I canceled my membership November 2023 because you guys charged my card 5 times in on night and now in the new year February 2024 you guys still been charging me for no reason even after I canceled. I called the 9492557200 number 5 times either no answer or response they just ended the call and I need my refund from then until now.
Wretched filth, un safe environment, no id’s asked, completely open to dangerous situations. People praying to Allah in bathroom, theirs a time and place for everyone and everything, not that. Sauna discussing , never been cleaned. Weights and dumbbells everywhere except where they should belong. Need I say more? Canceled my membership!
I separated from Esporta/ LA Fitness a while back because my gym was overcrowded and the attention to detail by staff was negligible.
On 11/2/23, the Esporta in Temecula California reinforced my decision to separate from this line of gyms.
The showers and toilet stalls were filthy. There were dental floss picks (6) in a shower vestibule, a used condom in another vestibule, an empty box of soap in the shower hallway, a used wash cloth in another shower vestibule, and paper towels all over the shower area. The showers were in the same condition on 11/1/23(with the exception of the condom): same box of soap, same dental floss spicks, same paper towels.
The toilets had fecal matter spread throughout the bowls, the toilet paper dispensers were empty, and the putrid smell of death was ubiquitous.
As much as I appreciate all the “amenities” this facility has, I would expect the staff to take more initiative in ensuring the shower and bathroom areas are clean.
Im paying $40 a month and $54 annual fee for a prestiges gym membership in Temecula, but the conditions make me feel like im at a planet fitness in the slums of south central or san bernardino california.

How you doing I am a value customer for going on 2 years now and I got my gym memberships to play basketball and now they’re shutting the gym Down 2 hours before the gym close is there a meaning behind that because a lot of guys be disappointed because they can’t play basketball and some are our main reasons for signing on was to play basketball we all work different times of the day so we try to fit the basketball into our schedule and as we playing they just shut the lights off on us as we our playing and that is a serious concern also because someone can get injured if possible can I please get an explanation for why the gym closes early because we pay our membership every month or we paid our membership in full so I feel that we all should get the benefits of what we pay for I received the email back from a guy named Joe that said it is stated and Company policy to close the gyms 2 hours prior to the facility closing is that correct can I please have a copy of that information
