Your store in Fairfield Glade is horrible. They want you to use self check out and the machines don’t work right half the time, don’t print receipts or problem checking out with credit card. People half knowledgeable, blame it on corporate. Sale prices don’t ring up right. I can go on, but it will probably fall on deaf ears as I called corporate and never any response. Also because you’re located in this area you know you have the advantage of people being elderly and don’t care to drive into town you seem to take advantage of this situation. Your prices are way out of line compared to our other stores. I only go for sale items and even then problems all the time.

Wish Food City would take Healthy Benefits as Korgers and Walmart does. We would do 100% of our shopping at Food City if they accepted our benefits. We have always suggested this at our local Food City Stores.

This in reference to the Trenton Georgia store Dade County Georgia. The pharmacist there is the rubies person. This women has a smart mouth and needs to be talked to. We have done business there since they came here. The manger was supposed to call today and that has not happened. She was very rude to my wife. It took 30 hours fill one prescription that had 10 pills. If this problem cannot be taken care of our business may have to go elsewhere. Thanks for any help.
