I just went to the fatburger today in central 90001 09/08/2020 I bought 3 xxl meal which cause me around 60 in total. When I went to my car i check my burger if they have cheese so i open one and wondering where is the cheese so I went back inside the restaurant and ask the cashier when I talk to one of the employee name Rosario she was very rude and she put all her finger in my burger to show me the cheese and when she about to give me back the burger I told her I’m not going to take it back because the way she handle it. I ask her where is the manager so I can talk to the person and she said they dont have a manager.
First rosario violated how she handled the food, she also disrespect and was rude to customer and second I’m a high risk person to get the virus and inside the restaurant they dont practice 6 ft distance it is pack with customer inside.

Hi, I’ve worked at Fatburger 2843 Lenwood Rd Unit A, Barstow, CA 92311 for a year now and put up with a lot of unprofessional behavior exhibited by the assistant manager and managers/owners. The owners refuse to fix their ALOHA system repeatedly having NCR service calls that lead to nowhere and make things worse. Their equipment is either broke or barely functioning and the owners don’t seem to care. The rags and aprons are washed by the assistant manager at his home, and there is mold in places, namely in the fourth fryer that isn’t used and yes I brought this to the assistant manager’s attention and it was missed by the health inspector I guess. The business licence posted is expired too. If you take a trip to Yelp you’ll find numerous complaints about the smell. This is because the owners refuse to hire a plumber for the women’s bathroom, the issue has existed for as long as ive worked there. In addition I’ve been asked to skip lunch numerous times including my last day I worked, Sunday June 14. This day in particular left me bitter. I was about a week into my two week’s notice but couldn’t work another day at that place. My biggest issue right now is not being paid for my last day, Sunday. I worked the full shift with no lunch and only got paid 1 hour exactly (11.88 after taxes). I believe this is because the owners want me to reach out to them and force a conversation on me. Of course if this is the case I thought it would be best to reach out to corporate/HR directly but unfortunately they are hard to contact so I guess I’ll start here. Thank you to whoever reads this and I appreciate your consideration.

Someone please needs to reach out to me it is 8:30 on Wednesday night June 5th I just called the police on the manager on Wilshire and Highland I was assaulted verbally insulted and had my food literally thrown at me on the counter then he went to the back and put a sign up that says I’m not refunding your money the police said this was a civil dispute which I will be talking to an attorney for this so somebody please needs to call me back and that manager needs to be let go I am not going to let this go

My son was recently hired at a Fatburger in Fontana Ca. He’s never worked at a fast food place before so of course he has no experience. The manager showed him one time at the fryer expecting him to be a pro at after he showed him. My son was yelled at for not knowing how to work the fryer after one lesson of the fryer. He was yelled at many times during his first day at work. He was also pushed and disrespected by this manager. Also another hire was hit by this same manager in Fontana Fatburger. This manager probably has done this before to his new hires. Being a tyrant in the work place is unacceptable. Especially an older man that should know better. It is very disgusting and non human to treat young people like this. He should be removed from his position immediately.

The worse services I have ever had doing my visit at 5817 Crenshaw Blvd and today on the phone(323 291 7779) a person said her name was Tai gave me this number 310 948 5566 for the person who is in charge.try calling it if you get a chance.I don’t think I will be back. I am in the UK and I have just seen a issue of BOSS UNDERCOVER.
This particular issue was about you going under cover and I was amazed at the outcomes and how you resolve some of those issues relating to problems with stores and staff.
I only wish that some large corporations here had the same sort of insights about their businesses and resolving their own issues…..it seems to me that they ore only concerned with shareholders and the amounts that need to be paid to them……rather than looking at the sustainability of their businesses.
I am a Senior Financial person and because of that I see what transpires through those Financials that I am frequently Analysing and producing Visual and Tabled results to Boards of Directors and Shareholders.
Once again I congratulate you on being so forsight-full in going out into the everyday situations and see how the business is actually operating and trying to resolve those issue that arise.

Customer service not an approach with this Compam=ny. NOt familiar withthe Words nor the process. Red Rock Casino Bad food, bad service Overcooked kburgers, greasyfries. Tonrs and shades of prejudice from Manager Staff. This Company requires major overhaul.

I went Fatburger in Henderson, Nv. I went to drive thru and waited 30 min. I understand its made to order. But when I got home we noticed no fries in the bag and the burgers were done wrong. I call them back to complain and see if the next time I go…if my meal could be comp but the manager Fransico said…no so I told him that I would never go back. He didnt apologize or try to keep his customers. This has been the second time we been there and our orders were wrong. Prior to this visit…it was 6 months and decided to give them another chance but I wont be going there ever again. Fransisco was rude and should not be a manager. Most places if they make a mistake…they would comp you at the next visit.

Worst customer service and the food was even worse!!!I went to the fatburger off Rancho in law Vegas,nv. I waited 30 minutes for ,I went through the drive through.I had to repeat myself several times.the person at the the drive through had my debit card for 10 minutes.when I received the food the fries were burnt and the bread was stale.I pay good money to eat a high quality burger and this is how loyal customers are treated.

Fatburger in the Texas Station in Las vegas worker Miguel Paya was really rude about my asking for a senior discount. This is the second time we had a reords. He didn’t think we seniors should get it and thst he has not heard of it.

While visiting my nephew in Henderson Nevada, I went to a Fatburger on Sunset and Mountain vista. I ordered at the drive through. I was ordering for six people and I had to repeat my order several times. I waited in line at the drive through for over 35 minutes. When I got my order, it was all stuffed in one bag (5 sandwiches and two fries)..when we proceeded to check to make sure everything we ordered was in the bag, the bag ripped open. My daughter then took the bag inside only to find out that we were missing a sandwich. There were three employees working, a cook, a manager and a person at the drive through. The manager told the person working at the window to punch out and go home while my daughter was waiting for the missing burger to be prepared. This order was over 50.00 worth of food and in total we waited almost an hour for it( in the car with the outside temperature close to 90 degrees). I understand having personnel issues as I have worked in retail for over 30 years. The franchise owner should have been called or an employee borrowed from another location. Worst service I have ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant! You should be ashamed of this kind of lack of service.

Good morning,
My husband and I visited the Redondo Beach location today for dinner. Our order was taken by Juan the shift supervisor, after paying and walking away to get my drink I noticed that I was charged for cheese on the large burger and I immediately informed Juan. He just shouted in Spanish no cheese on the large, and nothing else. My husband then asked if he would be refunding us the over charge and he said yes when you get your order. We waited over 25min, and noticed that people who came afterwards were getting their meals, so as I go to ask, I see Juan and another employee carrying a bag go to the back of the restaurant, behind doors, and then the young man comes out and says here is your order and hands me the same bag he took to the back with Juan. Juan does not return to hand me a refund, so I ask that young man. He said he didn’t know anything, but hands me a dollar. We left, and when I got home, I opened my burger packet, the large one, and as you can see it is just drenched in grease and could not be consumed (could not attach video, will send from my computer). I am not sure if the quality has gone down or if it was retaliation by Juan. I will say that I was not rude to him in any manner, and please review the video recording. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted, in the future I will just stick with the Habit. Oh, and I received a call from Juan at 11pm last night, 11pm, seriously, I work and have to get up at 5am, to tell me that he was giving a $40 credit, really? I don’t plan on returning, and I really wanted to speak to the manager/owner, not him again, and not at 11pm. This is beyond adding insult to injury!
