Food Depot was founded in 1975 in Stockbridge, Georgia, by two friends, Gerald Taylor and Raymond Johnson, when the pair bought Kenny’s supermarket by mortgaging their homes.
Today, Food Depot operates 25 stores in Georgia. The company is owned by All American Quality Foods, Inc., but does business under the Food Depot name. This chain of supermarkets prides itself on selling items at 10% over cost as often as possible.
The company continues to expand and has plans to put stores outside of Georgia in the near future. The company has approximately 1,500 full-time employees. Food Depot’s concept of selling items just above cost is not a new one, but this company has been able to continue this tradition after most other companies have abandoned it.

I saw one of your young employees at Food Depot Banks Station, Fayetteville, Ga., do a beautiful thing recently. I was leaving the store when I saw a young man, one of your employees, in a red Food Depot shirt walking with an elderly woman toward the parking lot. The young man was walking very slowly with the woman at her pace, right beside her, and chatting with her. They walked from one side of the lot to the other, as it was obvious the woman could not find her car. When they finally did, the young man reached and held her car door open for her. Then it started raining and the young man stayed there helping her even though he was getting soaked. I have since found out the young man’s name is Ka’ron. He is a great reflection on Food Depot and restores my faith in the young generation and the future for all of us.

Today I went into the Food Depot in WR, Ga. I said hello to the young woman working the lunchmeat counter…nothing. So I said it again, again, zero response. I said a few more things just to see if she would speak. She did not. I then told her that I hoped she had a vert pleasant day. I got the look, the sigh, the eye roll, and then, to top it off, I got the head wag. I searched for a few more items, since the lunchmeat girl didn’t want my business, clearly. I found a couple of things. Proceeded to the checkout, only to hear vulgar language and inappropriate comments on the store mgr, other employees and the woman that was ahead of me in line. |I assume Kroger would welcome my business. Guess what? I went there, and THEY DID appreciate my business, AND told me that very thing! What a refreshing experience! I routinely spend about $150.00 a week at your WR store. Kroger will be getting that now, plus they give gas points. I wonder if it was because I look white that I was treated so disrespectfully. Food Depot, DO BETTER!!!

We have been loyal customers of Food Depot in Austell for 13 years. We will NOT be returning and we will encourage all of our neighbors and friends to do the same.
This location is a that is supposed to send Western Union. My husband and I have a business transaction with Western Union, came with state identification and cash.
The person that assisted us gave us the cash back to hold after I verified the recipient on the Western Union form that printed out from the computer. I still have that in my possession.
He then walked away to get his manager, we assumed to verify the counted cash ($3170). The manager appeared a few minutes later. Leaning in toward us and speaking to us in a hushed, condescending tone he proceeded to tell us we were trying to send an “extremely large amount of cash” and he wanted no part of the transaction. He continued with “we are a grocery store” and “if anything goes wrong we don’t want any part of it” and “my manager and I have spoken” and I “respectfully” decline. Then he just walked away from us.
My husband I were left very confused and highly offended. We were handled like we were some sort of seedy, low class, negative element. We are hard working, tax paying, business owning individuals who will no longer frequent Food Depot. And we also notify our network of friends, family, and fellow business people about the offensive, racist, and disrespectful treatment we received as patrons and individuals attempting to use a legal service Food Depot advertises that they offer.
There is no signage that says Food Depot does not except Western Union transactions over any set amount. We were informed our hard earned money was not acceptable. We have business that we handle across domestic and international borders. We have never experienced such treatment.
As for being a “grocery store” and not wanting “any part of” our legal transaction, Publix grocery store had no issue processing our payment, accepting my state issued identification and social security information, and accept payment for our legal business transaction.
I am extremely disgusted that after 13 years of patronizing the Food Depot grocery chain, and this person even seeing us in the store for more than a decade to see me and my black husband and refuse this service. I always prefer to shop and support local businesses. Unfortunately, this has forced us to frequent grocers who do not treat us with such disrespect.

Would must I speak with in regards to harassment following a store manager inappropriateness or making verbal contact to initiate a relationship during store visits?
I am a local consumer who simply wishes to grocery shop. As a result, has been victim to indirect harassing behaviors and gestures upon store visits.

Went to the store on April 11,2020 use my cash app card to purchase my things I noticed once I left the store that my card had been charged twice. Immediately went back into the store told whoever was what had happened waited till the next day to see if it would go back to my card nothing so I went back to the store and Lori I guess she’s the manager tells me I need to get a statement from my bank well as I stated it was cash app and I can’t speak directly to a person and I emailed them and they provided me with a way to print out my statement for cash app which clearly shows my card being debited twice. then she tell me oh well it needs to be on a letterhead this is what Lisa (no last name at Corporate told me . Now I bring you a statement that clearly shows I’ve been charged twice and you want to ask stupid. I know this shows up on the close out records. To me they don’t care about you they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I need to get me a lawyer and I just might I pay for legal insurance every month.. This happened at the Fairburn Location 80 Broad St. Fairburn, Ga. Store #30

I’m trying to file a complaint via email, but they aren’t accepting anymore. I was trying to send pictures as well. I was in the store on yesterday to buy the tastycakes that are on sale. the signs say 5 for $10, but the buns rung up for $3. I asked for the manager, Kitty and she claims that the buns were @ for $6, but could not prove it to me. Working in retail, I know that you are supposed to give the customer the price that is advertised under the product regardless of what said price might be. I also discussed this with another worker who claimed who knew the process. He had the nerve to tell me that that was last week’s sale. I f so, then the product should have been removed from the other sale items. This happened at the Food Depot in Baltimore, Maryland, located in the Westside Shopping Center on Frederick Road. I still have the pictures if someone plans to contact, because apparently the managers that are presently there don’t do their job well. I was taught that shouldn’t argue with a customer, especially where others ar present and hear the conversation, The store employees told me that they were on sale and pointed out the sign as well as the security person on duty. If it’s on display then as a customer I was entitled to receive it for the price advertised, which I wasn’t.
Dissatisfied customer in Baltimore, Maryland.

I don’t know if your higher ups don’t care or if there just lazy and stupid like the managers you got a store 40 , but you need to investigate your manager Christian. In the past few months he’s done things that he definitely should have been fired for. First off he had sexual relations with one of the underaged workers and then black mailed everyone who knew that he’d fire us if we told anyone. Now a manager isn’t supposed to black mail right? Or am I wrong? The next thing he did was get upset at us from getting over time. He doesn’t care about the work he just cares about the hours and his pay check. If we get over time he gets angry because it affects his bonus! He even made us do is work when he just sits in the office or has like 3 off days while we have a big truck we have to do by ourselves. I asked for a raise and he said no because I didn’t care enough. But he just didn’t want to give me a raise. I was making $8 an hour and wanted just a little more for all the extra work I was doing and he said no. And with all the stuff I knew about it it got hard to keep my cool when I have to listen to him and deal with him. IF SOMETHING ISNT DONE ABOUT THIS I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH EVERYTHING. ILL EVEN GO TO ALL THE NEWS OUTLETS. I think a story about a food depot manager having sexual affairs with a underaged cops daughter would be fascinating right?

Me and my family have been shopping at the Dallas,Ga food depot since we moved into the area about 2 years ago. We’ve never had any problems until today when we went and bought some New York strip steak. Most of the other steaks had an off brown color to them so we searched until we found one that looked fresh and we bought it and went home. My husband got the grill going and i prepared the steaks and didnt notice anything strange until i took it outside and as soon as my husband put it on the grill, MAGGOTS started to crawl out of the steak!!!! Big maggots at that. We were disgusted and my husband immediately grabbed the packaging and steaks and drove back up to the store to return them and complain about the nasty bugs that just came out of them. He said when he went to return them, the associates acted as if it was no big deal at all. Im sorry to say but we will never go back to any food depot for meats again.
Shirley Jackson says
Hi My name is Shirley Jackson, I often visit the Food Depot at 2600 Highway 138 E, Stockbridge, GA 30281. I went there two weeks ago and bought ground beef , two long packs for a cookout and it looked good and fresh on the outside but when I put the meat in a bowl to make patties, it was old meat inside and fresh on the out side. I used what was good and I went back to the store the next day and spoke with someone in the meat department and the guy told me that I should have brought it back because I was back to buy more and when I mentioned it to him he said he went in the back and got a fresh pack of ground beef and to bought a pack of it and it was good. So I went back in there today (2/25/19) and bought a pack and it was the same way. FRESH ON THE OUTSIDE AND OLD MEAT IN THE MIDDLE. I don’t know who I need to speak to about this, I called what I was told the corporate office on Eagles Landings at 770-474-5904 and was told to call back tomorrow. This is wrong for them to pretend they are putting out fresh meat and then putting old meat in with the fresh meat to make the pounds out. I took pictures of the meat, my receipt with the date. This is so wrong. someone need to contact me. I would hate for both me and Stockbridge Food Depot to be on Fox 5 showing bad meat.
Cathy Riggins says
I shop for groceries only once a month. It helps save me time as well as money because this way I can buy in bulk and larger packaged items. This past month I chose to shop at Food Depot in Rex, Ga. I began discovering bad, rotted food the very first night I brought the groceries home. It began with a 10 lb bag of potatoes – over half of the potatoes in the bag were rotted. I smelled the horrible stench the moment I opened it.
The next discovery was the next morning – 2 1/2 dozen eggs were spoiled inside the shell. Practically on a daily basis I have found some food item from Food Depot to be inedible.
I spend $400 – $600 per month on food for my family. This particular month, out of $440 spent at Food Depot, I have discarded $56 worth of spoiled, rotted food.
Something should be done about this store selling food that is inedible and could potentially give someone food poisoning.
I plan to attempt to contact their corporate office, but somehow I feel I will not have much success getting beyond the receptionist. I also plan to find out what government entity has some control over food quality in Clayton County and solicit their interference with bad food being sold. Lastly, I plan to contact one or more of the local news media investigating teams to troubleshoot Food Depot.
I urge anyone reading this that has had a similar experience at Food Depot to do the same. As a community, it is our responsibility to do something about a business that thinks they get away with robbing us all. Not to mention, they possibly poison someone with spoiled rotten food.

Sheldon Floyd says
Hello, my name is Sheldon Floyd. I recently worked at the Food Depot in Rex, Ga but was fired due to not bringing in a doctor’s note after I suffered a seizure. Mind you they did not call an ambulance for me but had an employee send me home. A day or two later, after getting my conscious back, I called the er to get a statement. Iwas told by the nurse that I could not have one due to the job not calling the paramedics that same night.
The response I received from one of the human resources people was very rude. She does not know what it’s like to suffer a seizure. She kept asking why I didn’t call an ambulance for myself. I’m having a lawyer see about this.
The job didn’t want to give me a statement to be seen about at the hospital. Of course I wouldn’t call an ambulance days later and not be suffering from a seizure right then and there and I’m already billed sky high from previous seizures. Cyndi is the manager who fired me and she is VERY RUDE. I HAVE A THIRTY MINUTE RECORDING OF HER BEING RUDE TO ME.

Fort Valley Store in Georgia needs a lesson in customer service. They do not greet you, do not help you with anything, everyone is rude except the baggers, office Manager does not have a clue about anything. I shopped there twice as a new customer, never will again. Store is not fully stocked, frozen food area does not even have ice cream stocked, hard to navigate because you have so much stuff out every where that you need to be able to walk, too much up against the walls, nasty place.

FOOD DEPOT – Carrollton Georgia, Bankhead HWY
I have been shopping at this location for over 15 years. This location has had it’s issues in the past, but usually they resolve them fairly quickly. However, last night on June 18th I was in the store near closing to grab some last minute items. I am a customer who uses my own reusable shopping bags as often as possible. This allows me to organize as I shop to accommodate my needs. Typically, the way I check out (to maintain that organization) is to have the cashier to scan each item and I place it back in the bag. If I have multiples of the same item, I will let the cashier know. This has been no issues until last night. The night manager came up behind me while I was checking out and states “This will be last time we will let you do this”. I continue to check out and ask at the same time he meant, and he then proceeds to tell me that “customers have complained that it wasn’t fair”. My response is of course one of “I really don’t care”. If they feel it isn’t fair, they can buy their own bags (Food Depot does sell them).
This was unprofessional and uncalled for. Not to mention that other customers were behind me when he did this. As I told him, to do as he wanted and unload every single item onto the belt and then reload those same items in the same organized way would take twice as long, while this way would only take 5 minutes or so. My thought was also, that I wonder if he would do the same to customers using coupons or WIC vouchers? I also let this manager know that I find it funny that other stores in our area do not have an issue with this. In fact, I have had numerous customers and employees to comment to me how organized this method was and that thy needed to get some of those shopping bags.
I certainly hope that Food Depot takes this seriously. I also operate a local news service and I think I may be writing an article regarding this.

FOOD DEPO ROCKBRIDGE RD IN STONE MOUNTAIN-Absolutely the worst customer service ever! The cashiers WILL tell you to push your buggy down and get your bagged groceries out of their way, while you are trying to put your groceries from your shopping cart on the belt! I had to litterally go get the cashier another empty cart from the buggy rack where you enter the front of the store. She stood there waiting for me to do this and was aggravated by my not doing it all faster so that she could continue scanning my items! There were 2 bagboys restocking the bag holders and cashiers with no one in line, nearby; watching me and did not offer to assist me at all!!! Yes, im calling Corporate! This is an ongoing process with them and this has happened to me several times. However, i continue to go to Food Depo because of their awesome prices! I found out about Food Depo and there prices when i went to work at their store in Stockbridge, Ga. as a cashier when i was 18 yrs old. My son has worked at two stores. Both with very unprofessional managers both the store managers and the night managers. The last store (Panola Rd) is full of unprofessional management staff. In this store the managers are afraid to get rid of the individuals that curse them out but yet my well behaved son was terminated because he knows how to act and behave professionally, even when the management is telling the young men in the store “I am going to get rid of all you young niggas.” The manager also proceeded to grab my son’s arm. You don’t touch people aggressively. I am seeking legal advise right now. As employers you should be careful about who you hire to represent your company as a manager. At best we will file an EEOC complaint and a complaint with the US Department of labor for hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and discriminatory practices. Be ware of Food Depot. I am going back to Kroger or might try Aldi. Put this unprofessional place out of business.

Hello, I used to patron your store in Stone Mountain often. The customer service was good. Never a issue with being treated like I live in the1960’s. I recently have moved to Lithia Springs and your store #42 is full of the most rude, and racist people I have ever met. I visited the store when I first moved in my place in Oct of 2017 and the cashier was so very friendly to the white ladies that was in front of me. I was thinking wow she’s very personalable. Until it was my turn. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Look up say a word just immediately scanning the items as quickly as she could. So, I spoke. Nothing I thought maybe she didn’t hear me and then I spoke a little louder and nothing. Didn’t even look up. The bagger another young lady spoke with a embarrassed look on her face. The cashier completed scanning all my food and just stood there didn’t even give me the total. I had to ask what my total was. I was thinking oh my God how rude. I thought it was maybe a isolated issue and didn’t make a big out of it. I’ve been back twice and today was the absolute last time I will patron the store. Myself and another man stood there for 15 mins while every cashier stood there and didn’t acknowledge us. We were waiting on customer service. No one ever came so white hut walks in and stands there as well. Instantly he was addressed and had a manager called for him to speak with. The cashier turns and walks away. I ask is there anyone working customer service? She replies you can call them. I’m baffled how am I supposed to call? I ask how? She says we can call. And never does. Then, the manger comes up and assist the man that was waiting…. she sees me standing there and leaves comes back and sees I’m still there and then proceeds to ask how may I be assisted. I was happy that she did. However, I will not be shopping here ever again. I work hard and don’t have to spend my money and be mistreated while doing so. This store really needs a reality check on how to treat people. We are not living in Jim Crow.

On last night 12-5-2017 I visited the Lovejoy/Hampton location approximately 9:49pm. One side of the store entrance door was already blocked with a buggy so therefore you had to enter the opposite door which a female Clayton County Deputy sheriff was standing with a store employee as well. I expressed to them that I was only looking to purchase some Saltine crackers, store employee told me isle 14. As I was running towards the isle which is dangerous for me to be running because I’m being RUSHED I was met by a male Clayton County Deputy sheriff and he asked me why did they let me in the store I expressed to him I was only trying to purchase 1 item and he told me to hurry and get it and go.
We as the customers should not feel pressured to shop due to the employees and security is ready to close the store before time. It was raining outside my shoes were slippery and I’m running in the store which put me in a dangerous position. As I was standing in the checkout line which was close to the exit door I could see the male Deputy sheriff and a customer in an argument because the customer was explaining to the male sheriff he shouldn’t be harassing him because it was not 10pm yet.
I’m not sure the policy of closing a store ahead of time however I will visit this location again around the same time and if I’m approached or treated in such a way I will report this type of behavior to BBB.

I shop at Food Depot a lot and never encountered any issues nor conflicts. I was shopping at Food Depot 51, in Dallas, Ga., on 4/8/2018 and had a rude and inconsiderate Co-Manager (Jason Landers) to tell me “Oh, well…it is what it is!”. This all had to do over an 8 pack of Feisty Cherry Diet Coke. The advertisement said that the 10 pack diet cokes, any flavor, were $2.25 plus 10% at the register. After a few more isles of shopping I notice the Diet Cokes were an 8 pack instead of 10. After completing my shopping I went to Customer Service, which were nice associates, and they called the on sight Manager. When I showed him the advertised sign, he told me that it was wrong and disposed of the sign…I asked if he was going to give me 2 more cans of diet coke and/or take $.50 off my total. He denied my request and did so in front of a Coke rep., customers, and co workers. I felt this could have been handled in a more professional manner. I took a picture of the sign before he disposed of it and and asked for his name and title, which he was hesitant of doing. I have spent thousands of dollars at Food Depot and will not spend another penny at your stores ever again. Was surprised on how I was treated over a mistake Food Depot made and the Co Manager telling me in a rude tone, as if I was the issue here. Embarrassing situation for me and felt belittled. When working in customer service, more people friendly managers are desperately needed, especially at Food Depot 51!

Just a recommendation. I shop at the Food Depot #27 and I can never find a store circular for the items you have on sales that week. I tired tracking them down last week the clerk and I found them in a box behind the customer service desk. This was on a Saturday which is well into the start date of the sales items. I would think you would want these at the entrance of the store to increase sales. It only makes sense to have a stand with these stacked inside.

I am very disappointed in your store. I used to be able to shop there and purchase items I could not find in other stores. Now you have narrowed your selection on many items and stopped selling others totally. It seems like you are catering more and more to Mexican shoppers; and, if that’s your goal and don’t care about other customers, then you need to stop advertising that you cater to all in your commercials, because that’s not the case. In some cases you told me they were not making it anymore, and upon checking with the company, that was not the truth.

My Food Depot store is #46 in Rex, Ga. it has become the worst place to attempt to shop. The store is never stocked even on the first day of the sale.I can go in on any day of the week and there is either hard bread on the shelves or no bread on the shelves..The dairy section is always a total disheveled mess, the frozen food cases are pretty much the same way. It looks like the place is about to go out of business and with management like that it should.. Who owns this company?? If you want to stay in business you better wake up and quick!!!

Hello I frequently shop at the Food Depot at the Columbus Georgia one. I have become irritated with one of your employees Latonya, she is always complain about the head cashier at that store and her job. If she has so many issues and problems then she need to not work their. I don’t want to come to her Line and hear her always complaining. It just doesn’t look good. If you don’t like you job or the people you work with then quit.

Dear gentlemen,
I live in Stone Mountain Georgia and am around the corner from your Food Depot Store located at 5741 Rockbridge Rd. As a DeKalb County resident I am heavily involved in community service volunteer work. One of my volunteer assignments is picking up trash on the County right of way and while doing this, I often notice run away and abandoned shopping carts in the area.
This poses such an eyesore in the community and because of this I wanted to ask what your thoughts on investing hardware which requires patrons to insert a quarter before removing them are? I know Aldi Grocery Store has implemented this policy for many years now and I wonder if you would consider doing the same?
I’m sure this notion has come up before but I wanted to reach out to individuals in charge of making these decisions to find out if it is feasible. It seems to me that you would save money in the long run if this hardware was mounted onto the carts versus losing money from all the ones that are not being returned!
I’ve talked with management at Kroger and Publix Grocery stores about the wheel locking device not effectively working because it is somehow able to be overridden so I wanted to inquire about this option. I know it will serve as a determent because it will discourage individuals from removing them when they have to insert a quarter or stop to find one before removing the shopping cart from the premises!
Thank you so very much for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,

I went to the Food Depot in Stone Mountain with my 1 year old daughter and Fiance’to shop. While placing my daughter in a grocery cart I hear someone yelling “Mam Mam” so I turn around and this young lady walks up to me and introduces herself as the manager then, proceeds to say “large bags are not allowed in the store and must be placed up front.” I inform her this is my daughter’s diaper bag. She then proceeds to say” it still must be placed up front.” I then asked her if my daughter needs to be changed I will have to come all the way to the front of the store and get a diaper and a wipe. Unaffected by what I asked she stated “this is our policy.” I shopped at that same Food Depot for over a year and NEVER heard of that policy. I thought the grocery store was for families(including women with children). I was never so humiliated in my life(especially being a first time mom). I live close by the Food Depot, Kroger, and Publix as well and will probably shop at the latter two since they are more “FAMILY ORIENTED.”

The food depot on floyd rd produce department was absolutely unexceptable for a grocery store. The strawberries had mold on them. The Oranges and Apple’s were rotten. I was in such disbelief that the food depot brand set out such bad produce for us the consumer. 5/20/2017

Hello, Below is an email that I sent to Delia chicken sausage, RE: FOOD DEPOT and DELIA advertisement: I have a good and a bad.
I love the chicken sausage and I’m ONE of your biggest fans!! Last night while scrolling on Instagram I saw something GREAT…(sent attachment in Delia email) and got excited!! And as you can see I screen shot and sent to my friends in those areas and ask that them to go by and get me some boxes. This morning I called both the Columbus and Macon store and the meat dept. mgrs. were clueless and said they can’t honor your “sponsored” IG advertisement. I am always looking for New Opening Food Depots b/c when they opened one in my neighbor they were selling it at .99 box. I racked up and bought some from my friends and family to try and they LOVED IT!!! And this also opened them up shopping at Food Depot. This is what made me also a FAN of Food Depot too. I am in the process of getting an email to Food Depot b/c on their site but it seems the email link is routed wrong, but I do have the phone number to corporate .
Is there anything someone can to do honor this sponsored advertise that you guys I assume paid IG for?! #dazedandconfused
Thank you,

I have been shopping at the Dallas, GA Food Depot location since it first changed hands from Food Lion. I have always been pleased with the level of customer service, cleanliness of the store, and the care with which it is merchandised and stocked. The produce has always been something I appreciated as well, as it was very fresh and carefully stocked.
However, my opinion is swiftly changing for the worse. The young man who seems to be a customer service supervisor (I believe his name is Alexander) is downright antisocial. My observation is that he rarely speaks with his coworkers and barely acknowledges customers, which really makes for a negative experience, and there is a generally morose attitude among the staff when they once were positive and friendly. The restrooms are in horrible condition. They are consistently dirty and dilapidated; and I can find better in an old gas station.
The quality of your stock seems to be slipping as well. The dairy case is not restocked as often as I am used to seeing in the past. The produce lately is slipping in quality as I have lately seen more produce that should have obviously been thrown away.
Additionally, being carded for a pack of cigarettes when I am clearly far over the age of 18 is downright insulting (I am in my mid-40s with graying thin hair); and an insult to your employees to not allow them the use of common sense. In fact, your employee in possession of the key card to approve of the tobacco sale stood at the cashier’s side, never speaking a word, waiting for me to produce identification for the cashier.
It is with regret that I make these observations and choose to do my grocery shopping elsewhere unless some improvement is made to the store. Furthermore, I will also encourage everyone I am in contact with to choose other grocery stores. Within just 4 miles’ radius we have Ingles, Publix, and Kroger. Though Food Depot is cheaper I am willing to pay a little more for fresh produce that I can serve to my family, shop in a clean store, and receive positive customer service.

I shop at the Food Depot store in Riverdale and in the meat Department they are dead flies laying on the meat and another thing the management at this store decided to take away the baskets. So when you are just shopping for a few things you have to use a shopping cart. Because of this decision about the baskets I no longer shop there at all.

I frequently shop at the food depot on tech drive in norcross ga 30093. I really never have a problem besides the check machines taking to long to process my checks. But tonight I had to leave my home in the pouring rain to pick up 2 gallons of water and a few items for my daughters school. As I was rushing to my car to get out of the rain, one of the gallons of water fell off of my cart and a car ran over it. I brought the rolled over gallon of water back into the store and explained to the manager what had just happened and if I could get another gallon of water. The managers response was, you can not get another water because you brought the water out of the store. I showed him that I had just purchased the water less than 5 min ago. He still insisted that the only way I could get another gallon of water was by purchasing another one. I have never experienced this. When ever I’ve had an issue like this, I have always been issued a new item. I am really frustrated by this.

Greetings Madam or Sir:
Just letting you know that your store in Forest Park, Ga Store No 29 has made it a habit of asking customers paying other than cash to shout out their payment method, even though they can choose it themselves on the keypad. This is a total invasion of financial privacy, as other customers are basically stacked on top of you in the checkout line, seeing and hearing every word. I have made this known several times to their management. Well today December 31, 2016 it happened to me once again. The cashier was very rude and got nasty, (Anna A.). A manager came and I, once again, voiced displeasure with being badgered into shouting out my method of payment for the whole line to hear.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at your store this evening. Pleasant employees throughout the store offering assistance. Your cashier, Cynthia A., was very efficient and corrected the pricing on an item that hadn’t been marked down from the sales ad. I plan on shopping at this store on a regular basis. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Sebree Baltimore
