I would like Estee Lauder know that I am very disappointed with the company. The reason is M A C is donating $500,000.00 to planned parenthood over the next 2 years. I understand that you stopped testing products on animals….why would Estee donate $$$ to perform abortions to planned parenthood. I hope that the company will change their mind on this.

I know this is a long shot, but i have DESPERATELY searched and searched for the last 16years for a lip gloss that my best friend and wore RELIGIOUSLY growing up. And when i say desperately, i mean that. My best friend whom was my soul mate friend…she died tragically in a wreck when she turned 16. That changed and destroyed me for me years. We were known for wearing “Origins Star Search Lip gloss” i have looked and searched non stop since…i wanted to see if there is any way this could be found anywhere. I do not care how old or if there is one little tube out there! I have to have it…if there is even a slight chance this could be seen by the right person to help…i would forever be grateful!

I arrived at this site attempting to locate Youth Dew Cologne and a Blockbuster Set and saw the complaints. Just want to say before I leave the site that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT, you’re a great company. I’ve been buying the Cologne and large Non-Fragrance Cosmetic Set for my wife each year for 45 years and this year I am unable to locate the Blockbuster Set anywhere in the Country because I waited too long. I hate to spoil a perfect record but next year I’ll shop in October.

I have used spell bound for 20+ years and enjoyed doing so. Recently I discovered it’s changed to a weaker scent and it just don’t hold like the original. I have just a corner left in my bottle with black cap on it and I’m just gonna hold on to it. I hope you guys put it back to what we know is the true spellbound. What genius decided to change a great scent? This reminds me when coca cola changed the formula, it just wasn’t the same after and to this day I don’t drink cokes.
I used your products for years and I finally found a scent that I use every day for years and you know longer care it. When you discontinue dazzling gold I when online and bought over fifteen bottles, and now I’m finally out of it. Why not bring it back just for the holiday?

I live in Canada we have never been able to get Spellbound samples we have asked for years my mom celebrated her 90th birthday on April 29th this year and she would like some samples we’ve bought Spellbound in the States before and Canada- they never get any samples they say they can’t find any and that we’re supposed to get ahold of you my mom loves the product please help us and we had a bottle of old perfume Spellbound and it smells so good I love it and they were not willing to do anything about it could you help us please for years I’ve been asking for samples and all we get is about two little samples of some of the product but never Spellbound
Estée Lauder only gives samples of their newest or top three fragrances. They have even stopped carrying ancillary (items lotions and powders) unless it’s their top three fragrance sellers.

I think it has been about 10 years now since Estee Lauder discontinued a product that I used every single day and I still have not found a replacement. That product was Two-In-One Eyeliner/Browcolor (01-BLACK/BROWN). This was by far the best cake eyeliner I have ever used and it would stay on perfect the whole day. I have tried Estee Lauder eyeshadows and other brands of similar color, but they are not of the same texture as a cake liner. Believe it or not I am still using what is left, but I only have a little bit of the brown.
Please have your marketing team reconsider bringing back this product. Give your customers a better variety of products to select from. You have no other eyeliner product that I like.
