We have been calling for service for over a week. No one has cared so far to at least call uis back. We escalated the issue and asked for the supervisor to call us back… He did not. We asked for the Regional Manager (Mike) to call us back. He did not. We operate multiple restaurants in Massachusetts.
I cannot believe that this is happening at Ecolab!! This company used to have such a great reputation.

We are very displeased with our services. We had issues with our pool due to an equipment malfunction & it took us almost 2 months to receive replacement product for the product used to fix the issue. We have not had a steady representative since June of 2017. Also all of our calls to the company about needing a rep to come to our facility or call us back have gone unheard. We are actively looking for a new company to service our needs.
