I lived in north carolina approximately 6 weeks..i stayed in a different apartment than i rented ..for several weeks due to the recent hurricane..when i left i called dominion to cancel and i already had paid one bill..now they are billing (or bilking) me for $180..for an apartment i never really even stayed in..and the electric was also not working for a lot of the time..once the lights went out at 10pm on a sunday night and i was sitting in the dark..of course no one answered at dominion

Dominion Gas of Ohio has changed me $7000 that I have proven numerous of times it was not me. This has been going on almost 7 long and stressful years with no end in sight. I have to pay them because it is the only gas company here. I have already paid 4300 into this enormously gas bill.

Re: False advertising and no service for disposal and pickup of old refrigerators
On September 12, 2019 Dominion’s agents promised to remove an old refrigerator from my home pursuant to a Dominion service regularly advertised with the monthly billing statement. Rather than have the vendor of my new fridge remove the old fridge for a nominal fee, I relied on Dominion’s offer to remove my fridge free of charge and reimburse me $20.
But two days prior to the appointment Dominion’s agents called me and emailed (see below) to inform me that the appointment had been cancelled because of unexplained “route changes.” I was assured by your agents that I would be placed on a waiting list and that in a few days a new delivery would be scheduled. But today is September 23, 2019, 11 days after the originally scheduled appointment, and Dominion has failed to provide me a new appointment, and calls for more information made to Dominion’s agents at 877-785-6681 have proved futile. Requests to speak to a supervisor at this number or receive an email response about scheduling a new date have come to naught.
So is Dominion willing to do anything to make up for its unacceptable and improper service and the harm caused by my reasonable reliance on what has turned out to be a false and meretricious offer? I would also like to know ASAP when and if Dominion intends to pick up and remove the old fridge.

I have been trying to reach someone at your customer service number but have been unsuccessful thus far. I have a payment plan set up on our account with the down payment amount of $285.00 being due today. I have tried everything to get the funds by today but have been unsuccessful.
