Demand for fashionable plus sized clothing has grown dramatically over the past decade. Auerbach’s plan for the company is to introduce new designs and styles every two to three weeks.

Man, am I fumed w/your company!!! I have still not been able to locate any of the merchandise that was ordered for my stepdaughter, even after searching the entire premises, checking with neighbors, and calling the local post office and UPS. We are not always home. My stepdaughter steps out to her frequent doctor appts due her illness, while I also go out to conduct business on and off throughout the day. So at this time, I would appreciate very much so, if you would please issue refunds back to my original method of payment for Orders #1642247 and #1650025 since no merchandise was exchanged. Basically, your corporation just took my money for nothing to show and I’m supposed to just walk away from all of this? I need someone from your corporate office to call me right away before I take legal action against your company and I won’t hesitate to report you to the BBB, FTC & take you so small claims as well but I’m also filing claims against UPS as well, just to make a point, suing for also my legal fees as well. I haven’t received no response from your team whatsoever directly, since Courtney’s last e-mail & vm and I’m fed up. And UPS are not always the most honest of people. I’m making claims of alleged fraud…
In addition, I know for a fact that UPS is lying about anyone signing for a signature under the name of Vanderheyden. Trust me, my stepfather and I have very distictive handwriting. I’m filing a complaint against both you and UPS and heading to The Courthouse tomorrow morning after calling your toll-free number, 844-693-5678. Thank God, I saved Courtney’s voice mail telling me about a refund being in due order and also saved and e-mailed all of our telechats between myself and your agents to outside organizations and a copy also to ourselves. Wait until I file a police report and they find out what bull crap you’re putting an elderly man through in his 70’s & right after my wife just passed and the mother of my stepdaughter’s gone. That was her last immediate family member to pass away out of 6, so she stays ill. It’s real sad. The girl’s had a stroke and has been hospitalized with terrible Epileptic seizures and major depression several times throughout the past year and this isn’t helping any!

I agree with Theresa – I will not shop with you until you stay out of politics. Moore has not even had a trial and you’ve convicted him (and Hannity). I’m an Independent and not a big fan of Hannity but I’m so tired of the Alt Left media convicting all the Conservs without a trial. Will you also boycott Bill Clinton? I don’t believe half of the women’s allegations. Guess they need to be noticed and they’re all coming out of the woodwork.
