I sent my stuff to you on the 5 dollar gift card. No responce. Tell your brillant marketing people that if they want to please and encourage customers – give them the five bucks at the check out counter. That would go a lot better for you if you’re trying to build a bigger consumer base. Don’t make us jump through hoops for that token. We probably would if the reward were bigger but come on it’s 5 bucks.

I agree with Dave! I also tried to take advantage of the $5 gift card offered when purchasing Energizer batteries… what I actually got was a deluge of erroneous emails back from them… you have to jump through too many hoops for their $5… nothing more than a bait and switch! I will be writing Mr. Alan Hoskins, CEO at Energizer. No more Energizer or Eveready Batteries for me! Very sad…

I want to share Curts assessment of your customer service. I have been requested to provide photos of AAA batteries which are at best a year old and will not recharge, The representative wants detail photos showing the manufacturing date which I provided after getting a magnifying glass to decipher the poorly imprinted batteries. “Best in class” I think no way. You fail in product and customer service.
I have several hours into this situation and your C/S has at least one. Is this a cost effective way to keep customers?
