Hi
Could someone from your account payable department call me regarding invoices to be sent to your company. I receive a PO form Solvay. Instruction on it to bill Cytec in New Jersey. My invoice is in Canadian dollars. I need someone to call me to discuss details.
Thank you

I’m a Certified Industrial Hygienist trying to get exposure information for a client. Non of your phone numbers on your SDS work or have a human at the other end. When asked to leave a message, your automated system hangs up not allowing the message to be recorded and reviewed. This is horrible service. Do I need to call CHEMTREC for a non emergency?
