Bonefish Grill was founded by Chris Parker and Tim Curci in January of 2000. The company has headquarters in Tampa Bay, Florida, and currently has more than 158 locations in 34 states. Bonefish Grill offers American style seafood in a casual dining experience. The company offers mainly wood grilled fish and has a wide variety of specialty- type mixed drinks. Jean-Georges was founded by current CEO and co-founder Phil Suarez and chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in 1997. The restaurant is located in the Trump International Hotel and Tower, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York. Current chef is Mark LaPico. The restaurant offers New French cuisine.

Jean-Georges is a three Michelin star restaurant, which makes it one of the top 5 French restaurants in the U.S. Jean-Georges is also one of the few restaurants that has earned 4 stars by The New York Times. In addition to the rating by The New York Times, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten was voted Chef of the Year in 1997 by Esquire Magazine as well as earning The James Beard Award in 2010 for Outstanding Wine Service. Jean-Georges was also ranked the 51st best restaurant in the world on “La Liste”, in December of 2015.

Haggen Grocery Corporate Office

Haggen Grocery, often referred to as simply “Haggen”, was founded in 1933 by Benet and Dorothy Haggen in downtown Bellingham, Washington. Haggen has since become one of the leading grocery chains in the Pacific North Western part of the U.S. The company operates stores in both Oregon and Washington states under the Haggen name, as well as under the TOP Food and Drug name. Haggen is Washington state’s 6th largest privately owned company. Haggen specializes in produce and foods from local or regional farmers and suppliers.

The company has experienced a rough road, lately, and was forced to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Haggen announced that they were closing or selling 29 of their locations to the Albertson’s chain of supermarkets in March of 2016. Albertson’s will purchase these stores for an estimated $106 million.

ShopRite was founded in 1946 when a group of New Jersey grocers complained to a Del Monte representative that they were having a difficult time getting reasonable wholesale prices. The rep suggested that they form a co-op. Seven of the grocers did and launched what was originally called Wakefern Foods. The name was changed to ShopRite in 1951.

When other markets were offering green stamps or blue stamps, Shoprite decided to cut their prices by 10% instead. This move proved to be very successful. By 1961, ShopRite had more than 70 members and more than $100 million in annual sales.

Today, the company has locations in 6 states and is the largest food retailer in New Jersey and New York. In 2015, the company acquired 13 A&P locations after the company filed for bankruptcy.

Bi-Lo Supermarket Corporate Office

Bi-Lo Supermarkets, often referred to as simply Bi-Lo, was founded in 1961 and is based out of Greenville, South Carolina. Bi-Lo operates a chain of grocery stores and in-store pharmacies in Georgia, Florida, South and North Carolina.

The company offers both organic and conventional produce, hot and cold foods, herbs, party platters, meats, deli items, and seafood. Bi-Lo Supermarket also offers a floral department, lottery tickets, kosher foods, gift cards, and Western Union money transfers at all locations.

In May of 2014, the company rolled out an exclusive line of affordable baby products called Kuddles. Products include the essentials for babies, including foods, formulas, diapers, wipes, bibs, and shea butter based lotions.
