some employees , them fire them and give them unemployment.
