I have a car that discount tire put falken tires on, to which the 2 front tires have blown out and caused considerable damage to the car rendering it NOT LEGAL TO DRIVE. I have talked to a guy named Tim at Falken tire whom told me that they will not be honoring the claim due to “impact damage” causing the 1 tire to blow. I am trying to get ahold of someone else i can talk to as we are without a car and it is BADLY NEEDED for transportation to and from st george, ut to las vegas, nv. I am also in process of getting in touch with someone else at discount tire company as My family should not have to pay to fix a car that was damaged by tires produced by Falken, and installed by Discount Tire Company.
Please get back to me as someone is going to have to do something to help us get our transportation back. We should NOT have to just eat it and deal with this issue ourselves!
