I purchased a leather sectional during memorial day paid around $6000 supposedly to be all cowhide leather, very beautiful. When delivery day came after unloading almost all one of the sectional recliners had a different shade of gray and this one piece had the gray ton I purchased so I decided to send it back and have them redelivery at the correct color. The delivery man was not happy we could see it in his face, but they took everything back they were just not very polite left my living room full of plastic debris did not even closed the doors behind them when they left showing their insatisfaction. I could have return the entire thing and request my money back but decided to give another shot. Another week without a couch I waited for the next delivery and again the sectional had different shades of gray you could clearly see I took a picture. I decided to let them try to bring one that match and sign their ipad as ” not acceptable different color sectional” they rush you to sign and make sure they are cover instead of making sure you are satisfied. Well continue to the Eldorado Furniture saga, I seat in the recliner to watch a movie and it was super uncomfortable gave me a terrible back ache I was there for about 2 hours, so adding this to the color issue that they could never get the whole section to match we decided to return and choose another available option this time something with a more comfortable material and easier to color match so we decide for a similar model in sued. The manager approved the return and the person helping to input the order still being rude and trying to make things difficult when I shout if she could not accommodate to have the sectional pickup and deliver at the same day she could just pick up and return my money and I would go order from another store so them she stop being rude and mean and decided to communicate with us in a more professional manner. I loved the new sectional they deliver super modern and comfortable but few weeks after I discovered they never return the difference from the returned order from the new order almost 2000 in difference so again I had to go to Eldorado, I come in there and they fixed but are missing some money so there I come again the next day and they could not resolve ask me to come the following day since is when the manager who can correct this issues would be available. There was a $200 difference he offered me to choose something else and he would add another 100.00 for all the inconveniences. I started browse the store and there were a few things I could use the credit towards so I decided for a recliner accent chair. As me and my husband are walking to the front to communicate the manager of our decision my husband is approach by one of their female employee she opens her cell phone getting very close to him and not respecting any social distance and decided to show him a collection of bathing suits asking his personal opinion my husband feels uncomfortable with her approach looks at me at this point I was a little far from them she keeps insisting in collect his personal opinion so I yelled at her and asked WHY ARE YOU ASKING THESE QUESTIONS TO MY HUSBAND? So hide your husbands when going in there. Of course I decided to cancel my plans on this new order and just get my money back to hopefully never return. Honestly Eldorado is a beautiful store but the lack of professionalism on some of their team members are disgusting worst experience ever.

I purchased a 5,000 living room set 8/28/2018. Two weeks after delivery cushions started to collapse ( we are 59 no kids and set was placed in a room for show) never sat on. I called store got passed around finally their repair man was coming to take a look but he went to Haiti for a death. Three weeks he arrives and stated cushions were not properly stuffed he would be back to fix. Two weeks pass he comes and hot glued netting on the inside cushions. I call back less then two weeks cushions are worse then ever. I get passed around no one cares only excuses. I was told I had to contact warrantee department even worse nightmare, spoke with sally, I I, Jennifer, Carmela list goes on no one calls you back but everyone looking into. 6 months later still getting no where finally they sent manufacturer inspector to come out, he reports cushions need to be replaced never should have been hot glued made it worse. Two weeks later I call back to be told report says damaged cushions made worse by hot glue but won’t honor new cushions. We drive 1 hour to the store speak with Madeleine show her pictures she was appalled it had taken this long and told me plse give her a chance to correct she will order new pillows, give her 8 weeks we beg can we just pick out a new set we have waited long enough but we had to wait another 8 weeks, week 10 I tried calling her 3-4 times a day for 4 days would not take my call get a different manager he gives me Rita tells me as head store manager he don’t have the authority to give me exchange only Rita. Spoke to Rita e plain this is ongoing 13 months and was told that morning still no idea how much longer I stated not except able I demand e change, she said she would call me back in 24 hrs. She has Anna call me and after 2 days of fighting they refuse to give me an exchange and I was told as a courtesy they ordered new cushions and it was a process I had to wait. I asked are you telling me this process takes 13 months she repeated it when I informed her I was going to take that comment she hung up. Both Anna and Rita I asked who was the head ceo and both told me Luis capo when I stated he was dead who was now in charge both still insisted Luis capo. LIARS!,,,,, I also dealt with a sally supposedly mrcapo assistant who told me 3-4 months ago I waited long enough she would get approval for exchange give her a week, two weeks later I had to call her to find out she no longer works there. It’s a shame mr capo built a beautiful company but now in the hands of people who steal your money, no customer service skills, liars 13 months I had to go to BBB and attorney general ashley moody for help. This company is the worst people beware they just rob you money here

I have complaint about a sofa delivered to me in the end of the month Feb. 2019. Who should I talk to in the corporate office complaint depart?
MARK A KENTER says
THIS IS MY COMPLAINT Initiated with the BBB,
First let me preface that I loathe having to submit any negative write up on any company.
I have been buying furniture from the Capo Family’s El Dorado business for close to 15 years and have been doing business with the Coconut creek store since that store’s inception.
I have seemingly developed good relationships with Sergio, the store manager, and Henry my salesman. So it truly pains me to compose this write up.
Basically, in March 2019, I put 10% down on a $2600 bedroom set that was hopefully to be delivered to my Coconut Creek home on March 20th. The plan was to deliver the bedroom set the day after carpeting was installed in my bedroom (Tuesday the day prior). These logistics were explained to my salesman weeks ago. The new carpeting meant the old bed (and furniture) was no longer going to be in the bedroom – it was going to be replaced by a new bedroom set. That implied If El Dorado did not deliver the bedroom set by Wed, I was not going to have a bed to sleep in that Wednesday . So the logistic were a concern. In short I had to trust El Dorado which I had no reason not to. Unfortunately, the Coconut Creek store did not trust me and to be honest, it was not the salesman’s fault, it was management’s fault.
For some reason, when I attempted to schedule a delivery date for March 20 on March 14th, El Dorado would not guarantee a delivery. This had never occurred before. When trying to resolve this in the store with Elky on the morning of March 15, It became evident to me that Coconut Creek store management became hung up on my carpeting project. They seemed cynical that my Bedroom would be ready for delivery even though I did my best to explain it would be 100% ready. More importantly, however, was the fact that I would not be home until 1pm so I could not take delivery until 1pm anyway.
Nevertheless, they were persistent with distrust on my carpeting project. Imagine hearing “Sorry, Mr Smith, we can’t deliver your bedroom set as we don’t think your bedroom will be ready for delivery. Please call us back when its ready and we will see when we will be able to deliver your furniture”
What made matters worse is when I reached El Dorado Corporate, I spoke with Sally and it became evident to me that Sally was not the person to get in contact with . And even though we spoke twice on Fri, by the end of day Friday we still did not have an answer as to delivery confirmation.
