Eat My Catfish was founded by current CEO and owner Travis Hester in 2008. Hester began selling catfish out of a food truck he parked on Military Road in Benton, Arkasas. On his first day, he ran out of fish in just one hour.
Today, Eat My Catfish has three restaurant locations in Arkansas. The company added crawfish to the menu the following year. This item has since become the best selling food item at the restaurant chains. Hester states that no other restaurant in Arkansas sells crawfish, making his business unique.
In addition to the restaurants, the company also has two food trucks specializing in catering events. As of 2016, the company has catered more than 350 events in and around Arkansas.

I just left “eat my catfish” on McCain blvd. NLR. I’ve eaten here several times. Today will be my last time . The catfish was nasty. You could tell it had been cooked for awhile. I called back and spoke with the manager. A black African man. After telling him why I was calling he said “have a good day”. No apology was made.

Bring a truck to Batesville. In the next couple of weeks and I bet you would sell out. There is only one catfish place here and it is not open for inside dining. Also there will be national drivers coming in town for big race at BMS.

I went to the North Little Rock store. I always got the kids meal chicken or fish it was always about $6.00. Well today I went and got the chicken. It turned out to be $9.00. I asked why it went up and thay said becouse I was not a kid. I thank as a custumer I should order what ever I like no matter my age. That is just enough food for me. I can go any where els and get a kids meal no matter how old I am.
