I returned an 3 items in the same package. They processed 2 of my returns (providing an insore giftcard) and and never procedded my 3rd item costing $42.00. I never recieved my money back or instore a gift card. They are a scam. I had to pay $15.99 for the USP return label to the items. My total was supposed to be 79.79 yet they cared me $87.58. I spent a total of $101.57 (my items cost $85.58 + 15.99 Retuns label). YeT they only refunded my $41.48, however MY REFUND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $87.58. There is no one that I can speak to about my missing refund from their company. They turned off their customer service number, and I cant speak to a live agent, I cant find any valid emails. Their returns infomation is not valid and reroutes you to automated answers. They kept my money and my return. They overpriced me and kept my money, and clothes.

I ordered from Fashion Nova on May 23rd (Sunday)I paid for overnight shipping because I wanted the items for a beach trip I was getting ready to take. My items were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday May 25th. I noticed on Thursday May 27th that my items had not been delivered. I checked the tracking number and it appeared to be stuck somewhere in Memphis TN. at a Fedex center. On May 27th (case #06714454) I contacted Fashion Nova to let them know what was going on and they advised me to contact Fedex. So, I reached out to Fedex they escalated the problem to a supervisor to try and locate the package. It took Fedex until Tuesday June 1st to call me back to say that the package had been lost and I needed to contact Fashion Nova for someone there to start a claim process to either resend my items or refund me the money I spent (Over $150 in merchandise). I contacted Fashion Nova on June 2nd (case # 06738736) to explain to them the information I was given by a Fedex supervisor and was told by a representative that I had to wait 10 days from the last update on the tracking number before a claim could be submitted. I was 1 day away from 10 days apparently so I waited and reached back out to them on June 3rd (case #06744125) at that time I was told a claim had been submitted and I needed to wait ANOTHER 10 days for the claim to be reviewed and updated. Well here we are 11 days since the last time I spoke with someone and still nothing from them. No email, no phone call, no refund, or no new shipping number with them resending the items that I ordered. I have emailed them again requesting an update however, I think it is pretty ridiculous that you can ONLY communicate with someone via email and although they can clearly see that there has been no update on my tracking since May 25th which means I still have not gotten my items they have not tried to provide me with a solution to this problem. I am asking for a full refund of my order OR for my items to be reshipped to me if still available in the sizes that I ordered.

I am going through it right now as we speak. My order was place to leave from Fashion Nova on 6/10/2021 and was scheduled to deliver on 6/18/2021 I never saw my package arrived. It said that Laser Ship had delivered it on 6/18/2021 in the Mailroom, so I went to the mailroom and it wasn’t there. So what I did was contact the BBB first to file a claim. Then went to Consumer Relations to file a claim they both are investigating as we speak. Then I also contact and filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission and I filed a police report also. So if any has been affected by not getting their package. please please file a claim with what I listed on this message. Please do not let Fashion Nova get away with it!! I reached out to both companies to resolve the matter and ended up frustrated. This has taught me a lesson. I’m mad at myself bcuz I saw reviews and said no but my niece orders a lot and has never had an issue so that’s why I ordered. It simply says we give sh++ty service and we don’t want to be accountable for how we operate as an organization but what we will do is take people’s hard earned money and not give a damn, I mean at this point what can they do about it? Horrible service at the Topanga/Westfield mall. I just wanted to make a return and I was told I had to wait in the long line of people that were there to walk around and shop. I understand that due to Covid things are limited but the manager Desiree was rude and snippy about it. She could’ve just taken my receipt with the 2 items I needed to return while I waited outside. It took me over 30 minutes waiting to get into the store then waiting in line at the store just to get a refund. I informed her that I wasn’t going to shop around just wanted to return my daughters jeans and accept a store credit. This should be reconsidered for transactions that can be handled quick and easy. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service that I have received up to this point. I ordered 8 pairs of jeans on 12/3/20 and 5 days ago, I received the wrong package. The package that I received belonged to someone in a completely different city. It had two mailing labels on it; at the top, it had what I assume to be the correct person’s address and there was another mailing label at the bottom with mine. I placed a $225 order upon receiving and checking my order I realized I was missing items so I immediately called fashion nova the call center was closed so I emailed them. This morning I called and told them I was missing 3 items from my order and that I tried to purchase them again because I needed them asap for a trip but 2 of the items were no longer in stock I then asked if that was the reason why the items weren’t placed in my order the representative claimed it wasn’t and apologized for the inconvenience she asked me to fill out the return label that comes with the order I told her there was no return label in my package she then states well as a one time courtesy I can give you a store credit for the two items that are no longer in stock and resend the other item because our system says your order was fulfilled and everything was in it which pissed me off because yeah I understand mistakes happen and maybe the warehouse workers are overwhelmed with orders but why would I try to repurchase and expedite ship the items if they were in the package and why would I have them resend a pair of jeans if I already had them they’re quick to blame the customers instead of just saying maybe the order was wrong and it was our error and due to the strict policies they have I feel like they should always double check to make sure orders are 100% right before being shipped out then she tries to offer me a coupon I told her ill pass I won’t be shopping with them anytime soon the corporate office owners and workers need to do better.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Cyber90 code was entered taking my order to $98.57 but not applied. After I clicked submit i was charged $198.57. Order has yet to be filled yet I’m told I must wait for it to be delivered, return the items for a store credit and then reorder. UNACCEPTABLE! Why would I want a $100 store credit?? I have been a customer of Fashion Nova for over two years and have made several large orders in that time frame. The last purchase I made which was just yesterday (11/26/19). During the order process I put in my discount code for having the App which was 40% off, I plugged in my cc info and proceeded to checkout. I placed the order with the 40% off, but when I looked at the amount taken from my account it was the original price and not the 40% taken off. I called the customer service number immediately to remedy the situation, I was hung up on by the first person, and I called back again and was told by the second person that there was nothing that could be done. The person had explained to me that I placed the order the day before, which was untrue, and that it had been shipped out already, which was impossible since I had just placed the order 20 minutes ago. I was extremely frustrated throughout the whole process, I was trying to explain and customer service was unwilling to help in any way. With the holidays right around the corner I was looking forward to the savings so that I could buy gifts for others, now that’s not possible. I felt that the customer service representatives took advantage of the situation and the fact that I am young, only 17, they dismissed me and didn’t take me seriously. I will be writing an online review to share with others, especially young buyers. The representatives are dismissive, rude and completely unhelpful. I am incredibly disappointed and I don’t think I will be placing orders with Fashion Nova in the future due to the fact that they take advantage of young buyers.

I’ve been a loyal customer of fashion nova since you first started the business, I loved fashion nova so much I would rave and tell my friends and co workers to purchase from fashion nova, because I thought it’s was a great company. I have NEVER had a complaint but recently I made a purchase $64.99 for a mauve jogging suit, I was in Vegas when my package arrived, once I returned home I never opened it, I decided I wanted to wear the outfit today, To my surprise I only received the Top, The way your company policy is it leave little to no time to contact you, When you contact customer service they send you a generic auto response, pretty much say to bad, I have spent a-lot of money with your company, I’m sorry but this is not okay in any way. I’m not asking for money back, I’m asking for the bottoms, I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any other competitor before and never experienced this type of oh well type of response. Fashion nova need to work much better with customers who are returning items that is not as Described, also they provide customers with a Tracking Number that they have to purchase through the site, that make no sense, the label is printed out with faded words and are fine to read. Fashion nova should not hold on to customers money, they are forcing people who do not want to buy again just to keep the money and funds are only return back on a ecard only for their site.

I’m having an issue with a returned / refuse package order #37020702 customer care #17047395. I hope you maybe able to assist or direct me to someone who would be able to help. I placed this order with Fashion Nova and returned / refused it because I ordered the wrong size. I spoke to a customer service agent and she suggested that I refused the package. The package was returned to the post office and shipped to Fashion Nova. I received a E-Gift Card on August 21 for the Canopy-Jeans-White-1. There was 7 items returned and I only received a E-Gift card for one item. I haven’t had much help from customer service concerning this issue. Customer Service says that the package wasn’t received but, the Canopy-Jeans-White-1 was. My question is why the other items was not processed and returned? All the items was in the same unopened package. I agree that there was no returned tracking number. The post office does not issue a tracking number on refused packages but, the Canopy-Jeans-White-1 was received which means the other items was received also because they was in the same package. I hope you can assist me with this issue.

Tried calling customer service and it just gives a recording to leave message! I dont think it’s open untill pacific standard time. Which is a bunch bullsh*t because if you selling online clothes internationally your cs service should be open 24 hours a day! I don’t appreciate your system taking my money but cant complete giving me a conformation number because it says due to your promotions you all are behind! I loved fashion nova so much I would rave and tell my friends and co workers to purchase from them because it’s such a great company. I recently had a baby which means my body changed and obviously my sizing isn’t what it used to be. I ordered 2 item from fashion nova, I made sure I looked at the size chart to ensure my clothing pieces would fit. When I received my items I took them out of the sealed plastic bag it came in and just by looking at the items and the material it came in I KNEW the items would not fit. So I went to fashion nova.com followed the returned procedures, I got provided a shipping label which by the way I payed an additional 9$ for and sent them as instructed. Well after 2 weeks I did not hear back from fashion nova so I went out of MY way and took ADDITIONAL time to contact fashion nova myself to get an update on my return. After 3 buisness days I FINALLY got a response regressing my email and all I got told is if I have proof and a copy of the return label they would provide me with a 10$ gift card and unfortunately they couldn’t provide me the refund for my items. So not only am I supposed to have a copy of a receipt for a shipping label that fashion nova PROVIDED ME. I cannot get the credit for my brand new items I returned with tags, in original packaging and working the time frame given that I spent my HARD EARNED money on?! This is immoral for a company to do and it’s called STEALING from a PAYING CUSTOMER. Instead of returning the items BACK you decide to TAKE my money and just apologize? I’m sorry but this is not okay in any way. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with ANY company before and I’ve purchased and returned with other competitors before and never experienced this type of disrespect. I am very upset I just ordered two of the same dresses in different sizes and they were placed as different orderers- two separate orders one on 6/04 which I received tried on and was to small and there was NO packing slip inside only a return form. The other order was placed on 6/07/19 for a larger size and everything was inside that bag packing slip and all. So when I called in I spoke with Laura id# 15802924 as soon as I asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up on me and never called me back. I was floored. Like really? What kind of shady business is this? Then I called back in and the girl is pretending not to hear me and hangs up on me. I placed an order for about 200$ worth of fashion nova and couldn’t fit 4 of the items, I sent it back and was supposed to got a refund certificate for $80.96 instead they kept half of my money. Sent me a certificate or gift certificate for the amount of $41.00 and when I emailed asking why wasn’t I given all of my money back they responded we have the right to a restocking fee of 50% for damaged products but how were they damaged when they were never worn and tags still on them? this company is full of bs and I’m complaining to the better business bureau. I suggest everyone do the same. also they didn’t apply the 40% off coupon I used and told me ooh we are sorry but you can use it on future purchases well with fuc@ed up business like this I do not plan on future purchases.

Avoid this company like the plague, I placed an order which was delivered, the description did not say that the dress was ribbed, I e-mailed customer service and received 8 replies.
None of the replies addressed my complaint this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
They sent the credit note and I e-smiled them again to find out if I could use the present credit note along with a previous credit note to purchase another item as they do not refund or exchange, the details in my e-mail were completely ignored and the questions not answered.
I will use the credit note ASAP as I have no choice, but would not recommend this site to any one, the staff need to go on a customer service training course, absolutely the worse company I have ever brought from

I placed an order and userd a store credit from a previous purchase. Instead of using my store credit the company charged to my credit card that they must have had on file without authorization. I ended up never receiving the items and now I’m being told I will receive another store credit which I do not want. I have tried to contact customer service with no satisfaction and every phone number that I call related to the Company is either a non working or disconnected number. Reading all these comments I feel sorry for you guys!! Yes it’s a scam! I don’t think it started out that way but they’re a hit or miss company. They hardly refund money only giving store credit hoping when you use it you’ll go over the credit, spending MORE money with them. If orders are late it’s most likely one of the pickers threw your order away!! This happens a lot because they’re over worked in a sweatshop type of environment, IN LOS ANGELES at that!!! You may receive DIRTY/WORN items because all these people you see saying they returned their items… The items WILL BE RESOLD!! Some items have period blood, vaginal discharge and other nasty stuff and they still resale it! They truly don’t care! The owner tries to give good customer service but it’s management! These people truly don’t care and I believe are trying to ruin this man.
Oh and this article said items are made by the company and that’s a complete lie!!!! Majority of the items come from China or are made downtown. You can buy the same jeans for about $10 or less!! They just have their name/tag sewn on.
Get it together Richard or your company is going to fall. Eventually you’ll run out of customers to screw over!! Check your managers and leads!! They’re NOT doing what you’re paying them to. This is bad business!!

I paid for express shipping and was so excited to receive her items. 2 days before Christmas I get an email starting my order has been cancelled. I have no idea why, I have been emailing daily and getting no responses. My daughter was upset that her items were not here. I have not gotten refunded and all I want is to reorder these items for her. Can someone please help me or tell me what to do. This is not good for a business to behave this way.

So I’ve been ordering from Fashion nova for a couple of years now speanding 8k with this company. I placed one simple order Dec 12th for I item and today is Jan 1 2019 and never received my item. I’ve called the horrible call center waiting to get through for 1 hour and was disconnected, and patiencelty waited again for for yet another 45 min on 3 different phone calls 3 different 3 to speak with someone spoke with a Salvador who promised me that the item was there and a agent who stated that he was a supervisor by the name of Edwin who stated my order would be pushed through, end result I still do not have my item. I’ve written in several times only to get the automated we are working on your order deal, well how long does it take to work on one jacket, then I get the text messages about 1 day shipping and extra sale deals and overnight shipping was upsetting when it has now been almost 3 weeks I don’t have my item I can only assume someone else has my item by now just be honest with me, so you offer me a $10 voucher whooopiiii your coupon codes offer more but thanks lol slap in the face I just wanted what I order.. keep up with your demand if you ( GREED ) but we all appreciate it until your company can’t handle it. Now after 19 days I received a DM on twitter saying my most recent order has been cancelled, but I haven’t received a refund, an email or a text regarding the refund as I did previously.

I ordered from this company 6/2017 and never received my items. Did a claim through PayPal since I paid through them and Fashion Nova sent them a tracking number stating I received the packages. But on 7/13/2017 I got an email from Fashion Nova stating they had gotten the package back. Still no refund nor merchandise over a year later. It’s sad to say I’ve tried to resolve this issue many ways even contacting the company. I guess I’ll have to sue them to make a point that you can’t do this to people.

I am writing this due to a series of unfortunate events when ordering through your company. I absolutely love the style and quality of the clothing you provide, however, my ordering experiences have been nothing but disappointing. The first incident I would like to bring to your attention has to do with the order I placed on September 14, 2018. When creating this order I had purposely added more things that I didn’t need to my cart to reach the $75 free shipping promo that the site offers. I received the order in a reasonable amount of time and absolutely loved the fit and quality of all of the items except for one, in which came in damaged. The pleather crop top that I had bought to match a skirt in the same order for an event I was attending had come in with damage due to a packaging error. The plastic bag that each individual item is placed in had been sealed onto the shirt. When I opened the seal it tore off the leather finish and was visibly ruined. When contacting your customer service via email, I was told that my only option was to purchase another shirt. I had not been given a refund, and the option to exchange it for a new one was not made available. Instead I was given a 20% off promo code and a 30% off shipping code; both of which couldn’t be used together when placing the order again myself. When I originally purchased the shirt I paid $10.39 with my own coupon and the free shipping I got for spending over $75. In the event that I tried ordering another one, I was still going to be paying $15 and up for the same shirt in which I had already paid $10.39 for. I went back and forth with customer service multiple times until I finally gave up because nothing was being resolved or understood. I ultimately had to purchase a new outfit from a local store for the event and still have the damaged shirt sitting in the bag in my closet.
I feel that the company should have better guidelines for handling cases especially ones in which Fashion Nova is to blame for the mistake. The fact that the customer service reps were unable to issue a new shirt after I had done what they asked and sent pictures of the damaged product baffles me. This company has become so popular in the recent years and I think it is time that a better return/exchange policy was put in place to make it easier on the customers.
The second incident I would like to discuss occurred with the order I placed on October 17th, 2018. I placed this order despite the bad experience on the first one. Once again I ordered over $75 worth of merchandise to get the free shipping. I had specifically ordered to full outfits, one of which I needed for Halloween and the other a matching set for New Years. When placing this order, I had not been made aware of the switching of distribution centers nor had I been aware that my order would be delayed. After about two weeks I became nervous that my order had been lost or stolen and reached out to customer service to receive tracking information. It wasn’t until then that I was informed that there was going to be a delay, and when I was it was through a mass produced newsletter with no specific response to me or my order. I had already missed Halloween but still looked forward to the New Year’s outfit and patiently waited for it to come in. On November 16, 2018 my order had finally been delivered. Missing all of the items except for the two things I no longer needed that was for Halloween.
When I had last communicated with customer service I was informed that regardless of the delay in shipping all of my items had been set aside and would be making their way shortly. The fact that I waited an entire month to receive the only items I no longer needed, and none of the others, was incredibly disappointing. After all of the trouble I had went through I should have been contacted when they realized the majority of my items were no longer available and been given the opportunity to cancel my order. This was a huge inconvenience and yet another bad experience right after the other.
Although I love the clothing this company sells I feel that I have gone through way too much effort and time with my ordering experiences to ultimately get nothing resolved. With other online companies I have purchased from such as Zaful and many others. The customer support has been incomparable. With one email my issues have been completely resolved. The fact that I have had nearly 20 back and forth emails with customer service is far too time consuming. I would consider ordering from this company again if they provided better support and possibly improved upon their shipping and return/exchange policies. Fashion Nova is an online store and there aren’t many physical locations, with that being said customers can not try things on for size. Exchanges should be free to the customer and they should not have to pay shipping fees again. All in all, as I said before Fashion Nova has amazing apparel and has so much potential to be my go to company for online shopping however, due to poor customer service I will be staying away for a while.

With the amount of attention and celebrity related endorsements/ collabs, you would think the level of professionalism and efficiency to provide customer care would be top priority. It’s mind boggling that you can’t even talk to a representative to help with matters. I too am awaiting refund for unshipped items. At this point, that’s considered robbery, as they took my money without providing goods. I have wasted so much time emailing back and forth, only to get generic replies. This place is horrible. I have been buying from Fashion Nova quite a lot over the past two years and I have NEVER experienced what I have in the past 6 months with this company. They are holding over $300 of my money hostage! AND THIS IS RECENTLY AS OF OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER! They cancel items from the orders and don’t inform you until after the money has been taken out because when you buy from them, they take the money first and then you’re let at their mercy.
And do not even think about trying to contact customer service! Do you guys know how much ONE mistake costs on your end? Run the numbers how shipping the wrong order to a customer costs and then imagine pissing that customer off that they no longer want to purchase from you. Listen, you got a good product BUT your customer service and the process you follow has got a HUGE issue. There’s obviously lack of training in the fulfillment department or you wouldn’t have so many shipping issues and then there’s the process you have when you do make a mistake. Do not punish the customer or hold their already purchased product as leverage in order to get your clothes back. Here is my Email complaint request number (9159759). My phone number is in my email. Call me to resolve my continuing issue and see how much of what I wrote was ignored and how offering me a 30% discount on my next order doesn’t do me any good when I don’t plan on ordering again. And think about hiring me to be your customer service monitoring agent. It’s ok as a company to make a mistake but it’s how you respond to it, is what matters.

My order has not been delivered. It has actually been delivered to Germany !! My tracking says its been signed for in Germany.
I double checked my details and my address is correct. It even states on my tracking.
– I have emailed over 10 times. All I get is the same automated response ?! I got the exact same email sent to me.
– I called 5 times this morning and twice last week. The telephone line doesnt work ? I was first put on hold for 4 minutes then I called back for another automated message to tell me your business hours and to call back. But I specifically set my alarm so I could call in the right time zone. Again, no help.
– I messaged on instagram, no reply.
– I commented on photos on instagram, no reply.
The customer service is absolutely shocking. I still have not spoken to a REAL person.

Considering I paid for the two day shipping, I am hoping that I should be getting it today. I know it was delivered but your establishment put my apartment number from my billing address with my shipping address. which I have a copy from the mail services showing that fashion nova made a mistake on my Package. so, the package was delivered again I say. This very same thing happened to me!! They put the wrong address. I was left with no items and not money. They would not grant me a refund because it was delivered to “someone”. They took months also to even reply to my concern. They don’t have someone to talk to. My friends had warned me prior to ordering about them and their clothes and I failed to listen. They get their business by customizing outfits for celebrities and giving hem A1 service but send their non celebrity customers the cheap mill clothes and treated them without regard. I got the same exact response you did that they could not do anything. They don’t care.

I want to make a formal complaint as well. Like many of the complaints, I requested next day shipping as well and received my items literally over 7 days later. they also refunded me only a $15 gift card. Which I am assuming for the $15 surcharge for next day shipping.
1. I didn’t receive item in time for the event I planned to wear swimsuit for.
2. They sent me a $15 gift card rather than a refund to my card
3. they wont accept my swimsuit back for return
I literally emailed them everyday. Their “24/7 customer service” really means once a day email per customer.

I placed my order on Friday May 25th. I placed it to be shipped in 1 business day. Therefore the package should have gone out Tuesday May 29th to be received Today May 30th since Monday was a holiday. I paid $15 extra to have my package delivered express mail. Instead Fashion Nova did what they wanted to do and sent my package regular shipping and now I won’t have it until June 2nd. These Items were for a trip I am going on tomorrow for a graduation gift and now I don’t have the outfits that I wanted to take on the trip with me. This is a huge inconvenience and what really pisses me off more is that they refused to refund me my money and/or reship the items I purchased to the address I will be at on vacation overnight. Then when I got back I would send the Items that are being shipped to my house back to them. They gave me a code for 30% off and told me that if I didn’t want the items when I got them to just send them back for store credit. Why in the world would I want to spend anymore money with this company when you ruined my trip because of your workers lack of compentence to make sure that items are being shipped out properly. I basically have to pay for a mistake this company made twice because now I have to go shopping again and pray I find something. While they keep my money and send me items that will be useless by the time I get them because, my vacation will be over. I placed my order on February 19th, 2018 and it is now March 21st, 2018 and i have not even received tracking information or any update about the status of my order. Ive never had a problem with fashion nova I’ve ordered from them twice before. I don’t understand why no one is available to assist when you call or email. A simple status update would be helpful. and if the items aren’t available please refund my money. I don’t think i will ever order from this company again because there seems to be something fraudulent going on. I had no idea where the order was and it just showed up at my home on 3/7/2017.I was given 30% off for my troubles. I have a friend having the exact same experience and she placed her order on 3/5/2018 with 2 day shipping. She planned to wear items in the order on Sunday and now will have to go out to purchase items instead at this late date. Not to mention, she will be spending double money because Fashion Nova doesn’t offer refunds.
I’ve ordered from Fashion Nova 3 or 4 times and my earlier experiences were great.
My experience with Fashion Nova this time around has been poor at best. I should be able to get detailed tracking info via the website. I don’t want to receive automatic or scripted responses when I email to question the status of my order. If 2 day shipping is promised, that should be honored. Fashion Nova may soon lose 2 customers if this keeps up.

Every time I email about my orders, they don’t provide me with the information I need. Over the time..I’ve ordered a total of 7 orders from them and only 1 of them arrived on time with the exception of the holidays. Now that the holidays are over, I’ve experienced nothing but poor service. I receive my packages weeks after I have ordered. Just last week I email them about a order that wasn’t updated being a week and Alani tells me tha my address is insufficient and my merchandise was sent back to them. My address wasn’t insufficient because that is the same address for billing. I called the California post office to find out what happened. Come to find out FASHION NOVA put the wrong postage label on my order and it was sent back. The post office said they send multiple packages a day back to fashion nova because of the carelessness of their shipping department. I had the credit back to me and had to re order everything and add new things because most of what I had was out of stock. Now, giving them another chance, they had the 10 million 30-80% sale going. I ordered to separate orders using the 1 business day plus free Saturday delivery for $20. One package came on time but I and still waiting on my other package, which I placed those orders on 1/17. There is no update on tracking and of course I emailed them again. All Kenneth told me was the have no control over shipping once it’s been shipped out. I asked for my $20 to be credited back to me because they have not honored the shipping options they have provided… emailed him a hour ago, you think he has responded HELL NO! Once I get my last shipment from them, to HELL WITH THEM!! They make sure these female celebrities get their s**t on time but us regular people have to go through BS. I want my $20 back.

I put my 20% discount code in and it didn’t take. I have email and even tried to call but get nowhere. I attempted to contact the corporate office and even the CEO: Richard Saghain and still get no reply. This is the 2nd and last order ever. The dress won’t be here in time so this order will be rejected and returned. This company don’t respect their customers, so why would I give you my hard earned money. I simply just asked for the discount difference to either be refunded to my card or taken off my next order I would have done if they would have treated me with respect. I didn’t ask for anything difficult. I didn’t ask for a full refund just the discount to be applied.

So I placed my order on the 10th, it’s a dress for a New Year’s Eve party. I have not gotten confirmation that it shipped. I’ve tried calling, emailing, tweeting and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to purchase a back up outfit for the occasion and it shipped within 24 hours! I placed an order on December 4th and have yet to revieve a conformition email nor have i recieved a tracking number for my purchase. I’ve tried emailing and calling and haven’t been able to reach anyone. I can’t agree with you anymore. I purchased a few shirts a few weeks ago and wanted to exchange them for another item, since their quality was extremely poor. When I got there the manager was beyond rude and the employees seemed to be lost. Well after waisting 45 min while the employee could figure out what she was doing and the manager was besides her and didn’t ever attempt to help., they said well we can’t exchange the shirts because they end with $.98 and our policy dosent allow us to exchange items that end in $.97, $.98 or $.99. Mind you these are not shirts that are on clearance this is there regular price. I am beyond belief with there “policy”, given that, even a car can be returned why can’t I seem to return a regular prices shirt with this unethical company. I was planning to contact the CEO, but it might be more effective to contact the government on this company.

Fashion Nova sent me the wrong shoes. In fact they went me two left sided shoes. One is a 7.6 and the other a 8.
I purchased the shoes with a 30% off code. I paid full shipping. Fashion Nova did not include a shipping form, return form, or order form in the box. I have tried calling Fashion Nova numerous times. No one ever answers. You’re always directed to send an email. I sent an email. I provided the customer service rep with photos of the incorrect shoes. They are now telling me that I have to pay to ship the shoes back, and will be given store credit for the price of the shoes only. So, let’s think about this… Fashion Nova made the mistake.. However, they think I should be liable for the original shipping fees for the incorrect shoes, the shipping fees to return the incorrect, the shipping fees to buy a new, hopefully, correct pair of the same shoes, and the exact same shoes I originally order at full price and not the 30% off that I paid for them.
I requested that Fashion Nova refund my original shipping, send me the correct right sided 7.5. They refused. I requested that Fashion Nova refund my original shipping, send me a label to return the incorrect shoes for free. They refused. I I requested that Fashion Nova let me return the incorrect shoes and purchase the exact same pair for the 30% off that I originally paid. So, I’m stuck with one left sided 7.5 and one left sided 8.. Unless I want to pay shipping to return the item, full price for the new pair of shoes, and shipping for the new pair. Plus I will not have the shoes in time for an event I originally purchased them for.

I loved them until recently 🙁 They didn’t send a dress I ordered and when I contacted Ariel in customer service, I was told it sold out. Then they offered me a store credit as a courtesy. I said it wasn’t a courtesy if I didn’t get what I ordered. Then, they told me it did ship out according to their records, so the “courtesy credit” was a one time deal. Also, I ordered over $75 to get the free shipping, and now I have to pay shipping and the difference for a replacement dress in a completely different style. Not cool. Left a really bad taste in my mouth even though I love their clothes.

Your company has no issues with taking the money out of customers’ accounts but when there’s an issue with a customer no one responds to it and you send out auto replies! I’m filing this complaint because I ordered something in June and 1 out of the 3 items came in which was jewelry. I waited for my clothing and it said it was out of stock. It should’ve said it was out of stock on the website. I’m irritated. I got credited back money and gave the benefit of the doubt thinking that I can order something again and it would arrive back fast. I ordered two sets on July 4th and got nothing. I called, sent countless emails and messaging on their social media. I got nothing. Then today, I got a email saying I was credit back money AGAIN. I placed an order on JUNE 13 and as of today, JULY 12, I still have not received my order or a refund. I’ve been blocked from their Instagram page for asking about my order and complaining about the lack of communication. I’ve tried calling but no one ever answers. I’ve only been able to reach someone(who knows if it’s actually a person) through email. They informed me they were experiencing delays on orders placed on or after June 13 and that I will get an email once my order ships, but couldn’t tell me why or when I should expect my order to ship. Finally on June 27, after sending a couple more emails and getting no reply, I told them I wanted a refund or an explanation as to what’s taking so long, why my order hasn’t shipped, and when I can expect it to ship. On July 1 I received an email from the oh so unhelpful Elva stating that they’ve issued a refund and that it can take up to 7-10 days but usually only takes 2-5. Well, as of today, July 12, I have nothing, no order and no refund. This company is extremely unprofessional and misleading(claims 2 day flat rate shipping but fails to mention it could take a month for your order to actually ship). Something needs to be done about the horrible way they conduct business or it won’t change. All I know is I’ll never buy from them again and I’ll be advising anyone else not to either. They’re a selfish company who doesn’t care about their customers at all. I can’t even believe Instagram “celebrities” support this brand.

As of late fashion Nova customer service shipping fulfillment and consumer relations has been a deplorable example of fair business practices. I have made numerous phone call and email attempts to contact the company that has only shipped and fulfilled part of my order and then issued a gift card for items that are still available via their consumer website. This company is simply stealing from its consumers. I will be contacting consumer relations the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

I’ve purchased from nova in the past great experience. A month ago I ordered a lot of items I only received half of my order. I’ve been trying to contact them no luck. I’m still waiting on my other half. They’ve sent me a gift card for items that they said were out of stock. I am sure not buying anything from them until I get my other half of the order! On June 24,2017 I purchased 13 items from fashion nova I qualified for free shipping and I received my package late I understood because of the delays going on but then I got an email saying only some of my items would be delivered I persistently emailed and called customer service but no type of help still. I got an email saying the missing 3 items where out of stock now… but how is that my fault when I made the purchase while those items were in stock… I am so dissaponted because still I have not received no type of help what so ever. Currently I’m most upset, frustrated and disappointed in my Fashion Nova experience. This is a urgent matter as I have items in this order for a very special occasion.
I’ve been trying to reach out to you all since Monday, July 3rd via your Customer Care number, with NO LUCK, I’ve called at least 20 times or more over the course of the four days (internationally, from the Cayman Islands might I add) which is EXTREMELY expensive on my part, I have tried EVERY extension selection possible and STILL no luck to reach a live person, just the same recording and rerouting over and over or I’m disconnected.
This is my SECOND time ordering from you all and it has been by far been a complete 360 from the first just a few short week prior on June 1st, 2017. The lack of customer Service is COMPLETELY unacceptable and has turned me off from ordering from you all again in the future, which is very unfortunate.
I placed my order on June 27th, 2017 at 2pm it is now some 7 business days later not including July 4th and still no shipping update or even an email. With my order being $300US I qualify for free two day shipping and I have received NADA.

I am in total agreement with the other comments. You cannot reach any live human. Most responses to any issues (small or large) they seem to dodge & avoid with what seems to be automated, computer generated responses. I place orders regularly, spent thousands and what I have noticed is.. they send cards that say ‘Oops’ item not in stock, cancel an item in my order of 10+. I will jump online to discover the item is still available, forced to reorder and now “PAY” for shipping for one single item. This happened several times. Imagine if they did this to 100,000 people? Whew! $600,000 extra profit on just shipping. After complaining, getting no one & no where.. my orders now sit for days? Status shows “UNFULFILLED” for up to 10days after placing the order?!! So much for the 2 day shipping guarantee?!! I actually used to get packages in 3 days, even here in Hawaii!! Love their items, cant beat the pricing .. BUT absolute worse customer service ever!!

So I order clothes almost two weeks ago. When I usually order from here my stuff gets here it less than 72 hours so that’s what I was expecting this time but instead I still haven’t got my clothes. I call everyday to talk to a representive and they never answer there is no way someone isn’t available. I can’t lie. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences in shipping, returns, AND quality. One minor delay, and they compensated me with a gift card credit after about 6 days. They even offered free shipping on my next order, if I was under the limit. No complaints and I love the quality of the clothes.

I recently purchased a few items from fashion nova and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. I deliberately purchased more than 75 dollars worth of clothing so I can have two day shipping and nothing has appeared to send. They sent me a confirmation email the night of initially purchasing everything stated they created a shipping label. Nothing was sent for two days, therefore, I proceed in emailing them at 2 am saying that nothing has been shipped. They never respond, but they send me a new confirmation email saying that another shipping label was created at 5 in the morning.
I wait all day just to see if anything has been sent to usps and the package is still waiting to be sent to usps. By this time I’m very disgruntled and furious.. I sent emails, no one responds. I tried to call, no one picked up. I even went to the extent of going to the instagram page and whoever posts on that site was answering everyone’s questions BUT mine and went to the lengths of deleting my comments and deleting other comments that agreed with mine.
I took screenshots of everything because I honestly feel like this is fraudulent behavior and I’m wondering if I need to contact corporate and proceed in a legal route. My birthday is Sunday and I’m going out of town, therefore I purchased this expecting the items to be here at least by Thursday. At least.

It was three dresses in the total of $100.97 I sent the items back priority mail they arrived April 14 as of yet I have not received my refund or merchandise store credit. Hello! I am having issues with them as well! I return 2 items that did not work for me and I got confirmation from USPS stating that my package was delivered to them on 3/16/17 and it has yet to be processed as they say and no credit to my e-mail as of yet! They say to allow 5-7 business days to process and it’s way over…then say they have a high volume of returns and it’s taking longer bull s**t! Shop with caution!! Ive sent over 4 emails with NO response, called and left voicemails with NEVER getting a response, my bank actually even called and they transferred her to some shop in the mall in Florida? She wasn’t happy. I even tried getting ahold of them on Instagram and they BLOCKED AND DELETED my comments just simply asking about my order. I had to dispute them with my bank because I placed an order on Jan. 15 to get this jumpsuit that would be perfect for my birthday in a few months and got a bra along with it because I needed one with the type of jumpsuit it was. Anyways, they took the money out that same day and then a few days pass and still no tracking info even though they claim 2 day shipping…so I try emailing them asking if there was a problem or what is going on? I never hear anything back, but later that day on Jan. 18 they send out shipping and tracking info. I was just happy to finally have the chance to track it and its on its way! They said it was scheduled to be delivered Jan. 21. Jan. 20 came around (Friday) and at 9pm they email me saying “oops out of stock here is a $21 refund on this gift card, just use code during checkout” and let me remind you…the jumpsuit I purchased was 29.99 ALONE…plus I paid for the 12.99 bra and the $6.00…but they only want to give me $21.00? I thought it was weird hey sent me tracking and shipping info that stated that the jumpsuit was in it? So I went to check on their website and the jumpsuit was STILL in stock in EVERY size…so I was thinking maybe it was a glitch and somehow they messed up. SO stupid me, I order again trying to get that dang jumpsuit and used the gif card they “refunded” me with and also paid EXTRA and $6 shipping just in order to try to get the jumpsuit again that they said was out of stock….So I order it and some boots to go along with it because I figured mine as well order something else too since i’m ordering and they have their $6 shipping fee and also this “string me along” bodysuit I saw last minute that i fell in love with. I placed that order and was excited!!! AGAIN the day before my shipment was supposed to be here they sent an email not even saying it the jumpsuit was out of stock but just refunding my money on a gift card without any reason given….and AGAIN it was only $23.00 when the jumpsuit is $29.99 plus $6 for shipping!! I was furious at this point because they don’t allow “cash back” only refunds on gift cards so you are forced to purchase through them again, and thats how they get you and then you have to pay extra $6 for shopping costs. When my package did finally come…the two out of three items were there (because they just wanted to refund me for the bodysuit) and those two items were the WRONG SIZE!!!!! It even stated on the receipt (which I have pics of and wish I could post) that the size in the bodysuit was XS and size 5.5 in the boots…AND guess what their policy is on bodysuits?!? They literally sold me a bodysuit originally priced $12.97 IN THE WRONG SIZE for $22.99!!! Like HOW CAN THEY DO THAT?! And for my boots? They are a 6.5!! Which they kind of work, but are not fitting enough to where I would be comfortable wearing them out. Then the fabric on the heel of one of the boots has glued seemed and & it’s coming apart? I paid $52 for poorly made boots…and I am so worried the heel will break in half if I actually wear them for an extended period of time….I just am so so upset and dissapointed with Fashion Nova and my first time trying to purchase from them. ALL I wanted was to look cute for my birthday, but Fashion Nova failed to deliever my items .
After trying to email and call them, like I said earlier I finally tried contacting them on Instagram and asking them on there what was going on, and they just kept deleting any of my comments asking about my purchase and then blocked me. So I tried on my old account to ask again why they did that and SAME thing. Very unprofessional on their part, and I believe if you are going to try go operate a business dealing with other peoples hard earned cash, then you NEED to listen to your customers and TRY and WANT to help them, not delete their comments and block them when they simply want to know about their order because no one will email or answer the phone. I just am so disappointed!!
You may get your stuff, you may not…and if you do it may not even be the right size and you may not be able to return it. SO the risk is yours. I just know I will NEVERRRRRRRRR order or spend my heard earned money on Fashion Nova ever again because they can’t simply run their company properly for their customers. Received my order after the 2 days guarantee and a couple of my items did not fit. On the return card it states any item ending in $.96, 97, and .98 cents are final sale. Well when I purchased these items it did not state that. I Called the 1800 number and no one answers. Sent and email no response, also called corporate number and it’s not working. This is horrible and I will never order again

Back in December I ordered a dress and they FALSELY ADVERTISED that they would have it delivered by Christmas!
The dress did not arrive until Wednesday the following week after Christmas.
I called their number that was still working at the time and the rep told me that I would get my FULL REFUND if I mark the package “Return to sender”.
I DID EXACTLY that! I waited two weeks and still never received a refund in my bank so I called but this time around it came to a automated message.
So I had to send an email.
The representatives name is ANTOINETTE and she told me that they never received the package back and would not be able to refund me anything unless I have proof that I sent it.
After going back and forth with her via email 9x she would not budge and I basically gave up.
6 days later I received an email saying I have a gift card waiting to use. WHAT?
The dress I bought was $24.75 and they refunded EXACTLY $24.75. Shipping and tax was basically a lost for me on top of the inconvenience it caused me.
Fast forward a week after getting the gift card, I realized if I didn’t use it it would go to waste so I decided to give them another try. This weekend is Lunar New Years and I wanted to avoid the same problem as last time so I placed my order in Tuesday hoping it would arrive by Friday since I paid for the 2 day shipping.
Yesterday I finally got an email saying the item is shipped but when I tracked the package it was nowhere to be found. It only states that the company created the label.
Funny thing is that I live in Los Angeles and shipping locally shouldn’t take any longer than 2 days to receive an item.
I sent a package to a friend in North California via USPS and reieceved the tracking information right away. It was sent FIRST CLASS and she will receive her package tomorrow.
I’ve been emailing their customer support all day today but I have not reiecevd a single answer.
I follow Fashion Nova on instagram and seen their post. A women asked if she would get her dress by this weekend if she ordered today on their post.
I don’t want to have another person go through what I’m going through not once but TWICE. So I truthfully replied back to her only to have Fashion Nova BLOCK me from their instagram and deleted all my comments. Good thing I still have screenshots of everything, including the emails through customer service and my comments on Fashion Nova’s instagram!
Your business is a SCAM, you guys are not truthful with your shipping dates and your return policies are AWFUL.
Any company that directs you to their automated message with no reps and have over millions of followers on social media is SKETCH.
I cannot get ahold of a single person at Fashion Nova. Better Business Bereau needs to look into this company scamming people of their money.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE now. I ordered an item to arrive for NYE with the guaranteed 2 day shipping; not only did the dress not get here in 2 days, it was lost in the Warehouse and was not shipped until a week later. The dress finally arrived and was not what I expected, so I sent it back 1/6/17, it arrived to Fashion Nova warehouse 1/9/17. It is now 15 days later, and I have yet to receive my credit so that I may put this towards another dress. I have reached out to customer service and continue to get the same robotic stalled messages with NO solution other than they are working on it . What is there to work on? I provided tracking information which shows the item was received at the FN warehouse 15 days ago!!! I also have ordered in the past and had 0 issues ; it seems the issues came about right around the Holidays per my experience and reading other complaints on here. FN spends more time sending out the same coupon code email every day than following up with their customers who are pending orders. Very disappointing. Get it together.

Customer service is horrible. Complaints sent with proven evidence that I am missing an item. My account shows that I paid for it. I’ve been in contact with someone from facebook messenger. I made another purchase with the other returns I received credit from, but did not receive a confirmation number. If no solutions arise, I will make further action for fraud. You don’t make business by stealing money from customers. Looking at these other complaints proves that I am clearly not the one dealing with poor service.

This company is horrible and something should be done about it. I place my order online and the package arrives late, as usual, but I do not complain. One of my items do not fit, so I return it and I do not get a full refund back. There is absolutely no reason for me to not get a full refund, especially if I did everything according to their policy.

Lasership and Fashion Nova are thieves, more so Lasership. On June 8th I received an email saying that my package was delivered and was left at the front porch, but nothing was there and my neighbors didn’t see my package. I tried contacting fashion nova and their policy states that you have to wait 10 days from the day that the package was delivered to make a complaint, so I did. I then messaged them and they told me to contact the shipment company, so I did. They told me they were going to investigate the whereabouts of my package within 2 business days. So I thought that not all was lost but I was wrong. And what doesn’t make sense is that the tracking information says the shipment company received my packed at 10am(or so) in the morning and literally a minute later they brought my package, which is not true Bc they didn’t even ring my bell.
I emailed fashion nova and asked to please get refunded or get my order reshipped and they told me they can’t do anything about that but they are willing to give me a 20something percent discount on my next order. These people must be high off their stool to think that I’m going to order from them after this experience. I’m paying $80 FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE. And I can’t cancel the payments either. So I end up losing. Fashion Nova policies are inhuman. I understand that it not on your end but at least resend me my package Bc I’m paying for it. I will NEVER buy from fashion Nova again. It wouldn’t surprise me if a Lasership employee stole my package.
The worst part is that I have proof that I didn’t receive my package yet they won’t refund or send another package Bc it was supposedly delivered when it technically wasn’t. And another thing, fashion nova sells clothing that are highly priced compared to other clothing companies that sell similar clothing for a much affordable price but seeing who the founder of fashion nova is doesn’t surprise me at all.

they have terrible costumer service i ordered around the holidays and they failed to send an item out i misplaced my reciept so the tell me i cant get a refund or credit . they dont care they stold my money they jus keep saying sorry we cant do nothing what kind of business doesnt keep records of what they dont send you ?

I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service at fashion nova. In placed 2 orders on thanksgiving day received one that Monday and never received the other. I tried contacting only to keep being sent to voicemail and receive automated emails that don’t even answer your questions. Almost an entire month later I was able to speak with someone who stated my package was lost and they would issue me a gift card. First of all I didn’t pay with a gift card and it is fashion nova’s fault for loosing it. Second I don’t appreciate the fact I had to call YOU to find my package is lost meanwhile you took my money and never notified me. So since I was forced to reorder I placed my new order December 22nd with 2 day shipping and now my order says it will be here January 3rd. This was suppose to be my New Years and birthday dress order originally placed thanksgiving day and I STILL DONT HAVE IT. Completely unacceptable.

This is very sad because they have an 800 number but no one to answer calls. Wow!! I neebr experience nothing like this. They are guaranteed the 2 day shipping which is not.true. A label.was created but notjing moving with the shipment although its saying its been shipped. I really needed my outfit before.or.by friday but looks like that wont happen. This is sad because.u cant talk to anyone so its making the company look fraudulent also emailing them as well. I called earlier and someone.was talking in the background as the voicwmail. I ordered my clothing and shoes last Tuesday a shipping label was created but nothing was shipped to USPS, USPS is still awaiting the package, I tried calling the online Customer service number that is provided on the website, I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone, I emailed twice and allowed the 24 hr waiting period, I have yet to receive a response on my order status. I actually ordered a couple months prior and I don’t have any complaints, the shipment was fast cloths fit perfectly, I don’t know what happen this time around but it makes me really weary about purchasing anything online from this site again.
