We have had a bad experience with Family. Furniture. We ordered a table that came with 4 chairs and a bench. When the furniture was delivered, we sat on the bench and it was 8 inches to low. We spoke with friends to help us put risers on the bench, or make cushions. One friend found there were two sizes at that time. We called Debra who was aghast that she had to be pulled off the floor when she was with a customer!! REALLY???? She let us know that it wasn’t her problem until a picture was shown of the problem. She spoke to us as if she was our superior. She also sent a text (we now have proof) explaining that we were asking for the arrival of our furniture earlier than expected when all we wanted to know was when it would be arriving. We love the furniture but would NEVER recommend Debra.
